I have purchased several vehicles at Alan Jay Chevy over the past 7 years, both new and used. They also do all of my service work. All of the employees I have dealt with from janitorial, sales, service, and management have been professional and well informed. I have never felt the pressure to buy and I think they do their best to consider the best interests of their clients when selling. This is true of the sales staff and the service writers.
After buying five new vehicle over the past 11 years, this was the best experience ever. Kylee in sales was very enjoyable to work with and made my selection and decision to by simple. Sheryl the Business Manager made the normally long, tedious task of signing and finalizing everything fast, easy and with enjoyable conversation.
It is rare for me to post a review, but my wife leased a new Cadilac from Alan Jay and we both agree that it was one of the best experiences we have ever had getting a new vehicle. I can’t say enough about the team that assisted us. They were absolute professionals from the first contact to beyond our purchase. They answered every question, sent additional photos when we needed them, were patient throughout our selection process, and even followed up after our car was home to make sure it met our needs and we were satisfied. This is how car shopping should be. Now not only are we excited to drive our new car, but we are looking forward to returning to Alan Jay when it’s time to get a new one. We had our 2018 Cadillac in for warranty service on 9/29/20. The work was suppose to take half a day, but to our surprise. It was completed in a few hours. The staff at the service were very friendly and professional. That is why my family has been a customer since 1998.

Had a issue with a recent lease on a 2020 GMC Sierra Elevation regarding some paint pealing. The General Manager, Christopher McCray, addressed it and offered to fix the issue with total compassion and caring for my needs. This is the first GMC Ive owned and questioned if I would ever get another. If it was not for Mr. McCray, I would have not but for his assistance in my matter made me a believer in him and what Alan Jay GMC stands by their products and their customers. My wife loves to bring her ATS in for service...its the only vehicle she doesnt make me take in! I think she likes the attention they give to Cadillac drivers...I get to bring in my truck and even though its not a Caddy they treat me pretty good too!
I found a Cadillac XTS online that was located at Alan Jay Cadillac for a great price. I inquired about the vehicle and decided that I would like to purchase it. I put a deposit down on the vehicle so that they would hold it until I was could come and pick it up. I am a military member stationed in GA and had to make my way down to FL to pick the vehicle up. The salesman that I was working with was great but unfortunately he was not a decision maker and had to ask for anything to be done. I rented a vehicle to drive down to pick up the vehicle and had to return the renal vehicle at the Orlando airport and the dealership was not accommodating in any way for me to return my rental vehicle. The dealership is also located almost 2 hours from Orlando and when I was 18 miles from the dealership that closed at 7pm, I was called at 6:15 pm and asked if there was any way that I could do the transaction the next day because they were ready to go home. This was not very appealing to me being that I just drove from another state to pick the vehicle up. I am happy with the vehicle, but the entire customer service piece could use some adjusting.
Tech who came to our home was quick to arrive and solve the problem with a new battery. However, I must question the quality of battery. We have had 3 new batteries including the original on a cadillac xts 2016 that has a little over 30,000 miles on it.
That is where I have my car serviced.
