I cannot gush enough about the service at Tire Factory. Every experience I’ve had here has left me smiling. The staff if incredibly friendly and accommodating. I feel like I leave educated and treated extremely fairly, which I feel outs lacking in most vehicle serving businesses.

Okay, so the staff here can be a little eccentric and their customers services philosophy is not typical. But these folks are in fact nice.And they just completed a repair on a coworkers car and the quoted less than half what another shop had quoted her.And they actually charged her even less than they quoted.My company keeps coming back here after getting quotes or bills from other repair shops.Oh, you should know they are a proper mechanic shop. Not just tires.Id have to recommend this place if you value your dollar.

The mechanics and managers have been there for many decades. Very little turnover. Friendly and informative staff. I was originally going to the Point S Tire Factory in my neighborhood, but decided to go back South Park after not having been there for 15 years. Its worth the 30-minute drive for me compared to my local auto mechanics.

This is my go to place for my automotive repair & routine services. They have a very skilled group of mechanics who are very friendly. I feel they are very honest & have never tried up sell me for unneeded services or repairs. The prices charged always seem very reasonable . I have always been happy with the work they have performed which includes brake jobs, oil changes, flushing my cooling system, replacing a thermostat, fixing my horn & I am sure I missed a few things. I also buy all my tires here because of the great selection & prices. If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle for repairs & or servicing I think you will be pleased.

Ive been going to this location for years, theyre very friendly. Ive gotten tiers for most of my cars here and my oil changes. Reasonably priced. They always check the air on my tiers and have even removed a nail and patched it free of charge.

I brought my car in for tires and routine maintenance check. Owen and his team were very professional and extremely honest about the work they could and could not preform on site. I was referred to a transmission shop who were as equally professional and honest. I will definitely continue to do business with South Park Tire Factory.

Went to this garage based upon SEVERAL recommendations with my car that was supposedly fixed at the dealership a couple of days before. I explained the situation, that I wasnt Daddy Warbucks, etc. They looked up the parts that was suspected that I needed, gave me a quote for less than half of what the dealership was asking and made an appointment for my car. A couple of days later, its fixed, within my budget, no BS about needing to have my bumper replaced, external air filter and undercarriage spray needing done after 60k miles. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Overall, one of the best experiences Ive had at a garage, even better than experiences I had at one I worked at! Would HIGHLY recommend these folks, not just tires, everything! I know where Im bringing my car in the future, do you???

Though there are a dozen or more tire places in my surrounding neighborhood, I specifically make a point to get any tire work done by these folks. My most recent experience for example: I hit a curb going under the West Seattle bridge, shredded the tire, dented the rim. Spare goes on, and I call South Park Tire Factory (on purpose). I say, can I bring my car to have a new tire installed? He said, come on down. I get there, and one of the fellows comes out to take a look, says, hm, yes, we can fix that. But I dont know if we have just one tire for that car. He looks in the front show room, and then snaps his fingers and goes back into the warehouse, comes back, has a single used tire, looks to be in good shape. Furthermore, Id asked him to inspect the rest of my tires--if Im there anyway and need to replace them all, why not go ahead? He says, no, not necessary, tire tread in pretty good shape for another few months or more. He says he needs an hour or so. I wandered around that nice marine park nearby, and sure enough, about an hour later he calls me. I get over there, shows me the rim smoothed out with the new-used tire. I go to pay, and he hands me the invoice, and its ONLY 40.00. Plus tax. So. Flat tire, no appointment, same day, hour later, single tire, rim damage, and only forty dollars. And no up-sell either! Even better than my previous experience there, and that one was pretty good too. I didnt think I would feel some cheery and goodwill after a flat tire in the middle of my workday, but I did feel pretty good after being taken care of by these guys who are direct, friendly enough for being clearly busy and hardworking, and they dont have that greasy pushy sale-person-on-commission-uncomfortable-faker vibe. Will return here when I need new tires. Thank you! One more thing, I tried to tip, feeling much appreciation for this whole thing taking such little time and money, but he wouldnt take it. Right on!

These guys have been working on my cars since 2002. I wouldnt take them anywhere else. Bob and his crew always do a good job. And the prices are fair. I have recently moved to Federal Way, and still take my cars back to them.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Tom and Bob and Owen and Jeremy for years. They are the most professional shop I have ever worked with. They take time to answer my questions and they have always made effective repairs in a very timely fashion. I recommend them without hesitation.

So first, Ill validate the consensus that Tire Factory is a reputable business with an honest sbd conscientious staff, excellent service and competitive prices. Theyve had our business for years, and theyll continue to get it for many more. I recommend them to anyone who needs tires.Second, about that one-star review. It pays to have a well-tuned BS detector when youre using online reviews to make a buying decision, and the negative review posted below sets mine off instantly. Dont let one entitled crybaby outweigh all of the positive experiences; this is one business that deserves every dollar it earns.

I love this place friendly fast service honest ive been bringing my car here for years to get wheel alignments done they are 1 of the cheapest shops around to offer wheel alignments not to sure on their pricing on other services but mg go to place for wheel alignments.

I did a lot of research before buying a new set of tires from this place 2 years ago and have been back several time. I cant express how impressed I am with them. They have been so professional and kind. Ive been to other places in Seattle including the Subaru dealership itself in Ballard and this place specifically speaks to you like youre not an idiot and they do not try to rip you off. In fact, they have refused to accept payment knowing that we have a relationship and i will keep coming back. Just like the old days! So nice to have a community in places you do business. I guarantee you will not find a better tire shop than this.

I usually dread going to auto shops, but my whole experience from calling and making an appointment to picking up my car after servicing was so pleasant. The employees are so friendly, the prices are great, and Ill definitely be taking my car there from now on.

I been in the Army for 9 years and been all over the world and the U.S. No other tire shop I ever been to is better than this one. Bob is the man and so is everyone that works there. Great service, personality, cheap prices and very fast. I live in Everett and I dont think twice driving to here to get my new tires. Everyone here is very honest about any questions you have for them. They are honestly there for your service. If you only want one tire, then they will put one new tire on without trying to sell more. Last but not least make sure you tell Bob thank you because his grandson just joined the Army. These guys go above and beyond. I have taken both my BMWs to these guys and they have done superior work every time! I had a small leak in which I had to use Fix-a-Flat to limp by with for a couple of days. I hate the stuff because it gums up tires and can eat away TPMS, the wheel, tire, etc. I needed to use it because no longer do a lot of cars come with spares anymore due to CAFE standards. These guys not only pulled the hidden nail responsible for the flat, but cleaned out the gunk, and salvaged the TPMS sensors, for no charge. Customer service is above and beyond. Will always use for my tire needs and will refer all of my friends to them. Thanks so much!!
