My technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem and offered the remedy. He spent time with me on preventative maintenance. He discussed what I might be looking at in the near future as far as replacement of my door opener, but did not give me a hard sell which was very much appreciated. I will call Apex Garage Doors in the future with any of my garage door repair needs.

John was able to replace our broken spring, replace broken rollers and gave the door a general overhaul. When my wife heard it for the first time after the repair, she had to check twice to make sure it was actually running because it was so quiet. I called John and he came out and show up next day morning to install. He is very professional and affordable with best quality service. He is help me to choose new garage door not only that once he was installing door found frame needs to be re install. Apex Garage Doors performed an outstanding garage door adjustment. I wondered why my door won’t fully close. The garage door repair man pointed out that there was something wrong with the opener settings. He carefully made the required adjustments and checked if the door works normally again.

My garage door opener chain fell off and it would not stay, when I tried myself to put it back on and run the opener. The technician came as scheduled and did a good job of fixing the problem. He had to replace the drive shaft and gear assembly, as it was worn out and not stable to hold up and drive the chain. The technician had the assembly and he did replace it and adjusted the limit switches of the drive. Problem was resolved.

John was awesome! His garage door opener installation price was less than other companies and he did an incredible job. He later repaired a broken spring that and left the door working in perfect condition. Cannot hesitate to recommend!!

He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and gave me options of what must be replaced what shouldnt be but wasnt imperative, and what would be nice to be replaced to avoid future problems. They came out next day from when I called. John the technician did a fantastic job of working quickly and efficiently. We had to spend more than we hoped but it was because he did a complete re-haul of our outdated system for a reasonable price compared to buying a whole new door. I called the number given in their website and sure to the comments in the review, my call was answered by a polite lady who connected me to an equally friendly technician whom within a reasonable time re-fixed the gears and advised to replace them if the problem continues. I called on Tuesday and made an appointment for Thursday. Mike came out on time and took a look. He offered to repair it but I needed to replace it with a new one. He had numerous options but I chose the upgraded model because of the 10 years warranty and the reasonable price.
