I can’t say enough about Justin! He is a friendly guy, always has a smile. He was very helpful when I was trying to use my coupon from my phone. He was very patient with me, there should be more people like him. Also, I haven’t had any issues with my prescriptions. Yes they are busy, but still no issues.

If I could give no stars I would, no one in the pharmacy will answer their phones and the people in the front of the store arent any help. Been trying to check on my prescription for a while now and no one will answer the phones, they just leave you on hold. Going to get my prescription sent somewhere else.

Its good to know that if I should go away for a wk. away that if I lose my medicine bag while Im gone they will pull up my scripts and give me enough of all my meds till I get home.

TL;DR CVS is good if you have no other options, but dont expect cheerful service or help in extenuating circumstances. Pharmacy is understaffed and the 4 person crew is overworked and therefore unfriendly.Visit 1: new to the area, asked the lady at the front pharmacy desk if we could get our records transferred. She heaved a loud sigh and gave us a paper to fill out. She took a copy of our insurance card, which I specified was for both me and my husband.Visit 2: we got a call saying our prescriptions were ready. We walked in instead of using the drive thru. We waited in line almost 1/2 an hour. Since theyd transferred all the prescriptions from our previous pharmacy, theyd filled a couple we didnt need. When we told the lady, she heaved a couple of sighs, ripped the paper off the bags and threw the bottles in a box on the floor. Her body language was angry. These prescriptions were for my husband.Visit 3: we got a call for some of my prescriptions being ready. We opted for the drive thru this time. I was informed that since I didnt have insurance, my cost would be X. I said I do have insurance, you took a copy of the card. I was told I had to come inside. We stood in line for pick up, the lady at the counter (the same one who had taken the copy of m my card earlier) had us walk over to the drop off register where she told me I should have provided my insurance card when I filled out the transfer paperwork. I smiled and nodded because I didnt want to make a fuss. Then we had to move back over to the pick up line to check out. She was not happy with us.Today: I called at 8:58 and it didnt open until 9, so I called back 3 other times. Each time, after going thru the extensive phone menu, my call was strangely disconnected after waiting on hold for 5-7 minutes. Finally, on my 5th call, I was able to get thru to the lady at the front counter. I explained wed picked up the prescriptions, but had somehow lost them. They are not controlled substances and we could pay cash to avoid the insurance limitations. She did her typical loud sigh and put me on hold. After a few minutes the pharmacist answered. I explained the situation again. I was treated to a lecture about managing my own health and what my prescriptions were for. I was given no options other than getting a refill approval from my doctor. When I sounded frustrated. I got chewed out by the pharmacist. Hes not going to take it anymore because he and his 4 person crew fill prescriptions for 600 people and he works 13 hour shifts. I hung up. I called a different pharmacy where the pharmacist answered on the 3rd ring. I was presented with several options. Obviously, Im moving all my business.

I am a customer at the cvs pharmacy regularly as they’re the only ones who take my children’s Medicaid, so I’m pulling through because me and all 3 of my kids have covid and I’m picking up my children’s antibiotics that were sent for them so they can’t find the insurance for my sons prescription so I told them I’m gonna use their WiFi and call the Medicaid line at the window (there was NO line) the pharmacist got on the phone and said he was going to call the POLICE ON ME TO HAVE ME TRESPASSED!! THERE WAS NO LINE!!! His name is KEVIN SENNATE!! Then he continued to say if you’re giving us new insurance info you need to come inside so as he’s continuing to threaten me with the police I pull of and get my sick baby out of the car and go inside COVID POSITIVE.. so now I’ve been here for about an hour I told him I am covid positive and didnt feel comfortable in the store around other people he CONTINUED TO SAY COVID ISNT REAL THERES NO WORRIES ABOUT COVID ITS CURABLE... so at this point I still didn’t get my sons prescription so I say can I just get my other two kids then and I’ll leave so they go to grab the other prescriptions and now the pharmacist says out loud we can’t find them.. so I WATCHED HIM refill one of my kids prescriptions and hand it to me then said my baby never had a prescription sent in!!! Even though he THEY JUST HAD IT! So he lied to me and said my baby didn’t get anything when he JUST had it in his hands before I came inside... so at this point I go to the front to speak to the supervisor and she went to the back and suddenly he refilled the prescription for my BABY that the pharmacist KEVIN SENNATE said never got sent?!! There are cameras and something needs to be done about this!

