Stopped here many times but the last two times were the worst. It seems the is no management at all. During one visit a male employee shouted obscenities at a fellow female employee ( albeit in ‘fun’ because they didn’t know I walked in). My next visit the gal did not know how to scoop. Hence I got two of the smallest cones I’ve ever had and I’ve been eating B&R ice cream since I was a girl (50 years). Her coworker had to ask another coworker if they had ‘large’ cones because a customer asked for one. They’ve never had large cones and this store only had one cone. They were out of sugar cones. Who does the ordering? And who trains the workers?

Waste of time ... whatever you ask ..they say dont have itFood ?? They dont have it .... better they close it instead of wasting our time...

Very surprised there were any vegan options at all. I wasnt a huge fan of this particular flavor (strawberry streusel), as it was very artificial and had too much of the topping mixed in, which gave it a weird texture. But really happy to have something there.

If I could give them a zero I would. They are an ice cream and Donut shop but they are out of ice cream for the whole weekend. How does that happen. Shut your doors!!! Plus after waiting a long time in the drive thru. We only ordered 3 donuts .... they only gave us 2 donuts. Where is the service?? We will never go back. Very slow and rude service.

We took the family to get ice cream. When we finally where able to order they had absolutely no kid wiered ice cream that our child wanted. We then chose another ice cream in a cute little cup, they didnt have it. So she chose another. My child was set on a flavor and now had to sit there and think about what she wanted next which took quite a while, girl looked super annoyed. I asked if they had a flavor that was on their website and they didnt have it. I chose a triple mango ice cream that was so nasty. The cone my husband got only had the scoop on top and the cone was not filled. The girls there seemed to have attitude and hated her job! Not to mention we where over priced for 3 ice creams all 1 scoop. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

Store was out of most popular flavors (over 6 flavors gone). Service was terrible, no one knew what to do or even offered any kind words. Sat inside to enjoy our purchase and was asked to leave at 9:40 by the manager (use that term loosely), stating they were closing. However the hours listed stated close time was 10pm. Thought it was ridiculous that we couldnt even finish our dessert when there was 20mins to supposed closing time. Not wise to leave a store to teenagers to run when they could careless about the customers or even the job. Wont be returning there 😒😒

So I came and ordered a oreo layered sundae the guy responds with, we dont do that anymore. Then I ask for a banana split and they have no bananas. Then I order an icecream sandwich he says no they cant then a brownie sundae and nope! Wth?! Oh I was ordering straight from their google maps WEBSITE menu because the lights in the drive thru were off and I could not see! What a joke

The staff were super friendly, got my big order of coffee ready and did not mess anything up. Was talking to me the whole time, kept apologizing for the long wait. The coffee came out right, and hot coffee was really hot and the cold ones were cold.

This is got to be one of the biggest calamities in restaurant history. The fact that these people are even still in business is a miracle. They literally are supposed to have 31 flavors of ice cream on any given night you’re lucky if they have four. The staff is completely retarded and the best thing these guys could do is just shut it down and walk away.

Drive thru was closed because the 2 employees were too new. We got 2 scoops in a cup that did not even amount to 1 actual scoop. Poor management putting severely undertrained employees on staff by themselves on a Saturday night. Never going back again.

Baskin Robins has great ice cream like always. But my wife and I decided to drop by this specific location as were not from around her we live up north in Prescott. All staff were following protocol but one. The man that took mine and my wife’s order was not wearing gloves while scooping our ice cream as all other were wearing gloves. Also noticed this same person leave the building go to his BMW parked next to us, walk back in without washing his hands went and served the next customer without wearing gloves.. I sat in the parking lot for a little with my wife and notice him walking around without his mask down. Had it on his chin walking around the store. Like I said great ice cream but I was very displeased with how the lack of concern this kid had. I’m a nurse and take the pandemic seriously. Keep in mind this is how the virus spreads.

They were low on almost every and it took them 10 minutes just to make two milkshakes and all I could taste was the milk and not the ice cream

Worst Baskin-Robbins ever! The hours say theyre open till 10:00 but they seem to be closed at 6:30 p.m.? Every time I come here its a disappointment. I wont to bother anymore..

After we got our ice cream, we couldve left without paying because no one paid any attention to us as we were trying to pay and leave.

I showed up 10 minutes before closing time and the door was locked. There where people working inside. I knocked on the door and they ignored me.

This place was a very delicious treat. I dont understand why Arizona (a boilin hot state) doesnt have one of these rare relics on every corner. Nothing like trying to beat the sun to the punch at melting a sweet cone. Buy more of these ice creams from Baskin Robbins. Before they go extinct like Rallys or KFC.

The customer service skills were absolutely terrible. I work in the food industry so I know how you should treat your customers. Super disrespectful crew. they were a little bit clueless about what they were doing. at least my coffee tasted good. I’m giving it one star for that. But usually they been slacking with their food. So I was surprised that even tasted good.

