Very small store! I would not even bother visiting if you’re looking for leather. We walked in and the CA was leaning over the counter on her phone. No line whatsoever but could not imagine there ever being one
I had a great experience at this store recently. I rolled up in flip flops and a sweatshirt to buy my first bag. The concierge let me know they’re using a waitlist right now and it was a 15-30 min wait. No problem, we browsed Nordstrom while we waited. Kenyon helped us, showed us lots of bags, and was super nice. The size I wanted wasn’t available so they ordered it and shipped it to me (wasn’t available online so it was great they were able to do that). The bag arrived in perfect condition, complete with a text from Kenyon. I’ll definitely be back!

I was told that there are only a team ahead me and that there will be only 10 minute wait. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I did not even get an associate for another 10 minutes. I don’t mind waiting, but just don’t say over and over again that wait won’t be that long and waste other’s time.

Terrible return and exchange policy. I called the Louis Vuitton customer service and ask if I can exchange my bag with another bag since I didn’t use it and still in the original box and they said; no problem. I said; are you sure since I have to drive half an hour to get to the store. She said; I am sure. I took my bag there and they refused to help.It is very upsetting looks like they are deceiving people.
I love this Louis Vuitton, I just bought a backpack and I looks fantastic, I would’ve have come to the decision if it wasn’t for Jakie P. She assisted me and was so professional. I strongly recommend her.
Avoid this store. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH LOUIS!! Visited with a bunch of friends of mine. We were served by a young lady in her 20s. She was quite talkative at the beginning. Not anymore after I and my friends discussed the item we like in Cantonese. Although I asked her questions in English (of course!) after that, she just kept nodding or shaking her head as if we don’t understand English because we aren’t “American” in her eye. One of my friends got a $500 bracelet in the end, but the original saleswoman just disappeared after we made our decision and a Japanese salesperson served us at the cashier instead. In the end, we opened the exit door ourselves without getting a word from the concierge guy who was supposed to open doors for customers. Instead, he looked on us from top to bottom and did nothing. Without pulling the race card, this is not an impressive shopping experience itself!!!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR SUCH A LUXURIOUS BRAND.I rarely write any review, but the customer service of this Louis Vuitton location is just the worst. Firstly, first impression is pretty important for business. As soon as I approached the concierge to see if they have the item that I want, he looked at me with an attitude, top to bottom, as if I cannot purchase this brand. After more than a half an hour wait, another employee approached us and asked if there was anyone else who were helping us. That means after the concierge checked us in, he did not even tell other employee to check on us.Secondly, for such a luxury boutique, they cannot even give the customer the cleanliness and the feeling of luxurious. Tables and chairs and filled with stains. Looks like those stains have been their for awhile and no one has noticed.If they dont want our business, we can take it elsewhere. But, what a shame.
I always go to this store but every time I purchase something, I don’t see Fanny until last week. It was my first time meeting her but she was super nice and really helpful about the bracelet that I wanted!
My husband and I had an amazing experience with Matthew Macdowell at LV. My friend referred me to him and Matthew and I talked on the phone before we went and picked up the bag. Make sure you make an appointment due to CoVid or they won’t let you in. Matthew gave us first class service, we examined the bag together and he explained all the bag features to me. Then he showed us other accessories that i was interested in and gave us Cologne and perfume samples that he recommended which was nice. He never rushed us and gave us exclusive attention. We loved his personality. We are very happy with our LV purchase as well. The white desk/table that they have in the showroom looks a bit old and scuffed up, should probably replace it so it matches the luxury of the products they are selling. Other than that minor detail, we will definitely go back to see Matthew at LV.
I wanted to take time write a review on a particular worker Fanny. I went there to buy men shoes and unluckily, they don’t carry men selection. She quickly helped find the shoes I was looking for at a different location and I have able purchase it. Excellent customer care skills. Thanks Fanny.
Good store and location. People are friendly and know their products. I came to buy a wallet but with limited people allowed in store, I learned that it was a 45 min wait. That’s the only downside to walking in is that you could have to wait 15 min to 1 hour as their is a waitlist. I ultimately didn’t wait and just ordered online and this will go away at some point when there’s less restrictions but it’s something to think about if you plan to buy something you know they have in store. I’m patient but I would imagine most people don’t want to wait to buy a luxury item.

I have to agree completely with the previous review. I went to the Sea Nordstrom Louis Vuitton store with my husband, prepared to spend thousands on a bag for mg birthday. We received the same attitude - literally looked us up and down - and offered us no service. The employees chatted and completely ignored us- although no one else was shopping. We asked about the specific bag I wanted. The salesperson said she didn’t know if they had any in stock and reluctantly walked us to the next room. She managed to point it out, but then left us and did not return. We felt as if the employees thought we weren’t worthy to shop there. What a terrible impression they gave us- we took our money elsewhere and will never return!
If you need to buy something from Louis Vuitton don’t come to this store. Very rude and condescending employees. They will over talk you and not listen to what you are asking for. Been here twice already, and same service both times.Today, came here looking for a specific item that they don’t have but continuously was given the run around as to if they have it in stock or not. Giving me the answer that there’s only 11 in stock online doesn’t tell me if they have it in store or not. Also don’t give me an attitude if I don’t want to look at another style. I know what I’m looking for, if I wanted the other product I would have asked for it. Ended up at the Bellevue store- even though they didn’t have the item I wanted, I received 100% professional service and they got my business again!Been to many LV stores worldwide and this is the worse one hands down! Employees need to be re-trained at this store.
Walked in to this store for a replacement/return was told that the product was too used even though it was just used once still under the 30 day warranty ..As soon as I walked in, they we’re on the phone and didn’t even bother to help me until I went and asked for help.An African American Lady helped me and was so rude immediately giving me attitude as if I couldn’t afford the brand.Told me that the item was damaged and too used..they apparently have different policies than other stores..she went on eventually harassing me.Never go to this store, the sales associates do not deserve our commission.There are plenty of other Louis Vuitton locations that will make your experience wonderful.
Worst experience at an LV we have ever experienced. We have traveled the world and shopped LV. Hosted as VIC in London, Paris, NYC and San Francisco. If customers have a similar experience we had today at this boutique with the young bleach blonde guy, the brand is in serious trouble. Needless to say we will never shop this location again. Make the trip to Bellevue, this is not acceptable and hope this person receives coaching.