Pitiful! So many mistakes! The worst was giving me my prescription with someone elses name on the paper work. It included HIS name, address and last 4 of HIS soc. Sec #. Manager told me it happens! Walgreens here I come!!!

Very busy pharmacy, due to lots of us snowbirds in the winter.This pharmacy staff works very hard and fast, we have no complaints.Yes, there are lines but not due to the lack of service just a busy store.They have never let me down on my need of service.Thank you all!!

I was on hold for 20 minutes got disconnected, called back 3 times and was disconnected an additional 3 times - called again and put on hold for 20 minutes whenthey finally answered and when I inquired if there was an issue with their phone system, she was abruput and rude.

It used to be ok. Now it takes forever to get your script filled. When you call, your on hold forever. When you do get through, they have an attitude. They need more pharmacist on duty especially during peak hours to fill the orders. Absolutely no reason to be so far backed up. My insurance requires me to use CVS, otherwise I would go elsewhere. Dont see anything changing in the future though, theyve become to big and could care less about customer service.

My review pertains to prescription refills. Good luck finding out if your prescription has been refilled or not. Im set to get a text when they are ready but I dont receive them. When I asked about that I was told sometimes the system doesnt work. My experience has been it never works. Calling doesnt yield results either. The automated service always says they are working on filling my prescription whether I call days before or the day I need to pick them up. Standing in line waiting I listen to the phone ring and go to I assume the answering service with an audible message giving the number of calls waiting or missed. They appear to be understaffed. This location is convenient for me but Im going to find another option that hopefully wont leave me wondering if Im going to get my medication on time.

They are unprofessional to the point of ignoring a customer to have a conversation with a coworker. Never try the drive through. Unless you’re planning to waste 30 minutes just for them to tell you they didn’t bother to get it ready and come back an hour later, do not come here.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. The most rude and incompetent staff I have ever had the “pleasure” of dealing with. The pharmacy is a joke. They never have the prescriptions ready when they say they will. They will tell you it will be ready in an hour and then you come back 5 hours later and they haven’t even started it 🤯 Forget calling them to ask them a question on the phone. I have currently been on hold for 45 minutes to ask a simple question. If it wasn’t for my insurance forcing me to use this place, I would never step foot in there again.

The pharmacist acted like she didn’t care about filling my wife and my perceptions. In fact it took six days to fill my wife’s and three days to fill mine after they told us our perceptions would be ready in an hour. I waited six hours before I went to get our perceptions and was told they weren’t ready. I would definitely not recommend this store especially if you have to have your medicine to stay alive.

I wish I can give no stars but there was no option for it. I went there on Wednesday night Well let me start from the beginning. My son was in the ER on Tuesday morning with pneumonia. The hospital sent the prescriptions to cvs on Tuesday morning. I called on that same day 2 hours later they said they weren’t ready yet. I waited all day and night . On Wednesday I called 3 times they out the day they kept saying that they were going to send me a text when ready. It is 8pm and I haven’t heard from the cvs at all. At this point I decided to take a trip to the pharmacy and find out what Was going on. I went tru drive thru and after waiting 25 mins they only handed 2 of the prescription when I was supposed to get 5. I tell the lady at the window and her rude self send me inside. I go inside one and informed one of the front girls that I was missing medication she tells me you have to wait . Remember I’ve been in this store for over an hour already. Well finally they take care of me and and he wants to ask what am I missing. Excuse you don’t you have a computer in front of you to check and make sure I’m giving you the right info??? Well he wants to tell me they don’t have it in stock. Once again excuse you??? Why couldn’t they tell me over the fone when I called 4 times to check the status. I got frustrated i have a 6 year old at the house with breathing problems that hasn’t have medication for a day and half. I started questioning them and the blonde lady that was there said we have to take our time to make sure the medications are right. I mean how long do you need I was waiting for almost 2 days and that’s because I stopped by if not I’ll probably be still waiting. I always said if you don’t like your job just quit. Your jjob is to provide excellent customer service which by the way there was none everyone had an attitude and Very rude and professionally provide these medications to all those who needed in a matter time. I had to rush at 8:30 pm all the way to Avon Park to be able to make it on time before they close at 9 . At Avon Park they only provide me with one and I’m still missing 2 prescriptions they said they’ll give me a call when ready today is Friday I haven’t heard from them at all Worst experience ever!!!!! Definitely switching pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever had to go through. They continuously fail to refill my prescriptions the same day that I call them in, even though they claim theyll be ready in an hour. There is a ridiculously long wait at the drive thru window, youre better off going inside but even then youll be waiting for quite a bit of time just to pick up. The staff are rude and treat you more like an inconvenience than a customer. They will loudly discuss your medication within earshot of other customers. Unfortunately were stuck with this pharmacy due to our insurance. They need both training in customer service and additional staffing.

