Really good service one of the best places
I’ve been a boost customer for almost 15 years and have always loved the service and convenience of this company. Today, however, I felt horrible and totally unsatisfied. I also felt some prejudice in an almost blatant way. I purchased a new apple phone ( unlocked from apple with the sprint model) and couldn’t activate it at home. So I took it to the store and the first guy who was kinda nice told it wasn’t compatible. I took the phone to apple and they assured me it was. It just had to be re-sku’ed. I returned to the boost store and the woman who helped me and my partner was incredibly rude and most likely prejudiced against us. She wouldn’t smile at all and made me feel like I was a total burden and refused to do anything unless I paid her $25. Finally she dialed a number and when I asked her what to do she told me she couldn’t help anymore and I had to talk to customer service and then to move so she could help someone else. I was then told to go to the corner and when I asked about the multiple SIM cards and which I should use she once again said I had to deal with customer service. I already transferred all my data and files over, I just needed assistance to turn on the phone. I didn’t realize it was 25 to help turn a phone on. I have been to other stores where it was 10 for the phone and 25 for full phone and file transfer. I believe I was possibly being wronged but 100% felt prejudiced against and so did my partner. I was hoping today would have been better but I don’t think this store is very lgbt friendly. I hope I’m wrong but I definitely won’t be back.
I have been a Boost Customer for many years. I wanted to upgrade to another phone..I found the phone, I liked & I wanted to buy it out right. So that I wouldnt have to pay, any other monthly fees, well, when I went in to purchase a new phone, the clerk behind the counter, told me that I would have to pay a reactivtion fee & that I had to transfer over all my information in the store. I wouldnt even be allowed to keep my old phone.Needless to say, I did not buy a new phone today. And, Im not likely to go back to that store, ever again.
I would leave no stars if possible. The attendant tried increasing the price of my purchase, as well as attempted to charge me fees that I know are only for new accounts. Ive been a Boost customer over 10 years. I have no plans to ever return to that particular store again.
I switched from metro to boost six months ago never been happier better service and the plans are reasonable I love the deals that they offerI would recommend to everyone I know to switch to boostmobile .
Store Floor is well kept. emplyees i cant say the same for. Example:; The short Latino woman-prejudice against young pretty woman (wont giveem the time of day).I wish I had a name to go with the face but as of now I dont.Im writing this because I have to go to this store tomorrow and Im dreading it to the fullest. I know that nothing will be achieved when I leave the boost mobile store doors and Ill probably end up stopping service with them completel.y
I visited this location two or three times.The information I received resolvedmy questions.The employee assistancewas friendly .
Crooks by far. Never have they took back a broken phone in the warranty period or not. Always the customers fault. Theyll find the smallest thing and say u dropped it etc. CROOKS!

I have been a client of boots for almost 10 years I Yesterday I went to change my phone the lady who attended me was not kind at all feet I asked her if it could happen All of the applications contacts I messages for The other phone I answered that I did not I could because I had to do it by putting my Gmail but if you ask for help it is because you do not know that much. On the phone that lady is very bad-tempered because I have done it before, its just that eya is very incompetent now when I eat alone They better not even go into the store