Honestly Im so disappointed with LV!! I understand seattle makes all stores charge for bags, but in my opinion this is a high end brand that should cover those few cents themselves for their customers. On top of that, they gave me a really used bag that had staple holes in it. When I asked for a not used bag, she literally bought out another used bag. I just walked away. Had the item I purchased not been personalized, I would have returned it on the spot.

Just purchased my order with Rachel via phone I’m from Massachusetts! she was very kind and patient with me. I really appreciated her help. I’m very excited for my new handbag to arrive. :) I used a Nordstrom gift card they also accept Nordstrom cards as well so a tip if you want to make a purchase here.
The customer service here is horrendous. Every person who Ive talked on the phone with or encountered in the store are rude and dismissive. Its like they all have something better to do. I cant tell if they just dont care or are totally incompetent. Either way, I would avoid this store and all their salespeople if possible. Just have your product sent directly to you, dont bother sending it to the store. All you will get are eye-rolls and attitude, especially if its a mistake made on their end.

Upon entry of this establishment, Rachel an employee immediately helped me find what I was specifically looking for, explained to me all the details of the product and add ons, and even embroidered my name on my product quickly. Rachel is excellent and was the cornerstone of my good experience at this Louis. She seriously deserves a raise or recognition!
I’m not sure if I should even be surprised that such a “high end” brand would be anything but rude, and unhelpful. My sister and I stopped by here to buy a new lock for our mothers handbag, she lost the lock. We walked in, no one greeted us at all, there were 3 employees walking around, and finally my sister went up to ask about it. We were directed to a shorter older man who I assume was a manager. Asked about the lock and basically got told he could not help us unless he knew exactly what purse she had... sir, it’s a LOCK... it has quite a large loop, most locks will fit all handbags?! So as my sister walks away to call our mother, I walk up and ask if he could just show us what locks he has on hand and we can decide which ones would work for her. He continued to be dismissive about it, saying he couldn’t not knowing what bag it was. Mind you, I am dressed in jeans, hoodies black beanie, and converse sneaks.. I felt incredibly judged and yes I got a little pissed because there’s no reason for this. I don’t let people walk all over my family. He finally agrees to “check” to see if he has a lock, and what do you know? It’s perfect for us, obviously. GET THIS, he could have done his due diligence to ask if we purchased online so he could just look us up in the god damn system to find THE EXACT HANDBAG WE PURCHASED. I’m the one who said “didn’t you buy it online...” in front of him. And that’s when he said he could look her up. I let my sister handle the rest while I spoke very loudly at the front of the store saying I don’t belong in there as Louie Vuitton has made it clear that if you look differently and don’t wear high end products, you will be treated like you’re beneath them. You may have an expensive product, that will exist for days to come, but your customer service is horrendous. Thank you for making it clear, what kind of a-hole I never want to be. I will never in my life recommend Louis Vuitton or this store. I’ll never step foot in there again... or will I, just to piss off the employees some more. Good job guys, bravo.

Before I start my review, the number listed for this store is actually the client services number, not the store’s number. However, they’ll still patch you directly to the store.I’m from Oregon and since there is no LV in any of the Nordstrom here, I wanted to use my Nordstrom card to buy my first LV purse. Sales associate, Matthew, was very nice and patient to process my order. My bag was shipped the next day, and one day later, my purse arrived. Also, I was not charged with sales tax because I’m from Oregon.Overall, it was a great experience.
Had a great experience with Yukari, SA. She is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was calling from another state and purchased my items by phone and it was such a smooth transaction. I had to call the store today but Yukari was not around and ended up talking to Camille, and she is just as friendly and sweet. So far, I am very pleased with their customer service. Keep it up!!!

The only reason why I went to this LV is because I get points for my Nordstrom card. However, the service was horrible. They dont make you feel welcome!!! Not worth the experience and the savings. Would rather go to a stand alone boutique and be treated nicely.

I went to LV in Nordstrom, my family has an account there and I got a GM never full. The mananger was terrible, his attitude need to be revised by their managers, I let it go I didn’t want to ruin my day for someone the looks no happy with his job. But I arrived home the bag was broken. I didn’t expect this quality for the store. When I call customers service they told me to go and retuned. Thanks so helpful, I have to come back again because u don’t check ur bags or don’t have quality standard before to give a bag to a customer.

Their service is terrible! No wonder they don’t have as many employees as other stores because they have no customers that want to go to their location! Ellen is terrible! I called on the phone first to see if they had my bag, and she kept interrupting me and asking the same question! All she had to do was listen! In person, she was even worse! These employees are so snobby, they act like they own the store when they’re just employees! DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL ESPECIALLY ELLEN!
