I like this Starbucks and their employees are pretty awesome. Ariel hooked it up for my freebie bornday coffee, making it extra special for me. When she I was figuring out what to make me oh, I actually thought it might be too sweet but it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Ariel and the rest of the crew for the birthday wishes and smiles to start off my day along with this tasty beverage. This is the nicest start to my birthday away from home and I appreciate it. If I come back to the area, I will definitely stop in🎂😁🤩🥳

Customer service is excellent at this location. The employees are quick to acknowledge and greet their customers. My order was made promptly and was exactly as it should be. This Starbucks is also a convenient location to visit when one is in the Seaside and Monterey area.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Monterey area. The parking lot is not great lol but the amazing employees make up for the occasional long wait times. Every time I go here I feel like Im treated like a long lost friend and my drinks are always perfect.

Your standard Starbucks. Orders are quick and correct. BEWARE: This location is a victim of its own success. It can be extremely busy and is a little too small to accommodate all the traffic it attracts. Pro Tip: There is another Starbucks down the road towards (and past) In N Out

The cafe Americano with cream and sugar tastes more like cream than coffee.It tastes like lots of cream in a cup of watered down coffee.Definitely not worth the money or the trouble.On the plus side, they are polite and professional.

This has been my go-to Starbucks not just because they are awesome, but they stay open late on Sunday night when the other Starbucks stores in the area have closed. My big gripe is that the tiny parking lot seems to be completely filled up with employee vehicles. It isnt easy to park on the other side of McDonalds, in the Staples/Home Depot lot, and walk to this place. I understand they need a lot of people to run this busy location. But really would be nice if the employees could park over by Staples. As another reviewer mentioned there are other Starbucks nearby. Like the one up on Fremont Street, or out Canyon Del Rey just before Highway 68.

Always seem to get my drinks wrong. Even with mobile orders. If you’re out of certain items you can’t just be making up random drinks that I didn’t ask for. This is hazardous due to allergies.Will be contacting corporate. Never coming back to this store again.

I love this store! Each partner that Ive had at the window is always so friendly at every hour i go (sometimes early, sometimes super late) and I feel they share such positive energy, The leadership at this store hires really good partners and must set a good environment for the staff to provide the great customer service that Ive received consistently

Great! Just wish that they would put chairs outside (like they uses to), so we can sit and enjoy our drinks. Other places are Covid compliant with outdoor seating. Why cant Starbucks?

Love this place, love the team, and love working here. Customers can vary but most are really nice and friendly. Parking lot is too small and the car stack isnt long enough but I didn’t design the place so no pasa nada you know? -Not much to be done there. The wait times can vary depending on the time of day and if we’re experiencing a rush or not as can the items available but we do our best to make sure everyone leaves happy! ☺️Really love reading all of these reviews, truly. Fast efficient and they were able to put together a drink that is no longer available

Sometimes the service is nice at this location. Other times its awful. The rudeness of staff at times makes me choose to go to a Starbucks more out of my way. I only come here if I have to

I recommend you go in walking cause the cars are always in the way and you wont be able to either park or get out

This has been my go to shop for the past couple weeks they got my drink down to the very last drop (iced strawberry creme w/chips n 1 pump chocolate syrup) every time they did not hesitate to member n give a great good morning service and evening service thank you team you guys are doing a amazing job.

The barista was friendly and quick! The store was clean and I watched a barista come on soft, sanitize their hands and acknowledge a Covid safety log before entering the employee part of the store. This is super awesome to know the precautionary measures Starbucks takes to ensure that their employees are taking proper steps during Covid.

During rush hour this becomes a very busy location with a badly designed drive thru when the line gets long. The staff is friendly and the coffee is good. Unfortunately vagrants like to hang around outside and on one occasion a friend and I had to force one out who came in screaming nonsense at the employees.

This is a very nice little Starbucks. Service was fast and friendly. Everyone inside was carefully complying with covid-19 policies. They clear the drive-thru line pretty fast.

Long wait if you use the drive thru. They move right along in there and keep things going, though. Coffee always hot.

Awful location. its basically a drive through that wasnt designed properly asked backs up traffic. i suggest ordering through the app and picking up inside if you get lucky and find a parking spot open. its Starbucks though, so skip it if you can find a better option.

It was a fantastic experience as always the employee amber was so enthusiastic and helpful and her outfit made my day so adorable.and the new young man taking orders on the counter was so kind so thank you to my favorite group of ppl keeping me going in my weeks 😊

Great pit stop at Starbucks as usual. Place was sparkling clean and well stocked even on a busy Sunday morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming.The location was out of my usual but really patient and accommodating when I needed a minute to figure out what I wanted instead. I always appreciate not being made to feel rushed when I need a second to get my order together!

Quick service, reminded me to wear a mask at the drive thru which I had forgotten about but they were great about it and I quickly put it on for all of our safety.

Was a normal Starbucks. Clean restroom.

Another $tarbucks location with the same range of products. A helpful alternative location when the other stores closer to you show out of stock on the item you want when phone app ordering. I really like this real-time check feature as most of the time it saves driving to pickup your phone order only to arrive and find out the location is sold-out (although that occasionally still happens).

