Great service! Walked in with no appointment. Had safety issue with vehicle and they told us to give them 1hr. Fixed as promised in 1hr for low cost. Planning on returning to this Tire Kingdom - Thank you Donnie!

I got the appointment for an oil change same day. David Pugh front desk manager was awesome. He presented his knowledge of vehicles to me. I asked to check to see if I had a leak from my radiator I just had replaced, no problem. He had very good selling skills. Carl was very nice, told me what maintenance I needed on the car. Just overall good experience with Tire kingdom today.

We bought new tires 6 months ago and had an alignment done. They said to come back in 6 months for a free alignment which we did. We are very happy with our tires and the great service that we got. Thank-you!

Arrived at 5:30 and closing time was 6pm. I stopped by because my brakes felt spongy all of a sudden. They fit me in to be seen right away and told me what I needed and I was out by 6pm. Dave and crew doing an awesome job helping people.

My mustang sprung a horrible coolant leak on the way home from work and it had to be addressed immediately. Unfortunately we werent able to source the hose we needed despite numerous phone calls Tire Kingdom made to multiple different parts locations. Luckily, an auto tech named Mario came up with a quick fix to get me back on the road. Not only did he save the day but even allowed me to shadow him while he worked. He had me up and running in no time (without an appointment, mind you). All the guys in the shop were professional and they definitely earned a repeat customer.

Just moved to sebring and had Dave take care of me. he was super nice, friendly, funny, explained everything they were gonna check for in my oil change and addressed all my concerns. he even offered to drive me to somewhere nearby to kill time during my oil change and to pick me up after! he was honest and did not get to make me purchase anything i didn’t need for my car. overall great experience. highly recommend. dave is great!

Tire Kingdom was recommended to me. I needed a tire repaired. I called and they said come in and we will work you in. I expected to wait a long time for my tire to be repaired. The shop was crazy busy with cars and trucks parked everywhere! My tire was fixed in no time and repaired right. The manager was so nice and polite. I will definitely come back to Tire Kingdom for my future tire and light car repairs. Awesome place!

I am disappointed on what they did to my rims on my 14 dodge charger R/T. Three out of four rims are scratch and damage due to staff installing my new tires. Picked up the vehicle and arrived home I notice that my rims were scratch. I called the service manager and told him the situation. I stop by the place and show them the damage on my rims. They told me that some of the scratches have been there already because there was black dirt or dust in the scratches and indicating that those scratches were there. I know my car and I know they were not scratch. The other issue I did not appreciate was that the service manager was telling me that if the rims are not repairable there is nothing they can do and I will have to buy new rims. That is not my fault and not the right answer to tell a customer. The service manager gave me a number to a Rim repair shop to get a quote for the repair. Hopefully they will stuck up to there part if not I am going to take it up to corporate.*Update: There are not going to repair my rims. They are saying they did not cause the damage. I know my vehicle then they do. I am going to let everyone know to take pictures of your rims as proof if any damage occurs. By the way make sure are are in the vehiclewhen they are test driving your car. Cause this company dont care about there customers vehicles!!!!

QUICK AND TRUSTWORTHY -Not sure if my review went through, so I am doing it again because this place was great! I’ve been to a lot of auto places from up north to the west cost and now down south. I can honestly say that no one has ever made me feel more secure than David, who to my knowledge is the store manager. He was more-so concerned with making sure I had what was best for me than just trying to get me to spend more money. I also appreciated how much he taught me (he was like the father I never had giving me crash courses on everything). Definitely will be my first choice next time I’m in trouble 👍🏽

They dont know what they are doing or talking about. They overcharge people and dont make it right. 3 days of having our truck there, over 700 dollars later and the truck still isnt right. Should of been free as far as were concerned. If you cant fix it say so dont assume and overcharge. Wouldnt recommend this place.

The whole team has been super nice and very communicative. Johnny I think has been always helpful and explains everything. I had many things that needed to get replaced and they worked well with me and were not pushy. Cris stayed 2 hours past his shift to help and wanted to make sure I was talked through the best options for my car. I appreciate them and will definitely be bringing my car back here for future service.

Had an appointment for 8 am and was the first customer there and it took the three and a half hours to mount and balance 4 tires. There is no reason why it took so long.

These folks always go above and beyond. Previously owned 2 pickup trucks, sold both got an SUV. They take just as good care of my Dodge Journey as they did my trucks. I highly recommend this business !

Tire kingdom was amazing. The service was amazing as well as their hospitality. My wild 15 month old was of course a handful as I was waiting but it didn’t bother them at all. They treated him just as if they had known him already. It is an amazing place and I will definitely return for future mechanical work.

My husband and I both have our cars serviced at the Sebring Tire Kingdom and have always been pleased with the courteous service and professionalism of their staff. We have gotten to know Mario over the years and usually deal with him when we bring in one of the cars for service. We buy tires there, do oil changes, and most repairs. They have always done a good job. I never have a problem with tire balancing and whether brakes, oil changes, and other maintenance their work has been terrific. We just had our coolant drained and replaced as a recommended maintenance by the manufacturer and it was a simple, quick, and easy service. As always, thank you Mario and staff.

After having a terrible experience with Nissan Dealer across the street regarding a tire that was showing wires and Nissan Rep said it was safe to drive on I was urged by my brother to immediately go somewhere and get a new tire. I went to Tire Kingdom and sure enough I was told that the tire was separating and was not safe. I was upset when arriving and was met by the store manager David Pugh who was professional, knowledgeable, and had me laughing by the end of it all. I dont know the mechanics name he was also professional and showed and explained everything to me. I will be coming here for all my car needs from now on.

