In the pandemic its hard to find a hot tub for delivery in under 6 months (especially an in-demand brand like Hot Spring!), but Tab kept a close watch on inventory for the model we wanted and managed to snag one in record time!He also was happy to drive across town to let us test-soak the model I ordered and answered the myriad questions I had.

I went to the shop to look for a hot tub for my vacation home. David was my sale person. I want something very specific as i dont want a super big one yet I want one with a lounge chair.He was so patient with us. He picked 4 tubs for us and explained the difference of each. The most amazing thing was he let us try out the tubs. They have bathrobe, towels, water, everything you can think of to actually soak in the tub.The experience is amazing and I never thought I can actually feel the jets of each tub and pick the one that I like.David took the time to give us the best experience. Finding the right hot tub can be tricky and the process not fun sometimes but I’m glad I went and checked out Olympic hot tub in Westlake. I met David there who has been such a big help patiently answering all my questions and at the same time providing us with some humor. Don, the owner was also there and so accommodating.After the hot tub was delivered, he continued to be available through text and email and answered all the questions I had and helped troubleshoot some hot tub functions with me. I went a little into panic mode this morning as my year old Olympic Jetsetter tub had stopped working and had weird message on the control pad. Called on a holiday weekend and got Dave Bayless on the phone and he deduced we had likely had a power interruption issue, and guided me through some diagnostic steps and finally some recovery steps which got the controller to re-boot and the tub re-started based on his expert knowledge of the product. Somehow his humor had me laughing out loud several times as we worked together to sleuth the issue and get a re-start. Olympic seems to have the best people in the spa business.
David Bayless provided a flawless delivery and wonderful customer service! He is very accessible and helped hold our hand through the process and even checked in with us every few months to make sure things work perfectly. We love Olympic Hottubs!

It was a pleasant experience to talk to Patty over the phone about my hot tub needs.I first went to Rich’s in in Tukwila and no one would assist me. I then went to Aqua Quip in Puyallup to test soak but the customer service rep required that I reserve a tub prior to trying them out.I then made an appointment with Patty at the Seattle showroom to try out hot tubs. By doing that I was able to find the perfect hot tub for me after test soaking in several. I have significant back and knee pain and find that hot tubbing helps me relax and feel better! I was referred to Patty by a neighbor and I will continue to refer people to Patty because of my positive experience!

We started shopping for a hot tub in June. Knowing absolutely nothing about them I picked up the phone and randomly called Olympic Hot Tub. Fortunately for me David Bayless answered! He came over to our house to take a look at the location and give me advice as i was doing some landscaping to prepare, then helped us in the showroom to purchase, and has been nonstop help as weve navigated shipping delays due to COVID, installation woes from the electrician, and my own learning curve of keeping the chemicals balanced. Their service department has also been great, in spite of being insanely busy. I highly recommend purchasing from Olympic Hot Tub. It has been a very good experience!

David is quick, thoughtful, helpful, and thorough in his responses to e-mails and text messages and was invaluable in ensuring we were comfortable with our purchase and prepared for our new hot tub. We cant rave enough about our experience with David at Olympic Hot Tub! We feel like we are on vacation every night, enjoying our new backyard hot tub.A few items that may be of interest to future customers:- At the time we purchased, we could cancel for any reason with full refund up until delivery date. We liked this piece of mind, in case we changed our mind.- Umbrella didnt work out for us (hot tub cover opening/closing didnt clear umbrella)- We purchased the smartpad for under the hot tub. It was easy to install and we like it- We had service appointment scheduling mix-ups, but have been pleased with their resolutions so far

I just found out about Olympic Hot Tub’s valet service. I am on my fourth hot tub (third Hot Spring) but the first here on the west coast. I spoke with Courtney to schedule the service. She was great in answering all of my questions, and she was able to schedule the cleaning service exactly the day and time that works best for me. The cost is reasonable, and I am very excited about how much effort and time this will save me.
We purchased a hot tub from Olympic for our home in Seattle and loved it for four years, and then bought another one from them when we moved to Bainbridge Island. Olympic is an extraordinarily customer-focused company. David Bayless and others there are a joy to work with. Our 2019 Flair with salt system is incredibly simple to maintain. We do not hesitate to recommend Olympic and the salt system to others.
I thought the entire hot tub industry was sleazy until I met these folks. Very professional, thorough, transparent, and responsive to emails. We had an issue wiring our spa—totally our fault!—and Ron went above and beyond to diagnose the issue for us and explain what needed to be done. Highly recommended.

I say, is because he was extremely helpful after the sale.You know, buying a tub is stressful as its not a purchase you make often, or if you are like me, ever before. Its also stressful because there is a lot of information and you want to make the best choice. Cost of a tub adds to the stress. The installation can add to the stress. And one I did not realize the stress of learning how to care for your new tub.Well I bought from Olympic because of David and the sales team. They were patient with me and my family as we explored all the different options with the multiple trips to their show room. They even offered us a soak to really get the feel of the different tubs.David even came out to my property to help coach me on the pad I was building and to help coach the team that delivered the tub. The building of the pad and delivery went swimmingly.Perhaps the most stress came as I worked to maintain the proper chemical balances. I was not doing well, the water was getting bad, so I called Olympic. David answered and talked me through the problem. But, that call only resolved a portion of the problem. David did not know but I was adding WAY too much salt to the tub. I stopped by his showroom and spoke with him. He gave me lots of time, even with other customers waiting, and helped me diagnose my problem.My tub has been awesome ever since. I love David and Olympic.
Our 3rd Hot Springs Spa over a 35 year period was purchased in early fall 2019. With our grandchildren now much too big to jump in with us, this new one is small and perfect for two. David Bayless was our seller and all round manager. He provided lists of people who could do some required deck modification and for electrical upgrading. Installation of the spa itself was on on schedule and went smoothly. We were pleased with the process, and are pleased with our new spa.
Great company and customer service! Every time I need anything they are attentive, knowledgeable, and kind.As far as the Hot Springs brand, they are very reliable and priced accordingly. My only gripe is that the knobs dont really do anything and the jets and stereo speakers are not very well placed. For the price, they should have one more speaker and a few more jets on the model I purchased (Vanguard). Also it baffles me that hot tubs dont come with anywhere to set drinks or anything - I get the clean tub issue but people are going to have drinks in the hot tub anyway.

