Sonic Repair is the best.They fixed my car after Alba Repair failed to fix car when tree fell on window/ grill. Sonic secured the fender snaps and bumper sagged and almost fell off! All extra pocket expense for me when Alba collected from insurance and did a lousy repair. I highly recommend Sonic Collision.

On Friday August 6th one of my Farmers Insureds had a situation happen to her brand new car. We immediately referred them to Sonic Collision in Des Moines. It was a Friday afternoon, and I gave Allison (At sonic Collision) a heads up that I had sent my insured to them along with a brief description.It turned out our insured needed a passenger door glass to secure her automobile, of which no other vendor on a Friday afternoon was willing to deliver to Sonic Collision.Understanding the need, Allison actually went and picked up the glass herself. Once back with the glass, Owner Cameron Campbell and his team repaired the vehicle so our insured would feel safe over the weekend, until the other repairs could be made.I cant say enough about this locally owned business owner, and their culture in their business. I took my vehicle to this shop after getting my brand new car rear ended. They made sure to offer help to me with the insurance company and guide me through the process since I was so overwhelmed. They were incredibly fair in assessing the damage, as they do a walkthrough with you present before reporting to the insurance company. At one point, the insurance company I was working cancelled the reservation on my rental car and the Collision Center staff immediately offered to help and take the load off my hands. They are so so nice about calling in and checking up on you every few days as well. My car was considered a total loss and when it came time to sign it over to the insurance company, they were right there with the paper work and amazing customer service. I recommend Sonic Collision to everyone. They made the process so seamlessly easy :)

Sonic was recommended to me by a coworker after someone scraped the car I was borrowing from a friend. I went over to get an estimate and Cameron was super helpful with giving me some good advice. Instead of charging me hundreds or thousands to fix it, he buffed out 95% of the damage and then helped patch up the paint - all without charge. I really appreciated his help and advice and if I ever do need some collision repair services, I will definitely take my business to Sonic!

After I was rear-ended, I did my research on local automobile repair centers. Sonic offered a free estimate and had positive reviews. I called and was met with a friendly and knowledgeable staff who welcomed me to their shop. After a thorough estimate, I chose to use them. I am very happy with that decision. They kept me updated on the process of the repair, when they received a bad part they continued to make it right, and did a complete walk through with me after it was completed. Cory and his staff provided reasonably priced repairs with excellent service. Definitely would recommend.

Had my tesla model 3 repaired here. Great service and excellent communication by Allyson. Reasonable prices although insurance covered it all.Car looked brand new when I got it back and they vacuumed the interior.Took a little bit longer that I wouldve liked but Tesla parts are hard to get by and not their fault.I would definitely use them again and apparently a family owned business which is good to see.All in all 5 stars!!

I had known for some time I needed to bring my car in for some body work but kept putting it of for the sole reason that I dreaded the thought of dealing with the repair people--just dont trust repair shops.I was forced to do something when, while driving on the freeway, a semis tire tread was flung from under the car in front of me. I had no place to go but over it. It broke my front and back bumpers, AC condenser, etc. So no more putting repairs off. Fortunately, when getting the AC replaced, the repair shop recommended Sonic as an excellent body shop for the repairs I needed.1) Sonic supplied me with a loaner so I didnt have to rent a car. 2) They kept the repair costs in line with Geicos quote, and also did some additional repair work needed, all at reasonable cost. 3) My car is 14 years old but they were able to acquire all the needed parts and make it like new. 4) Their paint/body parts are guaranteed for as long as I own the car. 5) In addition and most importantly, they were kind, honest, and conscientious. 6) They even did the old-fashioned sign of top-notch service: shampooed the carpet. 7) They restored my faith in there still being skilled people out there with a good work ethic who make extra effort in helping the customer. Simply awesome.