Tiny parking lot. Ordered food online and got there and they said it was not ready, after a few minutes they noticed it sitting there so they handed it to me with cold coffee and sandwich. Not a good Starbucks.

Ive always enjoyed coffee from Starbucks, but at times, the roast is just a bit too dark for me (even the medium roast). Likely, youve already had Starbucks coffee, so you are more or less reading this for the actual place. In that case, its just fine. Starbucks does a good job of making sure all of its franchises are up to par with their standards.

Dont think its cool that if youre a truck driver or delivery driver that Starbucks doesnt do something for them. No Starbucks is allowing people to order from their mobile device and be handed their drinks/sandwiches through the front door. If youre in a large vehicle where the drive-thru is not an option then theres nowhere for you to get a coffee. Poor decision Starbucks

Ordered multiple drinks and pastries. Store was busy and I didn’t mind the wait. However I did mind how my drinks were only half filled. Didn’t find out until I got to work. Thanks for the effort but please fill the cups all the way next time.

What can I say, all Starbucks are pretty much the same. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were high ($4 for a small mocha), coffee was mediocre. I come to Starbucks for the space and the service, not the coffee. This one is fairly small, but does have a drive through.

This is not a good place to go get coffee. Most of the time it takes more than ten minutes to go thru the drive thru window . Make sure you have plenty of time

Drive-through can be slow. Drinks can be inconsistent, but when theyre good, theyre good. Customer service is great.

Tori is the sweetest. I ran here with a friend to get a drink and didnt realize my old card was on my Samsung pay. Tori was so sweet and ended up paying for our drinks. Really amazing worker I know we both appreciated her so much. I always come here!

I ordered ahead at this Starbucks and arrived to find the lobby locked and the staff inside ignoring me. The only way to get my drink would be to wait in a line of 10+ vehicles for the drive-through window, at which point my drink would have been cold and I would’ve been late for my appointment. This store should not allow mobile orders if their lobby is closed! It’s like throwing five dollars out of the window. Infuriating.

I love the right choice is not too busy

Ive come here 5 times so far and 3 of these times theyve screwed up my drink by either forgetting an ingredient or giving me the wrong item. If Im paying $5 for a drink and waiting at drive through than I have to turn around and come back to have it fixed, the time and energy and price are not worth it. Find another store to go to unless youre getting plain coffee.

You have to go through drive through even if you have a mobile order! They ignore you at the door too. If you don’t let people pick up their drinks disable mobile order!Bad service.

Employees at the store need to get their act together! Every time you get your coffee, it’s spilling over, down the side, sticky and dirty cups, they never say thank you and show any appreciation for your business! Their customer service is getting increasingly worse day by day, to be honest; the only reason why I ever go to this location anymore is when I don’t have time to go to the next closest location to me! Enough is enough! And when I go to other location and talk about the customer service at this location, the staff agree and say they know they’re taking on a lot of complaints about the staff at that location. Management should really get involved! On top of poor customer service and filthy cups, no fork when you order food that requires one, no napkins, just a mess all over; they never get your order right. Starbucks, you charge a fortune for coffee, etc. let’s do something about what’s going on at this location!!!

I have been here quite a few times. Both drive through and inside of the store are consistently slow yet friendly. Parking lot (including drive through) is a nightmare. Definitely not my first choice, but the closest Starbucks with a drive through option when my son falls asleep in the car.

Coffee is good, staff is rude, made us wear a face mask in our vehicle when in the drive through. Which they cannot do.

I am a gold star customer for 12 yrs all over CA. This is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been. No TP, no seat covers. Personnel friendly and helpfulBut no one rushed to rectify the problem. 😢 Sad.

Someone today was careless enough to give me a tea that wasn’t double cupped like usual so it was very very hot to the touch and no stopper even though I was in the drive-through. Thanks for the scalding hand. Open the lid and it’s filled to the brim, taste of the tea was bad as well compared to all other Starbucks that make the same drink. I’ve had bad experiences here before with the rude older employees. They need to take some notes from the college kids working in Marina that are fast, friendly, and personable. I see many comments about this so I know I’m not just being high maintenance. This location is making Starbucks look bad.

Friendly and quick service.Ive been in about 30 different Starbucks and their baristas are all top-notch and friendly.But this Starbucks, in seaside stands above the rest.

I used to go to this Starbucks because it is the most convenient for me. Now I drive an extra few miles past this location to a different store. EVERY time I would go (3-4 times a week) the staff would either screw my order up or leave something off and I would need to remind them. When I approached the shift supervisor about my routinely bad experiences, I literally got a deer in the headlights look. Done with this location and the crappy staff and service.

Drive through is speedy and the indoor experience is great too. Found the baristas to be nice and courteous. Great place to wait while getting your oil changed at one of the many places along the strip.

One of our favorite drive thru-s. I wish they could re-route traffic as the line backs up into the street sometimes. Staff is friendly. Local transients fill the tables out front which makes for creative conversation sometimes (truth be told), and usually a couple of people with signs near the exit asking for change. My favorite was a sign that said If you Fear Change, Leave it Here.
