My husband and I have been T Mobile customers for a bit, and my brother is interested in switching and getting on our plan.We went in to the store tonight to see what promotions there were. Tyler and Robert were AWESOME! So polite and professional. I have seen Robert in the store before, and he is always great. T-Mobile did good on hiring these two guys! They deserve a raise for their patience and customer service!

Hey I diddnt get the dudes name had a foot of hair though, very professional nonetheless, although he advised of possible coverage issues because I do live in a dead zone . He complied with my request no problem. Thanks for good service. Just to let you know, The T mobile hotspot blows the competion away . 65 mbps service, powering all my devices for 50 bucks right close to Griffithville. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. Thanks T- Mobile

Without a doubt, the worst cellular service provider. Horrible coverage. Finding a strong signal is a near impossibility. Worse still, they eventually admit their coverage is weak (and that’s not what I’m paying for). Very inconsistent billing. I have been billed as agreed one time in twelve months. Contacting their customer service is akin to having a botched root canal without anesthesia; just a painful experience with no resolve.

This store has a truly unique and talented staff of extraordinarily welcoming and knowledgeable young people. When I was traveling recently we needed a new phone for a family member. The team helped us find exactly what we needed and got us programmed and out of the door in less than an hour. It was seamless. I’m so glad we made the switch to t-mobile.

The Searcy story is always clean and organized. The staff is so nice they greet every person as they enter the store. Kaitlin Jeff and Jarred all where so helpful and professional they made it easy to get phone services started.I would personally invite everyone to go in and check on there great deals. I went back to the store today and got a upgrade and yet again like when I set up service the first time they did wonderful. I would give them 10s across the board .

I have an ex-boyfriend, Andrew, that swears his loyalty to Antonio at this location in Searcy, AR...He has trying to get me to Visit T-Mobile for Months now...I finally gave in....and it was a breath of Fresh Air & a bright glimmer of hope at the end of my horrible week. Ive been trying to find a better, friendlier cell phone service for my needs. The folks at this T-Mobile store gave me a phone to take to my property and see if The clarity and coverage was going to meet my needs...it did not, but I cant wait till coverage extends to my property north of town. Thanks for trying...Yall Are Awesome....keep up the AWESOME work..I Will Be Back....

Ian Tate is the best & hardest worker at this store.I came in one day & they were short staffed, which is understandable...it happens. Ian was out on the floor busting his butt & the manager Kaitlyn was in the back room. She came out multiple times and saw the 7 customers waiting to be helped and just went back in the room and shut the door. When I was there about 45 minutes she finally came out of the back room to help Ian. & when a customer complained to her about having to wait she had an attitude with him about how they are short staffed, but in my opinion she should have been out there helping the whole time & then finished what she was doing whenever there wasnt as many customers in the store waiting to be helped.So I came in the next day when my replacement phone came in for Ian to help me with it & when I walked in there was a ferret loose that they were having trouble catching which appeared to be either Kaitlyns or Kaitlyns friend who was in the store. Either way it was very unprofessional. Then when Ian and a trainer were helping us I complained about the wait from the previous day & stated how I thought Kaitlyn should have been out on the floor helping Ian ( which she was at this time still in the middle of the sales floor talking to her friend and and playing with the ferret now), well I guess she overheard her name so she called the trainer to the back room to tell her what was said (I am guessing) because then she comes up to my husband & I with an extreme attitude and said Hey I overheard you talking about me & I just wanted to tell you that yesterday we were very short staffed and if theres an issue then you need to let me know! I said Nope, Ian is doing great! Thanks! Then she walked away and her and the trainer stood close by at another register talking about it.I think she is extremely unprofessional & if she is ever working again and I need assistance I will not go in that store. Shes confrontational, does not put the customer first, & seems to be letting the power of manager get to her head. Managers should lead by example & you definitely dont want the rest of your employees acting in the manner that she did. You need a different manager. The only way I will go in the store again is if Ian Tate is working. He went above and beyond to help me. Very kind & down to earth. Walked me through every step & was very knowledgable about what he was saying. He also remained calm while the customers waiting were getting irate & apologized for being short handed. He should be your manager.

What a treat. Conveniently located on a bust street. Easy access in and out. Large, comfortable waiting area with free WiFi. I have visited this location on many occasions. Today I had a simple Sim Card Lock-out issue. Antonio was very knowledgeable and had me in and out in 3 MINUTES. I have never been in/out of anywhere in that time. Great friendly attitude in this T-mobile enthusiast. Keep up the Great Work.

I do not recommend t mobile to anyone I travel alot for work and Im without service 97% of the time that I travel and do not accept the free line/ phone we decided we wanted to switch providers and they told us we have to pay off the free phone before we could cancel with them they hustled us in to getting it so I would not recommend t mobile to my worst enemy

McKenna is an amazing person and helped answer every question we had. They were very accommodating and understood my worries about coverage as I travel a lot. They gave me a a trial phone to use just to see for myself how their coverage holds up. I have to say, I am impressed and they are definitely worth going in and talking to them.

Employees in the store are always friendly and helpful. The service is not very good. Even when the phone shows 5 bars and 4g, it says to connect to Wi-Fi to do anything. Very frustrating.

The only reason why Im giving TMobile 2 stars is bc their customer service was good but their signal is garbage. I live in beebe on the outskirts where they said I should have signal. House no signal, (they gave me a booster)... My street no signal. Back way to searcy... No signal... Freeway to Searcy... Spotty signal... My job in Searcy... Spotty signal... Went to Conway... Barely had signal the whole time. If they new tower doesnt help on March 30th I will be switching back to my previous provider. If it does help. I will change my review.Edit... Tower still isnt up and running and now no one has a clue when it will be working. I will be leaving TMobile. All they provided me with was a headache

The salespeople lied about the type of service that would be provided. They replaced a device in the first 14 days and said we would have another 14 days to return it if it didnt work. The device never worked. We went back to return the device within the 2nd 14 days for the 2nd device and they wouldnt accept the return. We were blamed for not returning our device and coming in sooner. It was mailed to the wrong address, wasnt overnighted as promised and weve been in the store at least 6 times in the last 3 1/2 weeks and dealt with the same two salespeople every time, yet they dont remember us being in there and wont honor their word. Nothing but lies. Also, the manager changes name tags. Sometimes he is Jose and sometimes Antonio. Weve been offered by two different employees their personal unlimited SIM card that they supposedly cant give out.