My car was involved in a hit and run, messing up my bumper, tail light and the side panel. Sonic was the best! It took about 2 weeks to repair my car, but I have a suzuki, a very difficult car to get parts for, but not being 25 makes rental car impossibly expensive, Sonic provided a loaner car for me. Those 2 weeks I dont know what I would have done without the loaner. That was just the beginning, they kept me updated every step. When I went o pick up my car it was completely spotless inside and out. My car is a 2008, so it has some bumps and scratches, so along with fixed the bumper they cleaned up the key scratch and dent on my door!! They were absolutely amazing! Id recommend to anyone needing help on their car!

Took my car in to get my bumper repaired. Went to pick up my car only to find out that the bumper was repaired but the trim around the bumper hadnt been completed. I also noticed they washed the car but must have dried it using a cloth with a lot of stringy lint that made the car look like it got all scratched up during the repair, as well as weird smudges all over it. The owner was nice enough to clean the smudges as well as buff out some scratches on the hood that I hadnt noticed were there before. I had to make a second trip to pick up my car which wasnt too big of a deal since I work across the street and the owner gave me a credit to a detailing service for my troubles. All in all I was pretty satisfied.A few weeks later I found a charge on my credit card for the car rental that was set up with Enterprise through Sonic. The claim should have covered the rental car and Sonic should have paid Enterprise with that claim, but that didnt happen. Now Im stuck dealing with the insurance company trying to get reimbursed for the rental. Its been several weeks now and I still havent been reimbursed. The whole thing is an extra inconvenience that Sonic should have taken care of.Not too thrilled about this added hassle and will not be returning to Sonic if Im ever in need of auto body repair.

Sonic Collision must be the best auto body repair business in the Puget Sound area. Cameron (owner) called me frequently to review the progress on my Ford Expedition. I am certain Sonic saved me thousands. Any other shop would have totaled my Expedition after a driver ran a red light and hit the side of my car in between the doors at about 50 mph. My Ford is red...the worst color to try to match after it has faded. Those paint guys got it down at Sonic ! The blend is awesome ! Which means you cannot see it. Really, I got a call every day or so to update me on the progress, They had to find two doors that matched my car so it took a little while. Im 59 years old and have had the occasion to visit a auto body repair shop plenty. :(I would never go anywhere but Sonic. Even if it required traveling (towing) a longer distance. These people make it worth it. Im on Google + you can contact me if you want. Of-course, I have not used other body shops because, WHY WOULD I? No, Cameron is not my brother. I wish he was, I like him better. The other positive reviews I read are absolutely correct. I am also a customer for life.

Sonic Collision Center does an amazing job and stands behind their work. I was in an accident and my car looks better now than it did prior to the accident. They gave me a weekly report on progress and estimate of when my car would be finished. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my car repair needs!

Sonic Collision completed a second minor repair on my 2013 Mazda CX-5 today (11-9-16), and I was very impressed again! About a month ago I was backing up in a parking garage and did not see a low post on the left side. Fortunately I was moving very slowly and only cracked the outer rim of the left rear light. Sonic Collision replaced the entire light including a minor paint job in only a half day job - and my car was finished an hour or two earlier than I expected! Looks great! After paying the parts deposit, my grand total actually ended up being less than the original estimate... Refunding my credit card! I thoroughly appreciate their willingness to save me, the customer, money by mixing their own paint instead of ordering paint from the dealer (especially when it was a small surface area). Lastly, the complimentary loaner vehicle (new Jeep Liberty) is an added benefit and convenience!

Over priced company. My car is almost fully repaired for less the half of what they quoted. The list contained parts that were not damaged in the accident, on top of that I was charged more then the amount they paid the tow company.

Found Sonic about 6 months ago after a child had a bumper to bumper in my beautiful CRV. Got great help when I stopped by, was given advice on how to repair myself, and how to check for further damage, and overall was treated very graciously.Recently was hit in a parking lot. Stopped by, got an estimate immediately, and then once I was square with the insurance of the person who hit me, I scheduled an appt. From start to finish (5 days) they did what they said they would do, precisely when they said they would do it. Treated kindly, professionally and respectively in every engagement.On top of it all, when I picked my car up it had been detailed inside. (maybe not quite officially detailed, but thoroughly cleaned, dusted, etc. It looks almost as good as new.Im a customer for life.