Went in to have them check a tire that kept leaking. Left with 2 new tires at a good price. I had roofing nails in the sidewalls of 1 tire and another in the flat part of the other one. Im headed to Tennessee so glad I took it to them.

This tire kingdom is amazing!!. The manager David is one of the nicest men I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to help me in a tricky situation with a flat tire and had me on the road quicker than any time I’ve had my vehicle serviced in the past. He even explained to me what might have caused my problem so that I could avoid it in the future. Will definitely be going back!!

Had an appointment, still 2hr wait for 2 front tires. Was offered services beyond my needs and the service writer was a second away from charging me $40 more per tire than I was quoted through the site (without telling me).Tires were balanced poorly and over inflated. Vehicle unstable at highway speeds. Brought it to another shop for rebalance..

My service representative, David, greeted my dad and I with hospitality and patience as we asked questions and discussed my purchasing options. After deciding on my tires, David even gave me a crash course in tire technology! He is a fantastic teacher! (That’s coming from an educator’s perspective as well!)Each service technician treats each person that walks through the door with respect and as more than a customer. Another notable characteristic is the fluidity in the employees. The team works well and treats one another with respect. Had a tire alert on Friday morning on my way to work at 5:00 am. I put air in it and when I was on my way to Sebring FL I stopped at the Tire Kingdom in Odessa Fl at 5:15 pm. The store hours were 7:00am to 7:00pm. The store manager told me that all he could do was put air in it. No reason why. I left and made it to Sebring with no issues. At 8:00am Saturday morning I went to the Sebring Tire Kingdom and the manager David was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my time there and will try to get my services at this store. Thank you David.

I came in here for an oil change and woah the prices are very high. Will not return. Asked the manager for a store discount which other places have given me before and he stated that “that’s the best price they can give me”. Will never return. Also the workers do not respect the customers cars. Do not go here.

NEVER USE TIRE KINGDOMThe Tire Kingdom check out clerk refused to show me or my mechanic who was present with at the time of check out for a 4 wheel alignment. The clerk said I had broken parts on my vehicle in the rear tire area. They told us that they did not have to show us the broken parts, Not me or my mechanic. The the clerk refused to let me pay my bill because I got mad and he said he was calling tthe sheriff. So I let back home only to have the sheriffs officers show up asking me to ce pay my bill at the shop. They left after I explained what happened. I went back the next morning and paid my bill and was given an estimate on the broken parts for $918.71. They wanted to charge me $466.16 for parts to fix and it the rest was labor $643.74 plus taxes and fees. OREILLYS sold all the same parts with a lifetime warranty for $114.15 including the tax. They wrote the receipt in such a way that they will not Honor their warranty.Tire kingdom is a rip off from my experience. Big T examined my vehicle a week prior to me going to Tire Kingdom.The only reason I went to there was I needed to get am alignment ASAP after paying my mechanic to fix what was diagnosed prior.Never use Tire Kingdom!!!

Are you kidding me?! Almost 2 hours to get my tire leak looked at. Overbooked! Dont tell me it will be about 30 minutes if you know darn well it wont be 30 minutes. You dont need my piddling business that badly to keep me waiting around for a total of 3 hours for a tire check & change!

Went to one local mechanic who completely ruined my new brakes. I was desperate and broke and Tire Kingdom was 5 mins. From my house. Mario welcomed me and from that moment on I knew I found my new go to garage. FANTASTIC. I wont bore you with the details but promise you they are a great team. The very essence of customer service. Mario went above and beyond. Now they are not perfect but the closest you will get. (And I knick named him Campbells (cuz hes mmmMmm good. Lol. Just adorable.) None the less, 💯% professional, affordable, personable and compassionate. Great mechanics, fair prices and they did the most thorough inspection of my vehicle. Im forever grateful for their attention to detail and competence. Great team, comes from great management. I will take my cars ONLY to Tire Kingdom from here on out. Ordered a tire from store. They called and a couple of days later I went to have it installed. When I arrived, even though it was there they could not install it because it was not on their computer. They said when it was straightened out they would call me. They never did! What a waste of my time! The owner replied to my posting saying for me to contact them . As they had all my contact information I find it strange they never contacted me. As of this writing they have never contacted me.

Made an appointment to have 4 tires installed as I was going to have to wait while it was done. Might as well not bothered since it was over an hour before my vehicle got into a bay. What was originally quoted as a one hour turnaround turned into three. The TPMS light came back on 40 miles later and hasnt gone off. I dont have another three hours to spend so havent taken it back. The only thing I liked is they werent pushy about extra services like so many other shops.

So I had an appointment today for an oil change and a once over at 2:30. I showed up early at 2:10, just who I am. Was told they were a lil behind and would be after the lady to my left. At 3:30 they finally got to her van. Which was going to take about an hour I was told. So it would be 4:30 at least until they got to me. Im an easy going person but actually had somewhere to be and didnt realize itd take 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to even get started. Staff was nice but it was chaos. I mean I gave them my # when booking an appointment and couldve been called and asked if I minded waiting before I drove 40 mins to get there. I wouldve said no and went elsewhere, which I did anyway after wasting 1/2 my day. Get your sh*t together or dont take appointments. Ridiculous!!