Went there on 9/26/2020 and was helped by a lady kalyn. She did not greet us when coming in, after waiting 10 mins to be helped, her customer service was horrible. She kept rolling her eyes as if us being there was an inconvience. She over-charged us for the icream ( she charged an extra double scoop ) and when I called about it the same lady answered the phone with an attitude. When I got back to baskin Robbins to get a refund the door was locked (they were not closed and there were people inside ) . I had to call back just to get inside. When they finally answered the phone kalyn did not even acknowledge or apologize for her mistake. I would never come to this place again as the customer service was horrible.

My husband and I came into the lobby of the Scottsdale location to order. It was at least min 6 before we were told some one will be right with us. Later to find that was the manager. Multiple workers walked by us and it was 10 min and still no help. We were the only ones in line at the time. So we decided to leave. As we were leaving a guy walks in and within 2 min his order of coffee was taken and he was walking out the door to leave. So we go back in, manager told us that drive thru & online orders are priority. Poor customer service!!!!

Rude. So rude. This is my second experience at this location, both left much to be desired. Poor, downright unfriendly customer service. They also apparently close at 10, not 10:30. They should probably update that on Google so customers dont waste their time.

This location is trash. Every time I come they’re out of my favorite ice cream flavor and the customer service is subpar.

Thank goodness they have friendlier staff nowadays. We almost quit coming here because the people who serve the ice cream were always so rude. Now to cut down on the wait times and turnover rate!

Forgot to post about how I didnt get served, also the only individuals in line. We eventually left (after ten minutes). White guy comes in and gets served. We walk back in the restaurant the guy got his coffee, lol just like that. Dont believe it Ill prove it. Obviously they dont serve Blacks here.

I have been here for one day and Im noticing a trend of awful service in this area. I stood patiently waiting as a young lady with tattoos all over her face offered a customer and her family samples after samples. Eventually they made a purchase so I was prepared to order but in walked another customer. The young lady greeted her and proceeded to fix her order. I asked why was my order not taken but I was so disappointed and disrespected that decided to leave. Awful!!

Very rude kid that took our order, and when we got to the window no hello or thank you. Waited for the 2and half of order, only to be told that they just realized they forgot that they ran out of oreo toppings. I said ok, Ill take reeses pieces. How good can a donut and cup of joe be? It was nice. The maple frosting was rich and free of aftertaste. The coffee hot and fresh.

I dont know where to start. I guess I will start with the watered down milkshake that came up short and took forever to make. And then there was the big fat manger police who came from the back to verbally scold me in front of a room full of people. You can tell he was a want to be hall monitor in high school. Anyway this place has horrible service I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Very limited staff. Both were busy taking care of drive thru orders. Had to wait.. I ordered a scoop and he gave me the quantity of a kids scoop.

Granddaughter cant have milk but this baskin robins has dairy free ice cream that she can eat. Great job !!!!

I ordered a cake online and picked it up after work, on my way home. It was exactly what I ordered and was frozen solid when I picked it up so it perefectly lasted the trip home in the hot, 110 degree weather. It was delicious, easy and convenient! We would definitely do that again.

I stop today at the baskin Robbins on indian bend cause Id been craving a cappuccino blast caramel flavor...so I put my order I dont know what the hell they gave me but is not the same taste I always order it has a strange flavor I just taste 2 times and I throw it away I dont know what they gave me taste it nasty.

Good service, nice employees. Sweetened tea was perfect. Clean bathrooms. Wish the app showed all options to order, but that isnt their fault.

Family has been buying the same cake for years and this location has them mispriced. Management refused to understand that a half a cake should not be $1 less than the full cake. Been here twice terrible service and selections. Don’t recommend

I loved the ice cream at Baskin Robbins and this location is the same like the others in the Valley. Great customer service, delightful ice cream and drive through offered.

I usually love Baskin Robbins, so I was generous with my stars. I ordered my usual, a mint chip shake, as did my boyfriend, a chocolate shake. Both of our shakes tasted like pure ice. The lady working the register & who made our shakes was very rude also. This location is close to our hotel, so we might try it again, but this experience was awful. We threw our shakes away.

Worst establishment I have ever been to . I have come before because they’re open past 9 . And every time they are closed! Even though the hours say they are open until 11 pm on saturdays . I do not understand . One time I came on a Sunday at 10 because it closed at 10:30 . and got in an argument because the employee said they were closed. Someone needs to update the hours or stop being lazy and stay open .

The cafe is clean and inviting! They even have an ATM inside.

Nice, clean, helpful staff. It is in a new combo Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts building. Only negative is that Baskin Robbins doesnt offer 32 different flavors anymore. I counted only 24.

On Google it says they close at 11. On their door it said they close at 11. Dont rely on them being open! They close when they want.
