The new management here is amazing, this place is spotless. I love knowing my possessions are secure and in a clean environment. Life Storage is the best storage facility in the Seattle area.

I stopped in to see what was available and the staff new exactly what units would work for me. And if they were clean and ready to rent. Crystal was very knowledgeable. I did not get a pushy sales person trying sale me something i didnt need. I was impressed with how well the grounds looked. I was expecting something more drab the office people have done a knock out job trying to make the place more personal and human. Its Very clean even when she was showing me a unit there was a used cup smashed on the ground outside she scooped it up without even thinking twice about it. I like it when someone takes pride in their work. Thank you for all your hard work

If you have to store in West Seattle, this is a great place to do it. Secure, clean, and conditioned adequately. Access in and out is via code until 10pm every day. Easy to manage with electronic payments ea month.

Very Friendly and Very Understanding Customer service, well maintained and Secured. Opens Access have reasonable hours, 0600 to 2200hrs. 24hrs, regardless of the construction going to and from location great walking distance to and from location. Close to Alki Beach ⛱, Great dragonfly Park, down the hill and a little further a wonderful park for skating with the grandchildren. Been here for a very long, feel safe and secured 🙏 belongs, especially Military friendly, always referring a service member, have very convenient pricing, better than PS, compare 😀 choose Life Storage!

Easily the most customer oriented team I’ve ever dealt with from a storage facility/company. Actually looking out for your best interest, in person, or emails. Location is immaculate at all times and the on-site staff in step with everything described above.

Its clean the manager is very nice and helpful.

I have been renting a unit here for about a year and love the ease and convince of Life storage. Today I came in and need to upgrade my unit to something bigger. It was easy to reserve a larger unit online and Connie was an amazing help in getting into the larger unit. I will continue to rent from Life Storage for all my storage needs and will refer them to all my friends.

Got stuck here in 2018 because of a move that didnt work out. Just got fully moved out and couldnt have been happier with a storage business all this time! Friendly, helpful, and always there when I was a total mess! I feel like everyone who works here is an old friend and it will be strange not seeing them regularly. I will miss them now that I have an actual home for my things. Thanks for everything!

Life Storage is amazing! The staff were kind, caring, and extremely helpful! And they always knew me by name even though I only rented a unit from them for 6 months! They also follow the COVID guidelines to a T! I have rented at many other storage places in my life, but this one was my favorite. I highly recommend them for your storage needs!

Fantastic customer service and experience. It was easy to sign up online, my storage unit was easy to access and when I needed to visit the office in person, both people I talked to were incredibly helpful. Use these guys if you have storage needs.

Exceptional, friendly, personable service. The staff wont hesitate to go out of their way to answer any questions or concerns. Facility looks clean, well kept and secure.Only complaint is the tight entrance to get to the front gate from the main road, but nothing can really be done about that.

Recently I was assaulted & robbed at a park a few blocks from this facility. I followed a trail of my belongings to their front gate. They had closed an hour before. Next morning I was able to speak with the couple in the office. They scoured the facility and were able to return some of my things! Thank You
