We have been renting one storage unit in the climate controlled building for about 2 months now. I will say we have only had great experiences from booking the storage unit to getting in and storing our stuff. Its has always been clean and well managed. Today 1/19/21 I went to store some additional things and found that there was a company lock on my unit. Thats when I realized that the card we had on file was expired, so we went online to pay the bill. The time it took me to go to the office to ask them to take the lock off, was all it took them to get the message and go remove the lock. The representative has just walked back in from removing the lock. When I had told her the info, she had assured me she had already taken care of it. Amazing and quick customer service!!!!!👏🏽😬 I would definitely recommend this storage to anyone looking for a place to store their belongings.

This facility is clean and the bins ceiling is very high. In tax free Delaware this place is well equipped to compete with the competition. The person I just moved out of here had 2 10x15s. The one unit was so full you would need a standard 10x30x8. With a ceiling about 18ft theses people saved around $4000 a year compared to other storage bins. As a local mover I know how costly storage can be. Especially when you have no idea on a move out time.

Clean facility, I dont like how the doors to the building are just open but at least you need a code to get through the Front gate.

The staff at the Seaford DE Storage location were extremely helpful in my household move from out of state. They made sure I had the necessary storage units when the moving truck arrived. The storage units are clean and easily accessible. The climate control is more than satisfactory. On-line management of my account has been very convenient. The staff are very customer focused. The only remaining storage facility with units available, but theyre filling fast! 24 hour access, code activated gates, and security cameras watching each unit. The location of the non climate co trolled units were tricky to locate since theyre on property opposite the office, in the backyard of another business! But easy to access!

I have been renting this storage for over a year. It is easily accessible, clean and have no issues. Their customer service is great and all their employees are very friendly. I highly recommend renting your own storage from them.

The Seaford storage was awesome. I was able to rent, sign, and pay without leaving my house. All was taken care of! They were kind, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions! I would highly recommend!

DE Storage kindly reminds me to make my payment and then allows me to do it over the phone . . easy as pie. There is also a great online registry that allows you to either set-up automatic payments or a one-time payment. I only wish that the online option to pay would let you split your payments and set-up the date you wish the payment to come out or be charged to your account.

DE Storage located in Seaford, DE is in an ideal location on Route 13 between Seaford and Bridgevillle. The facility has a locking gate and is kept clean! Comes highly recommended!

If you are thinking about renting a storage unit from them ask them if you will be on the main lot or the second lot. If I had known that they were going to put me way back in the Boondocks on that second lot I would have never rented a unit from them. You have to drive through ditches just to get to the units and dont let it be a rainy day, its even worse driving through those big potholes before you can even get to the back units.
