Got a call saying my dads medications were ready. Showed up, they werent ready. Took about 10 minutes to tell me that information. Said the meds would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. 40 minutes roll around, go back, wait 20 minutes in line, meds arent ready. By this time my father is sick and needs to go home to rest. Take him home. Go back out to this Walgreens. Takes about 30 minutes there and back, show up. Meds arent ready. Told me to return 15 minutes later. Returned, watched the employees do something with the meds for 5 minutes, but, waited 10 minutes after that for the pharmacist to put the medication in a bottle. Meds not ready.Pharmacist states Its going to be another 15 minutes because we have to redo the entire prescription because someone input it wrong At this point, I have pretty much committed every single item in the store to memory waiting for these meds. 18 minutes later, still no meds. 2 minutes later, meds in the bottle, but, nobody is bringing them over to me so I can check out. Theyre just sitting on a counter in the Pharmacy within view.7 minutes later, finally, meds obtained. I am free from this accursed place.Total time spent trying to obtain medication to ease the swelling caused by my fathers brain cancer = 157 minutesIf I could give 0 Stars, I would.

When returning 3 items to store, they wanted to return the money to a store credit card, even though it was within the 30 days return window and the charge was on debit card and a credit card. Told them that was not acceptable. Cashier was rude and kept trying to return to credit card and I stated again, that was not acceptable. She kept trying the return. Called manager over and he managed to return to credit card, not debit card, even though most of the amount was on debit card charge. No one seemed to care about me, the customer and where the money should have been returned!!!
The drive-thru are so slow I was waiting more the a hour.
This has been the worst store to deal with every month theres a problem.So fed up !
Walgreens pharmacy is a joke. Every time I have had to pick up scripts, these individuals have messed them up. Today, they gave me two prescriptions that I have not been on for over a year. These two prescriptions I am allergic too. They will not take them back. They put blame on doctors, or anyone other than themselves for their screwups. I am reporting them for fraud and breach of ethics. Do not go to these people. You may end up worse than what you are being treated for.
Wasted an hour and a half at the south location on 2/1/2020. 2 different associates tried entering my insurance info into computer both saying it wouldnt take it. Went to the north location and explained to them what happened. They entered my info and my prescription was ready before we even finished. In and out in less than 15 minutes . They are very nice at this location and helpful.
The short brunette in the pharmacy needs to learn some polite customer service skills. Does she know how to smile? Talk in a kind voice?

The pharmacy manager is so disgusting. When I was asking about medications and I was at one window and he wanted me to go to another he yelled you come here! I was appaulled that he did not say Ms. Roberts can you meet me at the window over there please? He obviously hates white women because they always turn him down for sex. So basically if you enjoy getting your medicine from angry black man with no proper conversation skills or customer service this is your place to go!
Worst pharmacy Ive ever delt with. Doesnt matter what store you go to. You can wait 45 mins for 3 cars in drive through. They never update insurance information when you give it to them every time. Drive through is for ready prescriptions. If issue of any sorts send them in! Its every single time

Extremely long wait at the pharmacy. Now I am trying to obtain a read out of co-pays...and have called at different times for 3 days... Have yet to have the phone answered.
Been a regular customer for the last 4 years. In the last 4 weeks service at the pharmacy has dropped off to critical levels. Promised times are missed by 2 to 4 hours. Wait times are longer than ever as staff is dealing with disgruntled customers.Last evening I was in line at the pharmacy and could observe the drive up window. Customer sat without any interaction from the staff for longer than 10, more like 15 minutes. The second car in line must have been really perplexed as they cant see inside and have little idea if anyone is even working.If the pharmacy is open, please staff it to give reasonable customer service.If you cannot meet promised times, please adjust so people arent waiting past the expected time frame. That leads to frustration and ugly conversations.Looking to switch to CVS or Publix.
Have called for the last 3 days and still havent ordered my daughters heart medicine!!! This place makes no sense 😒😒🤔🤨

3/23/2020 Dropped my scrips off, they said they would be ready at 12|30 back at 530 was not ready. waited an hour and still was not done. Not very considerate.
