Very poor customer service. All of these ladies that work as cashiers are rude to say the least. I came in today and was asking if there were any more registers open and I got ignored as they continued to leave a customer who just wanted some help. They have very competitive pricing but for the non existent customer service it is not worth coming here. I feel like they secretly talk about the customers when they are not listening or when they go to the back room.

Ashley Furnishings has polite staff, great selection of furniture, and can order what you want. I thought their furniture was attractive and suitable for contemporary life.

It’s always kind service and a wide variety of snacks and foods, authentic Mexican food and a good location and lots of parking, I had the bombest mango in chamoy in tajin of my whole life and It was so good it took away all my trauma from the past years and I saw heaven for a second.

Nice little store with some good variety of groceries and produce. Its small size may not be ideal for Covid-related prevention procedures. However, you can actually find some really good bargains here from time to time. The staff are OK. Its location on Fremont may not be so attractive simply because that street is never fun to drive on with too many intersections.

Usually good products but service is terrible. Today there were 16 customers in line. I was number 12. There was one cashier, one. There were several others standing around, but no one to help. Some guy passed and came back like 10 minutes later and opened up another lane.I told him there were 16 in line. They were also coming from different directions because maintaing 6 feet would have put us in the street. He said well we are low staff. Are you kidding me? Its a pandemic. Tons want to work. He continued to take no responsibility. HE NEVER SAID SORRY or offered an apology.Guess what? There is something you can do. Get the people standing around to help. I told him I can also go somewhere else that at least cares. Maybe everyone called in sick but the least you could do is say sorry. But if you think that is taking too much responsibility then at least think that you are losing a customer that spends hundreds a week in hard earned money. Maybe that isnt important either.

Snag a breakfast burrito and a huge container of their salsa verde; both are fantastic.

Its a very clean store with very good hot food bar and good menu. There prices are very reasonable with quite but friendly staff. Highly recommend if you like Mexican food.

Always above average, customer service as well. Carne Asada torta and the Fajitas plate w/ chicken are my go to. Everything Ive ordered always hit the spot. The salsa roja on everything, lol.Big amount of food for a reasonable price.Its also super clean too.

Bought pork and a cheese with jalapeño tamales and had way to much masa (dough) and very little stuffing. Other than that they have great hispanic food as well as great prices.

Absolutely idiotic. Went there they have a big butcher section yet not one person there to cut the meat and hand it to me. Manager was there me asked for help and he refused to help us. Finally I got some fruit ONLY and went to the cash register. There was only 1 cashier there but she put her closed sign and was on the phone. Extremely bad service. Here are some other stores I recommend that are near there. Butcher store- Mi Tierra. Fruit and needs for cheap- Costco. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

Fairly clean and fresh market. The meat looks fresh on top, but the stuff underneath always looks old and questionable. I have purchased chicken and fajita meat from them on separate occasions and it was hit or miss. The store usually only has a few checkout lines open, and several people waiting in line with full carts. Not a bad place, but it could do better.

Being from San Diego, CA, I thought our Mexican food was unrivaled. Coming here, my perspective changed. The food from the taqueria is not only cheap, but it’s quality. For example, I order the huevos con papas breakfast burrito for $5 and out came this big burrito with a crispy tortilla and a free side of chips. The complimentary salsa bar also has just about anything you could ask for from chunky pico de Gallo, to creamy avocado salsa. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good Mexican food. I will definitely be coming here again!

I eat there at least once or twice a week. This is a review for 8/26/19. Between 4 -6 p.m. The Place normally good to great but this day, poor service from the coupons they offered with no Product to sell and 2ndly no substitutions allowed. The Taco Bar woefully not clean enough and that area understaffed. Why are they training new employees when the place is a wreck. Let the trainees sweep the floors and clean the tables. I cleaned my own table but they provided the towel. The sauce bar was a mess and had not been cleaned recently. Normally they have the staff to constantly clean the store, tables, floors but not on Sunday. Hire more back up staff. P.M. Did a great job as a cook of my Super Burrito however the chips were old. Sante Fe Market. I know you can do better then this even on a Sunday. If you have a big demand for food... Prepare the staff ahead of time. Usually I am impressed on the quality and timeliness of the service. But this day was a failure. Only two stars from Me. I am a constant customer. I will go back and ofc if improvement is made I will compliment the manager and staff.

This store and taqueria are worth a try. Guac is the best I have ever had and my pollo taco was great. The produce section is full of quality stuff, and the bakery has stuff I wish I could taste.

Great FIsh Ceviche with lettuce and tomatoes and the best Mission Purple Street taco tortillas. I make them right in the parking lot best quick SPICY bite to help push through that 3 o clock feeling. Dont forget the drink to wash it down.

A well stocked Hispanic supermarket with great variety. The entire store is beautifully kept and clean. The produce is all extraordinary and very reasonably priced. One can find produce not generally found in a regular supermarket, such as napoles, or the spectrum of peppers, such as Serrano or pasilla. The Carnicería has a lovely selection of salsas, such as salsa de molcajete and salsa Verde, their cheeses, and the expansive counter of meats. The Panería (my favorite part) offers traditional, delicious pastries. There is a wall of assorted pastries, tables of packages cakes (naranja is my favorite), and a refrigerated shelf displaying cakes, such as for birthday parties. Another upside to the store: piñatas are available. The service is wonderful, and the food court was absolutely delicious (especially the Super Quesadilla with barbacoa)

Some things are good. Chorizo was inedible due to ridiculous spiciness. Salsas are very spicy too. ....and i like it pretty spicy. Tamales are very good. Pupusas tambien.

Pesima butchery, very bad customer service

We went to eat with my family and they gave me the cold tacos and I asked the boy if he could please heat them up and I take them and heat them very reluctantly.On another occasion I went to the butcher shop and asked for two pounds of meat and they gave me too much and I told the boy Im sorry, I only asked you for two pounds, you can get out of it, and he did it but also in a bad way.They lack a lot of humility.
