308.97 dollars labor to put in 2 headlight bulbs (which i suplied) which took only one hour total. Then the vehicle was brought back and sat for a extra half hour before i was called. Just so you could charge me extra on the bill. Where i come from thats called stealing. I wont be back.... And i will advise as many people as i can of this!!!

Kevin and the entire service and parts team are awesome. I went in for an oil change. I left with that + new wiper blades on this rainy day & new spark plugs that I didnt know were going bad. They were fast, efficient and sent several reminders of my appointment beforehand which was helpful because Im very busy. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris and the rest of the rest of the staff is amazing!!! They got me in the car that I wanted when no one else would touch me! As a MSED, I am trained to think critically and not always go based on ones word but by fact and research. I was very hesitant with a dealership as anyone would be. Facts and experience spoke for itself. I walked in, in late April and alas, was Marlow who took my criticisms and sarcastic remarks with humor and a friendly vibe. I told him I didnt want to get a car until the fall due to a couple of factors and he RESPECTED it. I had not received calls or emails pushing me to get a car as Ive experienced with other dealers. It wasnt until later that he said he hates that same pushiness in salespeople and he wanted to be that change. Thats the change that makes me feel comfortable coming back and decided to go through IG Burton even though there was a point at which the car I eyed was all the way in Connecticut. And speaking of Connecticut, thank you to the manager, Dave, for really wanting to earn my business even though retrieving the car was costly to the dealership. The MSRP was a lot lower than other dealerships and it really helped us out that they were honest and didn’t price-gouge. They even delivered the truck to us 2 hours away. Would not go back service writer told me my truck old and had issues 2012 3500 gmc in desirous with 167000 miles on it they charged me 1800 dollars my truck still not fixed code cleared for four days then come back they said it need another part but could not say if it would fix it

This is my second vehicle purchase with Chris Klein. This one was far different then my first as i was extremely anxious and on edge. My truck was ordered and expected to arrive and I had my son 6 weeks early. I was discharged prior to my son and did the paper signing and purchasing in between driving back and forth to Annapolis. I was clearly on edge, nervous and short fused but the entire staff at IG Burton was amazing and understanding of the situation. I then proceeded to forget my wallet while stressing and when i realized it, they had it in hand and brought it out to me. It was extremely thoughtful and they understand that family is indeed first. I like the service except that when I was paying my bill at the service. It was a lot higher than what I was Quoted. But that is the only complaint I have I think if you quoted some thing that is what you should pay. The people are friendly and the waiting Area was nice.

Horrible service out of the 3 I go to Seaford dover and milford. Oil changes at Seaford spot will take a hour. I sat and watched this last time why guy walking around drinking water talking other employees etc. Instead of doing is job. This place need be overhaul and ppl need be fired. I will never come here again this is the worse oil changes in the state maybe east coast. Milford and dover will have you at Im 30min

Everyone was professional however the repair only lasted one day. The ac system had a leak. It should have been detected but it wasnt only refilled with refrigerant. Because it is not broken down the dealership will not provide a loaner. Unfortunately this will be my last visit to this dealership.

They gave me a loaner car that was was great shape and I went on my way. At 12:30 they called to say my car was done. Service was good but when they charge $106 for a belt that I could buy from GM Direct Parts for $48 I was floored. I know they have to make a profit but add that and the labor and $215 is a lot for one A/C belt replacement.

I was very pleased. I called the day before and told Ben what I wanted and what I could afford. He told me he could help me. I went in and he had the vehicle we discussed waiting for me. I took it for a test drive and was happy with everything. We closed the deal. No fuss, no high pressure. He went over everything about the car.
