Ive been doing business with this Seal Beach location for 3 years now and havent encountered problems as other reviewer have stated. I have a remote access key for after business hours for my PO Box that sometime doesnt work but the owner has fixed that right away. Always had great service for my business needs. The owners and employees are friendly and helpful. This location is convenient for PO boxes, notary services, faxes and package returns
I do not authorize this store to transfer my mail to this location. I found out it was the wrong store and the owner, Mr. Patel will not refund my money. I am out of state and he is taking advantage of me. I want my money back. I do not want a post office box at his location. He hung up on me and quoted me multiple different prices and they kept going up. This location is roughly $150 higher than the other location. They are out of the way and inconvenient and because I am out of state I have to go through hoops just to get my money back. I have not signed or authorized this man Mr. Patel or the company to change my mailing address and I have not signed for anything. So, please do not support this business. Unscrupulous!
Owners are absolutely awful. Rude, entitled, smug, I could go on. I live in Rossmoor, but go out of my way to go to the UPS store on Katella, the guys there are always great to deal with.
If I could give zero stars I would! I came in with a fifty pound box that another customer helped me lift in. When I got in they wanted to charge me to log on to the computer to print my label. I have never been to a UPS store that could help you print a label. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not senior citizen friendly! Or friendly at all. I will never go back to this store again.
My wife accidentally started the process to open a mailbox at this location, however it is the wrong location. She immediately told Mr. Patel to cancel the service and he said he would not be able to refund the money and acted clueless. They changed the prices from $37 per month to $44 per month and then charged for a full 6 months. We are out of state and having to contest this with the bank. My wife is also contacting corporate. We have never been treated so poorly by any franchised UPS store. We do not recommend you doing business with this location.
This morning I brought 3 heavy boxes to the UPS Store @ 12340 Seal Beach Blvd, Ste E. Preparation is the key. I had my items boxed and sealed. What a pleasant experience. JOHN was on duty and he is the best! Efficient, no hassle service. I found my go-to shipping spot. Price was very reasonable, too. Ill be seeing you soon, John at UPS!
Rushed from work to arrive prior to this store closing, made it with 15 minutes to spare. The place was all gated up and ready to lock the doors when I arrived. I hurried to make 4 trips back and forth to my car with very heavy boxes all labeled and ready to go. Once I finished carrying all the boxes inside, the woman informed me that she would not process the packages without me changing the boxes they were in, which would require me to purchase boxes and tape if I wanted to proceed with my returns. Explaining that Amazon return directed that I only needed to provide the label and UPS would do the rest, the gentleman owner approached and rudely told the woman to just let me go to Kohls. This is the 3rd or 4th time this man has been less than kind or helpful when I wanted to utilize his business. The exchanges have been perplexing. I wont be back.

Unbelievable treatment.!Went in to ship some shoes and was told they need to be in the box. I see the pricing on the box $3.99 and when I go pay the bill am told it’s $15.00 since they had to put it inside the box and charge for packaging. I have never been ripped off in this manner before visiting this business. Be watchful people as there are many other choices in Seal Beach. I went to ship the same out from UPS store on Pacific Coast Highway in old town and paid $5.00 for the Box with a much pleasant experience and friendly and courteous staff.
As someone said, this place used to be really good. very punctual and professional. But since the new owner took over, I think they are Indians from India, it became some kind of mess. specially, when the store is supposed to be open at 8:30am, they dont even show up till 8:45 and takes another 10 min to set up. it happens quite often.
Absolutely terrible service! Ive paid for 3 months using my credit card and for a month they were telling me I didnt pay. Many many many times I showed them my banking statement and sent print screens by email. It didnt help. Last time they asked for the proof of payment again and I sent it to them next day. I was cooperating 100%. For 3 weeks after that they kept silence (no emails, no phone calls, no text messages), but when I came to pick up my mail and birthday presents I found out that my mail box blocked and I cant take my mail! And they were still telling me I didnt pay! For 3 weeks they couldnt do a friendly contact!
Worst customer service ever. Took them 5 minutes to open computer. Apparently they are new owners because it used to be great. Did not leave my package because I need assurance that they know what they are doing.
The operator of this location are clueless. We always send a package using another UPS store and always use the UPS Envelope and pay $11. After waiting for almost 15 minutes the lady on he counter quote me $20, I explained to her that I been sending the same package for almost 8 years and only pay $11. Then her partner correct her but said that I can’t use the UPS envelope but instead I have to buy a plain envelope for .75 cents. At this point I already been in the store for almost 30 minutes and I had my kids waiting in the car and these people don’t make any sense so I just paid for the envelope and for their lousy service so I can leave.
I usually use the UPS located closer to home, but out of convenience I stopped here to make an amazon return. I had the label printed and ready, item in box. Box was approximately 12 inches in length. The box needed to be taped across the top only. THEY CHARGED ME $1 FOR TAPE. When I made comment about having never paid for tape at my usual location the guy helping me said it was the new owners decision. I work at a library in seal beach and will never refer people here again and will caution people against using this location. After coming here to post I see I am not the only unhappy customer. The owner should take the criticism and make changes for the better.
Terrible. I went in to ship some shoes and they needed to scan a U.R code for the information, the employee working there that day scanned it once but it didnt work and he told me I had to print it for (3.99). I left and went to another UPS store where I was given absoulute zero troubles and she successfuly scanned it. Not that hard to complete with patience.
This place used to be awesome, but the new owners are a bunch of idiots. They have no idea what theyre doing and try and upsell you for every little thing. Furthermore, it takes them ages to get anything done. Go elsewhere!

The owner Patel should learn how to interact with customers for his own sake. He didnt know how to process an amazon return. Then got frustrated and told me He cant help me. He will drive away customers if he continues to behave this way.
This place is so convenient. Much better than the post office. Everyone there was great and helpful. This place makes my life easier.
Their printing services are worthless. They cant accept files via email anymore, so you have to rent their computer for $2 and then when I tried to print it didnt work. I already logged out, paid $2 and didnt get my doc printed, what a waste. Going to FedEx office in Long Beach instead.
Very efficient and quick, although they opened late twice so far . No real need to knock the store for that though .
Fast and efficient service
Do not use the notary services at this store. This UPS store charges additional for the individual pages the acknowledgement is on and they did not disclose this prior to the service. Penny pinching is not a good business strategy.
