The customer service is good. But the listening skills in the yard are totally another thing. I repeated 3rd how to load my truck. The 3rd time was needed after my ladder rack was almost torn off. He lifted my dual cab long bed in the air! Ugh. Speak slowly and clearly.

I like their products but they are very rude at the front desk, if you don’t know exactly what product your looking for they talk to you like you’re an idiot.I’ve had this happen multiple times, seems the sales workers all have this mentality. Sales people are supposed to be helpful, not talk down to people trying to spend money there!

As a non-mason making my first visit I found the service to be good and helpful. Other reviewers commented on rudeness, I don’t know what their experiences were but my experience was good.I do see a lot of great stone products in their yard but wonder how a novice would know what they have as I don’t think you can browse around back there.
