I recently bought some Home Depot paint and regret the decision. This was my second mistake in this regard. Good thing I only bought a quart. I started painting my home exterior trim after prep work and then stopped and went to Sherwin Williams. Ive stripped off the Home Depot and am applying the beautiful Sherwin Williams ; it is superior! Great coverage. Great adherence. Easy peasy to apply.

Just okay. i went into the store and pre-paid $1,200 cash for paint, was told it would be ready in a few hours. came back 7 hours later and the employees had no idea about my order. returned the next morning, after some confusion we discovered that the paint was ready. I understand they have been busy, would appreciate the some attention to detail from the employees, especially after prepaying $1,200 and then having to come back twice due to disregard from the employees at this store. maybe they can set up an order-board so orders don’t get forgotten? next time I guess I’ll be more aggressive in terms of demanding a precise time when my paint is ready and calling to check in on the status, maybe they need that pressure from customers to fill their orders. I would advise people be very aggressive with the employees so they can’t give excuses when your order is not ready. i guess this is just the type of service we can expect from large corporations and employees who don’t care. oh well.

The last two times I’ve tried getting paint from here they’ve been completely out of the base to make anything in both satin and egg shell. Now today they said they can only make super dark colors. I really want to use Sherwin Williams but they literally never have paint. I give up.

Went into store to order custom mixed color. Store was tidy. The female sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient...she was great. Order was promptly filled. Recommend-Will gladly use again!

I stopped by in the afternoon to buy some paint for my new house. I was the only customer for a good amount of the time I was in there and was never once greeted or acknowledged by the employees in any way. It seemed like there were at least four people working. Tried making eye contact while browsing samples and brochures, but I was ignored while they chatted. I ended up walking out because Im really not interested in begging someone to sell me paint. I really hope it was just a bad day.

I went to this location because the one i went to last year didnt have the same stain i used and i needed an exact match, so i went to This branch and was happily shocked at the experience. They corrected a small issue that the original store made so it took a small amount of time to even find me in the system. After a quick call from this store to the old one, it was corrected in a flash. They took the time to treat me courteously and professionally. The store was immaculate in cleanliness. The worked all wore protective coverings, kept a safe distance without placing people on ignore, and were friendly above all else. They were the peak of customer satisfaction personified and should be recognized for outstanding service.

The Delridge Sherwin -Williams is my go to paint store. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly, and have great recommendations when I asked.

A very easy shopping experience with helpful staff!

CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!Worst experience in my 35 years as a Professional Painter. No Will Call window. AND NO ONE answers the phone!! I had placed my order one week ago with the promise that at least the quart of trim paint would be done by 5 pm. I was unable to pick it up, so I tried to leave a message. No answering service was available. My client tried to pick up the order on two separate visits throughout the week. My name, the clients name nor my companys name was in their pick up area on any of the will call orders. I tried calling over 17 times throughout the week letting the phone ring up to 10 times each time and still no answer and no answering machine. I finally walked in personally today to retrieve my paint plus the two different samples I left to be matched. My match was mixed by a new guy who doesnt know what he is doing. One week later, only one match was completed and it was WRONG...BOTH IN COLOR AND IN SHEEN. Inexcusably incompetent workers at this store. Too top it off, one of the samples I had left had been lost, and the second sample was a piece of trim that had paint of a different color splattered on it. NO APPOLGIES ONLY SILENCE. MY CLIENT IS A DOCTOR AND THE OWNER OF HIGH-END HOMES AND HE WAS NOT IMPRESSED. YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS. CONTACTORS BEWARE!!

Good place and service

I went in when there were no other customers and 3 employees. Not one of them even looked my way or greeted me. One was already on the phone and the call was clearly personal. The other after talking to the 3rd employee at first then picked up the phone and called another SW store and was waiting for pickup so chatted with the young woman in the back. While this is going on Im standing near the register with an item to purchase in my hand waiting expectantly, looking from one to the other with a smile hoping to be helped. They occasionally looked and glanced away. They clearly knew I was there and chose to ignore me. Finally I put my purchase back and left the store. I bought my items at McLendons which is what I recommend to you.

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful - when they arent too busy. Products are top notch and they have a great variety of painting tools. But, it was over an hour wait just to get two gallons of paint for a tiny residential paint job. Staff was very apologetic for the wait. It appeared as if every local paint contractor decided to drop in at the same time.

I hadnt painted my little home in about 16 years and was starting one room at a time. The staff were INCREDIBLY kind, patient and helpful. And they never pushed me towards the most expensive product and gave me only what I needed for my one small project. I was really impressed!

A nice selection and friendly staff. Three separate employees checked on me to make sure I didnt have any questions or need assistance. One of the sales associates even took my paint to the car when he noticed I was having trouble carrying everything. WONDERFUL experience, thank you!

This is the place to go for paint. The Sherwin-Williams brand is top notch and has worked great for many projects. Along with superior products, the staff at this store was very helpful, providing knowledge and insights that has been useful and helped me do a better paint job.

Great customer service. Its not speedy, but I dont require speed when people actually know what they are talking about and Ive received great advice from SW folks. I also really appreciated how frankly they recently owned their mistake recently when they made one. It was refreshing not to be met with bogus excuses.

You get 100% attention on paint and dont have to fight with a general big box store that has hardware and other things that make it hard to get attention and expertise.

The staff is helpful and they listen. They know their products and can assist in finding the right paint for your application. If you are a novice painter or have a weird question, I have had a staff member go out of his way to find the answer, to the point of calling someone who had the same problem as me. The answer was helpful.

They have been very helpful when I have questions about painting projects. I love the coupons and that encourages me to shop with Sherwin-Williams!

There is a line out the door..one woman working her buns off to help people and the only other worker here is a guy who has spent the whole time I have been here walking around talking on the phone.

I purchased 4 gallons of paint on 10-4-18 for $202.65. They were mixed and place on their side in a cardboard box, two on the bottom and two on top and carried out to my car by an employee. I placed the box in my house. A couple hours later I picked up the box and found a puddle of paint on my floor along with paint streaming out of the bottom of the box all over my clothes and shoes! One of the lids had not been tampered down properly and about a third of the can had slowly leaked out. What a mess!!! My shoes and clothes were ruined and there is still paint on my floor that I havent been able to remove. Customer service was greatly lacking when I called the store to report what happened. No apologies, never asked my name, just said ok, bring it back... Overall, very bad experience with Sherwin-Williams!

Didn’t have a wonderful experience here. Needed a small amount of paint of a color I got a gallon of a few days ago. They said my color wasn’t available in anything smaller then a gallon. This was disappointing since their prices are very high. I’ll be shopping at Home Depot for my next paint purchase....

I was looking for a paint that Lowes has and they do not have the same quality or even one that resembles it and the prices are higher than one would think I thought that because it is from the Sherwin brand it could be cheaper and of better quality today if I was surprised knowing that a known brand is sold cheaper in other stores than in the same company.
