DO NOT GET COFFEE HERE! These people shouldn’t even be baristas. I paid $7 for each drink and had 3 drinks, all SIMPLE pumpkin cream cold brews and she had to remake it 3 times and i ended up with a regular cold brew that’s looks like an iced coffee. Would highly not recommend unless you want to pay a lot of money for trash.

I actually had a pretty good experience at this Seatac airport Starbucks. The staff was friendly and I had a croissant and egg bites which were both warmed and heated. The pumpkin spice latte tasted pretty good too. Other than the long wait, due to the small size of the airport, it was a good experience.

My daughter (who’s a Type 1 diabetic and has to take insulin injections when monitoring calorie intake) ordered a SUGAR FREE vanilla iced latte and they gave her a drink that WASN’T SUGAR FREE. Her blood glucose levels are now 400 and she feels horrible before flying. Shame on the worker who wasn’t paying attention to the customers request. Not what I’d expect at Starbucks!!!

Employees are desperately in need of training and better low-level management (asst. managers). Poor teamwork made the line much slower than it needed to be. Theyre also understaffed but that staff they did have werent being utilized well by whoever was the leader. Also lacked customer service skills.

Got in early morning from a flight and needed a cup of coffee. Nobody in line, but took 15 minutes because the employees continued to serve the TSA staff as they walked up and ignored me. After serving 4 airport employees while I stood there, I asked about my drink. Nothing but negative attitude coming my way after that. Needless to say, I didn’t leave a tip. Poor service at Starbucks? That’s a first for me.

Besides the overpriced coffee and limited menu, this location seems to be constantly staffed by employees that are not very friendly or engaged in what they are doing.A latte is something that the baristas should be able to make consistently and quickly. My experience has been the opposite.

New location and new Starbucks. They took the seating out which sucks, you think it would make the place more efficient. Yet, they are not in a rush to get you through. 30 min in line and another 10 to get one drink and one sandwich. People had to get out of line, it was taking so long. And the barista had her hair down and kept moving it out of her face. Health code violation?

I bought a sandwich. The bread was dry. Contents laughable. A slice of ham. Didnt see the cheese. A piece of kale. I was hungry and very disappointed. 2 stars for the barista who offered me extra mayo. The sandwich had mustard. This was the first non bakery item Ive ever bought at a Starbucks. Never again.

One of the most poorly run ones Ive ever been too. Not really a busy morning, but I had to ditch my order because it took them 20 min to warm up a sandwich. I dont think any of the employees spoke proper English - Ive got nothing against forigners, but it seems like at a busy airport that would be a pretty important qualification. How weird is it to not only buy overpriced coffee, but if its iced, its like 70% ice, and it takes so long you cant even get it?

Starbucks is expensive and satisfying. I expect to pay more. Fortunately, I typically receive a superior/unique product and first-class customer service; therefore, I am satisfied.Airports are expensive and unsatisfying. I expect to pay more. Unfortunately, I always receive average/generic products and typically receive second-class service; therefore I am unsatisfied.I imagine there are fancy economic laws to describe the relationship between cost, products, service, and satisfaction. When you add choice and time as potential factors things get complicated...All this to say that when Starbucks is in an Airport, has all the potential to be extraordinarily expensive and catastrophically unsatisfying. Therefore, as as I was in a big rush to catch a plane and Starbucks was the only location to get a sandwich near our gate, I walked in knowing I would pay way too much for two sandwiches and snacks and just hoped whomever was helping me could ring me up as quickly as possible. While expensive, ($21.75). The young lady helping me surpassed my all other expectations.. Not having any singles, I placed $25 on the counter irritated I couldnt just leave 25 cents behind and get to the gate!. Before I could grab my stash and go grabbed a sack, filled it with extra mustard and mayo, my sandwiches and roasted almonds. She worked so efficiently that she had tended my money, loaded up sack, and gave me my change before I could anxiously look at my watch! So impressed by this, I not only dropped my quarter in the tip jar, but left all the change...(NOT my typical Starbucks tipping practice: drop the silver--keep the paper)This could be the end of a nice four-star review; nevertheless, her wisdom continued to pay off and elevate this to five-stars. First, I didnt have to cram the sandwiches into my wifes purse; the wisdom of the sack! Next, she had the wisdom to give me extra mustard and mayo. She must have known the dense bread would be too dry with the sauce listed in the ingredients alone! Finally, she put a knife in the sack. While I bought two (one for me and one for my wife) with all the bread, one was plenty for both of us. I have no idea how we would have divided the near 3 inches of bread without destroying the sandwich and leaving a mess on the airplane floor. In sum, she not only met my expectations, but met my unexpected and unknown needs.I have two regrets:1. I regret putting my change in the tip jar; I would rather her keep all of it.2. I regret being unable name her personally in this review. Which is particularly frustrating because I made a point of looking at her name tag to thank her personally at the sale.

Not bad for an airport Starbucks, but the line gets super long and peoples indecision lends to long waits. The staff is ok but a tad slow and the lack of a milk and sugar bar means you need to ask ahead. They do at least have a normal menu and were able to make a decent cup of coffee.

As a Starbucks barista myself Im pretty familiar with the menu and pricing. I was way over charged for my drink and smores bar. I ordered a simple passion iced tea lemonade with raspberry syrup instead of classic and was charged double the price. And when I asked why i was charged so much the lady at the counter told me and I quote because youre at an airport and shrugged her shoulders, then rushed me along. Not very happy with the service or my drink as well.

Terrible place, staff is slow and unorganized. I stood inline for 10 minutes to have them take the persons order behind me. Another worker then came to the register and wanted me to pay for the other persons order. This is the last time I will ever go to any Starbucks, the coffee is not with the overly inflated prices and frankly the food is terrible. They only got 1 star because Google does not permit zero stars.