I moved here in the last year and have been really disappointed with this CVS. It is by far the slowest Ive used. The staff is courteous enough and it seems they are working but the results are not satisfactory. There is only one CVS in Sebring but two Walgreens. Maybe we need another store. Would change to Walgreens but my insurance prefers CVS

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY IN HIGHLANDS COUNTY. THE PHARMACIST ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. THEY ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF NEW WORKERS THAT CAN ACTUALLY HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. TWO WOMEN WHO WORK THEIR. ABOUT MID 20s ARE HORRIBLE. I ASKED FOR MY MEDICINE TO BE SENT FROM MY DOCTOR. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO CONTACT MY DOCTOR. The worst pharmacy in the world. Absolutley no compassion. Very rude. They need to retrain the whole department from the workers to the pharmacists. My daughter had got out the hospital with double pink eye. My pharmacy is Walgreens but they had the medication on back order. So I go to CVS, the person who was working the drive thru asked us if we wanted the medicine filled that night, I said yes because my daughter really needed to get the medication right away to give her some comfort. She then took my phone number down said they would call within the hour when it was filled. That was 7:55pm. At 8:56pm I still havent heard from them so I called and she said yes the medicine is filled but we close in 4 minuets hold up, why didnt you guys call like you said you was? My daughter now has to wait until the morning to get some relief? They didnt care. No apologies. Nothing! Never will we go back to them. CVS do better!

The pharmacy at this store is a disgrace! Not only do they never have my prescriptions ready, the people working there are rude and unprofessional! On several occasions I witnessed them making fun of people in the drive-thru and losing their cool. Watched them mock an elderly man for not knowing how to work the drop off machine for his prescription then watched the new pharmacy manager make fun of a woman for her accent. This place makes me furious! Reporting this circus of a pharmacy to their corporate bosses!

I never get my medication within a reasonable amount of time. Were talking days to weeks. There was one time Id gotten there at 5:50 (10 minutes before theyd closed), and they lady had already closed everything. We tried to explain to her Id just gotten out of the hospital from Orlando and we tried to get there sooner, but couldnt and that Id really needed my medication and she was rude and raised her hands as if to say, Too bad.We left and went to Walgreens, who, even though they werent under my insurance, were of great assistance, got me my medication that same day and brought it down to a reasonable price. They were absolutely appalled at the way CVS had handled everything.

Worst pharmacists ever! I have never had a more awful experience than I did at the Sebring, FL CVS pharmacy. I was treated like I was a bother to them both times I went there. On top of that, the only response I got from both pharmacists was we dont have any. No offer to order it, no calling another CVS to check if they had it, no nothing! I will never go back.

Went to CVS 27 south Sebring Fl after moving here from PA. It’s been a month and back and fourth with the pharmacist on not ordering my medication then it was they can’t get my medication... called doctor to change meds and still can not get my medication!!!! The pharmacist has a chip on her shoulder and was completely nasty!!! She then told me to go some place else after waiting 3 weeks and in chronic pain!! If you hate your job that much find another job!!! I went to Walgreens and they were as nice as can be and willing to help me!! Will NEVER use CVS again... also called corporate and still waiting to hear from them!!! They will be out of business soon in Sebring!!! Save yourself a headache and don’t go to CVS!!!

Quite possibly the WORST pharmacy in the world. Not only are the workers rude, they dont know their ass from a hole in the ground. Ive never had a bad experience with any of the CVS pharmacies in the area until I started using the Sebring store. The ladies at the drive thru window act like they are MISERABLE all of time. Get a grip, CVS, and hire new people who can actually HELP your customers.
