The guy who helped my was fine, I had no problem with the employee the problem i have is why did it show up on my CC billing as discoteca exitos de america ! I own a business and saw this charge and thought someone had got ahold of my card number so I called my bank had them put a hold on that card, after they suggested i go through my business log and receipts to make sure it wasnt a business transaction so i spent an hour going through receipts and found the exact amount on a phone purchase at METRO-PCS not dicoteca exitos de america (whatever this place is i dont know because Its not listed online) what a terrible business practice, a business that operates like this wont get any more of my business or a recommendation from me!

To the person MD Hale that commented before me, this is not the same store they had an issue with. There are two Metro stores in Seaside and he confused it with the other one.

Hands down the greatest metro store in the area! If you are in Monterey or Seaside area come and see the people at this store. They are so helpful and so patient. If they dont know the answer theyll help you find one. I was able to get a new phone because the last one was stole and they were able to helop me log back into my account and restore everything I had saved!!!! and we know how difficult it is to restore your information

I love metro-pcs on fremont St. in seaside. Jaunita is very professional and friendly. She all ways helps me when i can’t figure out how to use my phone features, she is very helpful when answering all my questions and concerns i have. Everyone who works there is all ways delightful. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever go to this store. The staff is rude on their best day. Customer satisfaction means zero to this establishment. The GM (pedro) is a goon with the attitude of a mean little boy and the rest of the staff could care less. They will not help you at all. If you need a store that is willing to help with customer needs look elsewhere, this is not the store for you. Never go to this store. There is another Metro franchise at 845 Obama Way and also at 272 Reservation Rd. It is impossible for these guys to be any worst than the below par services provided at 1159 Seaside, CA.

First of I have no problem with metro, but yesterday, I had issue with my phone turn out the store was close to support a boycott, so when did metro turn into a store just for Hispanic, exactly want trump is referring to if this was a diverse store then it would have been open
