5 Star service despite the challenges associated with the pandemic. I just had my first Jacuzzi delivered yesterday and I’ve already had my personal training session with Russ. Thank you Russ! I was referred to them because of outstanding service they provide; and now I recommend them. All in all 5 Star all the way around, from visit to show room to making soaking in the tub possible.

Purchased a small $10k Sundance spa from Imagine less than 5 years ago. Spa has had quality control issues from day one requiring the replacement of 3 Clear Ray units, 1 main circuit board, and now the pump has died. After waiting four weeks for a replacement, their tech installed a defective pump and left. Now Im told to just wait for another pump. Nothing but platitudes from their GM. I understand things sometimes break, but it shouldnt be happening to this extent and a more responsive customer service approach should be in order. Strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Imagine has a beautiful showroom with lots to see and experience. They deliver top notch service from beginning to end. Trust me, they don’t need to sell you - they are one of the highest volume sellers in the US and they are plenty busy... however, they treat you like it matters - they treat you like you are important! And, after the sale is made, they continue to have great service. The guy that came out and set up our hot tub was on-time, knowledgeable, and friendly.The financing and service department has been ‘on it’ any time we needed anything. All of the staff and service personnel has been friendly and accommodating. And, if there is ever a problem, they are quick to respond and take care of you - even getting to you after hours or early morning.They are definitely a company that does the right thing, acts with integrity, and truly cares about the customer. We have felt that every step of the way in our process of dealing with Imagine Backyard. They have been great to work with. And the owner, David, is fantastic- his customer care is truly wonderful. I would definitely recommend Imagine and we will certainly return to them, without hesitation, for any of our future needs.

Imagine Backyard has been incredible to work with on the purchase of our Jacuzzi spa. They provided updates while the spa was in production and ensured we had everything in place for delivery. When the spa was delivered and we had an issue, with the spa itself, Imagine Backyard management responded, immediately to my voicemail and after hours. They provided a technician first thing the next morning and performed countless service follow ups to ensure we were satisfied. They had somebody out to deliver within a week and provided me a referral to have the electricity run for a decent price. I bought the Sundance Cameo Tub . I couldn’t be happier with my choice . I sat in many hot tubs and none of them were comfortable but when I sat in the Cameo lounge seat it was as if I was being cradled in the hand of God . Unbelievable!! After several lack luster in-store shopping explorations, the moment we stepped into Imagine, the experience was different. Once we decided what best met our needs, he got us the best deal possible. While the installation scheduling was a little clunky (Imagine was very, very busy at the time), the tub was installed without incident. Our order was delayed several times. Delivery date was set then had to reschedule because our order was not received from the manufacturer, but we were asked to pay the balance due before they could deliver it. Only gave us a $300 credit for our having to wait an extra month. Hope their services are a little better.

We couldnt be happier with our hot tub and the EXQUISITE customer service we have received and still receive from the moment we walked through the front door of Imagine Backyard Living. Everyone in the store makes you feel like you are family. The store is about an hour from our home so we almost didnt travel that far in our search for a hot tub...but let me tell you it was the best drive we ever made! David spent hours with us answering all of our questions so when we went home that night we were very well educated. We then returned for a test soak and let me say, the rest is history. We were sold! Our hot tub was delivered a few weeks ago and we have been enjoying it at least once and sometimes twice a day. For anyone considering a hot tub purchase, this is the place to go. David was very helpful when I first came in to get an idea of what I wanted and kept in touch with me till I was ready to finally order. He was out of the showroom when I came in and Nancy picked up where he left off. She was awesome as well and I found just what I wanted and ordered it. When it was delivered the delivery team and my electrician did not communicate very well and the delivery team left before the unit was properly connected and turned on. My electrician felt they left it undone so he felt it was left up to him to finish the connection. The delivery guys had indicated he had the correct area to connect power. Evidently that was incorrect. later a repair technician from Backyard determined the heater unit was “blown out” due to incorrect installation. I’m obviously unhappy with this outcome as a new heater unit had to be ordered. As yet it still is unusable. I’m waiting to see who will be charged for the heater repair and how it will get completed. I’m very happy with the folks in the showroom but have to agree with my electrician that the delivery men seemed very uninterested in seeing the job through to proper installation.

I put a deposit down on a Jacuzzi 335 many months ago to lock in a great price. David and Nancy and all the other folks at Imagine Backyard have been very responsive and helpful from start to finish. After the spa was installed, they came out to train me and are now providing a bimonthly cleaning service. And I LOVE my spa! I have had swimming pools in the past and they were such a maintenance and heating pain. I rarely went in. Now I’m in the spa almost every day. So relaxing.

From a recommendation by our neighbors, we visited this store today to inquire about a swim spa. After we entered the store, we were greeted by a shorter balding gentleman. We started asking questions to get a feel for this swimming pool alternative. The wife was asking in-depth questions with regards to maintenance, durability and functionality. The salesman kept telling her to just visit their website because they have over 400 pictures! I get the a picture speaks a 1000 words, it just can’t answer a question. We went to look at the floor model, went back towards the salesman to pick up a brochure he claimed he was getting while we were at the display, which he never did. He wanted our last name first, then started to grill us on where we lived. He became very short with his attitude. I truly hope he was the owner and not just part of sales. He ran us out of there so fast that we will not return. I am glad that their business must be so strong they can be selective to whom the sell to.

Absolutely love our spa!! We had shopped for a hot tub for several months. We happen to see a jacuzzi model at Costco. Imagine Backyard Living has two spas in their store that allows you to actually test the spa out. So we took our swim suits and was able to test out the spa in a private setting!! Amazing! My wife and I decided we wanted a Hot Tub. One day when we were driving we happened upon Imagine Backyard Living. We were greeted by John B and he had me impressed at our first meeting with their Hot tubs. A week went by and I decided to go back and purchase a Jacuzzi brand hot tub model 325. They delivered it promptly to my home and set it up and we used it that evening. After a few days I did not find the jetting in this model adequate for my needs. I figured I was stuck with this tub because I made the decision to purchase this model. NOT SO!!! I went back in to purchase some spa steps and was asked by John B. how I liked my J325. I told him my thoughts that the jetting was not what I expected. He said that I would probably like the J345. This model has 2 pumps and has excellent more powerful jetting. He brought me to the owner David Ghee and he said he would switch it out for me as long as I paid the difference in price and a slight delivery and pick up fee to switch it out. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!!! This is what I call great customer service. They switched the tub out within 2 days. Again I was PLEASANTLY SUPRISED with their great service. This new tub is perfect for my needs. This was my first ever hot tub purchase and not really knowing the difference in hot tub models made the incorrect first purchase. Nancy Duffy was exceptional in expediting all of my needs and not only made me feel like a satisfied customer but between Nancy, John B., and owner David Ghee I feel like Ive made new friends.
