They are unprofessional and lazy. Everytime I call for them to check for a warranty they always say they cannot find the warranty for the part but when I get there it magically appears! Instead of exchanging the part for a new part they tried telling me that it was something else wrong that the part was good just so they did not have to take a loss for exchanging the bad part they sold me for one that worked, and instead of honoring the warranty that you pay for they want to tell you that their part is not the problem the problem exists elsewhere so you spend more money in the store!

Needed some ignition parts for the old race car, they took the time to find what I needed, and had in stock,stocks, a veterans discount, awesome..

The Parts and pricing is great and often have what I need right than and there,But a few selected individuals(2) seem like they have a little bit of a attitude not only once but multiple occasions. One selected individual on Sept 13 a little around 5:00pm -6:00pm wearing no uniform had the adasaty to call me his Dog stating- Are You paying with cash or card? Dog Last that I checked thats no way to talk to a customer. The company is Great but the Staff is what made me give this review because the staff is the face of the company.

Usually have what I need, when I need it, for a price to rival Walmart; but not Amazon! Only use them for emergencies or if im being impatient! But Ive gone to them for decades. I take full advantage of their Check engine light diagnostic. And their repair suggestions arent always about making the most money for the store! They give you options from cheap to expensive.

Horrible. Waited in line 4 timesWasted 40 minutes of my life I will never get back. Slow and rude. I went to buy wipers for my Ford Escape. They had no book or lookup system for the wipers. So I had to get in line and wait for an attendant to tell me which one to buy.So I then get the ones I was told will work. I then have to get back in line to pay. Go out to put them on the car. There was no offer to help. I spent 20 minutes trying to get them to fit. They did not match the car. So I have to get in line again to tell them they do not fit.They go out to try to make them fit. They do not. Then I have to get in line again for a refund. Apparently they gave me the wrong ones and only had 1 of the right one in stock. So they asked me if I wanted to buy 1. I said no that is ridiculous so they gave me a refund. 40 minutes wasted for wipers.Went down the street to Advance Auto. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They even helped with the wipers. Much better wipers and they were cheaper too. Better off going to Advance.

Went to the Autozone here in Seaford looking for a new battery for my Vehicle. John had me a new battery in stalled and complete in 10 minutes! I asked him if he would run a diagnostic test on the computer, he did and found a vacuum leak. I recommend John and AutoZone anytime.

This is my shop when it comes to auto parts. If they dont have it they can usually get it in for you quick enough without any trouble. My old pickup needs parts often and I always know where I can get them. I will admit I have gotten the wrong part once or twice but with an older vehicle I kind of expect it. Plus, they are quick and apologetic about the situation and do everything they can to help. We have also rented countless tools from here, I really appreciate this option being available. They know their stuff and can usually figure out what you need even if you dont 100% know what your talking about! Had many a great talks with the staff while in and out of this place, highly recommended.

5 people behind the counter, 4 customers in line. 3 of the 5 workers were more concerned with tag-team opening a small package that just arrived, claiming it was just like Christmas morning. one worker asked them to stop and assist us customers in line - they did not. bought item online for express pick up. was there for 20 min.

My best friends windshield wipers were torn, dragging and an accident looking for a place to happen!! It was only a matter of time!! The 1st rain would have brought it about. A wonderful employee put her new wipers on, refused a tip and truly prevented a deadly accident!!! As, my friend has cataracts & night driving issues!! So, Im telling everyone to go to this Auto Zone!!!💕

I cant believe that a multi million dollar company .. has a store that CANT take payments over the phone ..we were broke down on the side of the road and had someone going to pick up the part . They didnt have the battery I needed instock and none of the works knew how to jumpstart my car with their own equipment. A customer had to do it. Their competitor across the street had no problem doing any of these things after a customer jumpstarted my car and I could get there. Price means nothing if the staff is inept.

Was not a very positive experience they did not have the part I needed in stock or the other will willing to get it for the following morning. That I find acceptable what had me upset was the attitude of the store clerk. I went into the store knowing exactly what I needed make model and year of the car that was to go on and was tret like an idiot. Plenty of parts stores Im not going back.

TERRIBLE. Me and brother were standing by the car wax and towels. When a old white shouts from the register uh-huh. Ruthann was her name but we havent been in the store longer than a minute. Then she calls off some other fat white woman who just continued to stare at us. And just brought brakes from this auto zone a few days ago. This is my last time going here. Advanced auto parts is down the road maybe I can shop there without people thinking Im stealing as soon as walk in. I will be telling my friends and others about this terrible experience.

Go there asap if your car warning light pop up. They will diagnose right away amd help you too nicest people ever save you sone money before you hit the auto shop

And it will help you in any way they can and will install batteries and will test your alternator for free and help you put on your windshield wipers for free and employees are nice and helpful.

Not prepared to service be customers! Argued with me about the position product Id when it was exactly what the owners manual stated!! Went to Federated auto parts with same info and they had it! AutoZone did not have the part anyhow! Last trip there..for sure!

Unfortunately they are EXTREMELY unprofessional. I DID buy alot of stuff at the Seaford location. But enough is enough, I had my daughter with me so I let a few customers ahead of me (2), then I was next after the kid that worked there gave a refund. Instead of him saying sir, could you step over here he just kept asking other customer up to the register and left me holding my daughter a 73 piece tool set and a bottle of PB Blaster. Where I come from you dont treat customers like that. I realize my $2,500+ a year I spend with them is nothing and they could probably careless. But nonetheless these kids nowadays could careless and unfortunately it will eventually cause them to close there doors at some point. My opinion dont waste your time here..