A major purchase doesnt come lightly, but after one visit to Olympic Hot Tub, all my research on other dealers seemed lackluster. Its not an exaggeration to say David (Bayless) was a huge factor to this. It wasnt just that he was personable, not pushy but customized in my experience, but his follow-through was impeccable - the type that makes you question all of your future customer experiences. I went browsing with a friend and she too concurred.Ive had my tub for four months now, and I still reach out to David for questions - even though responding to my email in a timely manner and extreme thoroughness was out of his day to day sales, he still treated me as if I mattered - I know how that sounds but its true!Any additional questions about service, cleaning, installation and even financing, David was right there.The product itself? Working swimmingly, use often, and the legends of high maintenance havent been true - its all doable with high rewards! Strongly recommend those to use Olympic Hot Tub for their purchase - you get what you pay for.
My Tiger Spa Sumatran (N) originally installed by Olympic Hot Tub was decommissioned for an extended period. When I decided to reactivate it I requested a service call and got excellent advice on what I needed to do to flush the spa and verify that all systems were working. I also telephoned the service department and was given cheerful and detailed instructions on refilling and chemical startup. I went through the entire cleaning cycle and was happy to find out that all systems were still working (a tribute to Tiger Spas!). Unfortunately when I drained the spa to wipe the interior surfaces before the final refill I forgot to unplug the power supply, and on refilling the heater was not functioning. I was not able myself to reset the heater. I again called for a service person who appeared exactly when promised and was able to reset the heater. I am extremely pleased with Olympic Hot Tubs response and friendly and competent services rendered. I do not know of anyone who is shopping for a spa, but would not hesitate to recommend Olympic Hot Tub if asked.
Patty at Olympic Hot Tub was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I were looking for an infrared sauna and a traditional sauna. Patty was able to find the perfect fit for both of us. We had an excellent experience from start to finish with David from Olympic Hot Tubs. Not only was he enthusiastic about his job but was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Along the way nothing ever seemed to big or too small for David who even kept in contact with me during his days off. The delivery team was fast and efficient with their install and even seemed to be able to offer good advice for upkeep and where the tub should be properly placed for the maximizing the ease of upkeep and longevity. The tub is heating up as we speak and my first soak will be tonight, cant wait. They sell you used floor model hot tubs. At the cost of a brand new hot tub beware. They scam well There with suites and ties.
The valet service team is great for coming in to do a deep clean of the tub. I also highly recommend talking to David on the sales team who helped me replace my old cover. Even though I was a call-in vs. walk-in, he took the time to follow-up and help me find the right solution.
Patty and the rest of the Olympic team go out of their way to help make sure the new hot tub experience is as smooth and satisfying as possible. Even when I had a couple of little follow-up issues, they sent a valet out to help me at my earliest convenience. Enjoying my Limelight Flair immensely, and looking forward to many more years of great soaking!
The experience was perfect. The try before you buy option was exactly what I needed. My sales woman, Patty, addressed all the concerns I had about making sure I chose the best hot tub for me. If youre considering a hot tub, I highly recommend speaking with Patty... shes not pushy and gives you all the information you need.
Your company is a huge disappointment. You are no longer making replacement parts for my hot tub. What kind of customer support is that? I was told the Sumatran was discontinued 8 years after I bought it. So if I was to buy another one right now who is to say that wont be discontinued next week and I will no longer be able to get replacement parts? Not to mention the last time I had someone out to service a leak it wasnt fixed but I sure was charged. Even more annoying is getting charged $172 today to have someone come out to tell me I cant get a replacement controller board anymore, which would be less annoying if I hadnt already sent a picture of the controller board error to the service department last week and they said nothing. I love wasting half a day of my time waiting for a meaningless appointment that will result in a non-operational hot tub. I am looking elsewhere for my next hot tub.

Not a bad place to shop for tubs. And you can try them out there too. Bring your swimsuit. The bummer thing is that all of their hot tubs do not go above 104 degrees at the highest. On a cold day, you can expect that to be about 102 degrees once you open the cover. Hardly hot.

I have waited over a year to write my review of my Bolt Olympic hot tub. First off our experience with our sales associate, Patty was extremely positive; no pressure, and very knowledgeable answering my myriad of questions. She has also been available for any other questions that have come up over the past year. Regarding the hot tub experience itself, well Ive been completely blown away by how therapeutic it has been. I tend to use it an hour before bedtime and I have to say that I have never fallen asleep faster in my life and also generally sleep deeper too. Also for general stress, it just melts away within 5 minutes of soaking. So all in all I give my complete experience with Olympic Hot Tub 5 bright stars.

This review follows two months after our hot tub delivery date because we wanted our tubbing experience to really “soak in” before commenting. We shopped many stores in the Seattle area and found most were very professional but David, the salesman at Olympic Hot Tub in Seattle, was the game changer. His product knowledge, patience and professionalsm was instrumental in helping us decide on the hot tub best suited for us. Price was a factor but engineeered quality and service became more important in our final assessment. Consequently, we purchased the ARIA NXT and after two months of use (almost daily) it has been the perfect spa for us, including the number and power of the jets and the seating comfort.
