Excessively rude and unhelpful to non-Latinos from SOME staff. Not a broad inventory for non-Latino clientele which is majority of residents living at Arrowhead Gardens. Perhaps some open dialogue with resident community/management/store owners might help if there is broad interest or need felt from all. concerned.In any case-El Quetzal- thank you for good addition to our home. Very rude and judgemental, I am a very hard working woman who has kept everything legitimate for a long time, and does not deserve to be treated like some common criminal or theif, because I am not nor do I look like one, and for them to &.i(( me /;Jk the register was absolutely uncalled for, now I would understand if it was a big purse and had a big open top but it wasnt it was a small zippered up purse,,so I honestly would have gave less than 1 star but. It dont give you that option, it truly hurt my feelings so this store is one Im telling everyone I know not to go to

The store is good but sadly they never answer the phone. One who comes so far and misses the trip because they dont have what one needs. Why dont they answer the phone !!!

Yesterday 02/19/2021The store onQuetzal we visited her to buy a very tasty bread and they had always let me put the bread in the bag, normally for a very nice chicha but I had a bad moment yesterday when I asked for my bag, another chicha that she attended was reused in giving me the bag Answering me that I had to count the loaves first made me feel like a thief second the trays are not washed and thirdly they are put on the counter where they place cash and product and that counter before placing the tray is not cleaned, which is then placed under the tray The counter and without being washed, they put them back so that people can put their bread right there, which is why I have never liked using trays and now that we have COVID-19, it seems to me that they should be more careful. Oh and because I say they dont wash them, because I didnt find any clean trays 😳😟
