Today was a shock. Usually personnel are friendly and helpful. ( noticed all new people there) But being yelled at by the girl at the register was beyond anything I’ve seen. The whole store could hear her. It was about where we were standing to check out. Register 3. She was at register 1. There was one person in front of us. No signs saying stand here until register available. So we stood where she indicated, then she yelled at another guy who began standing where we just left. Time between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm 6/13/21.

Good place to shop for tools. Big sign MASKS required but plenty of customers without them. Being a high risk individual it would be nice if people followed protocol especially when there is a HUGE sign. I guess Covid aint real?

My go to for cheap quality hard to find tools. The manager here was fantastically helpful. I couldnt think of what the toll was called and I did a horrific job of describing it but his patience and sensible questions found the tool and he even went and grabbed it for me....great place

They made me very happy. I ordered a pressure washer online n I received today but order was way wrong. So I took it in store not far from me. They made it right. Its my frost ordering from them on-line so when I went there they make it right. Im very happy n will go in store soon n look around. Great selection of products at fantastic prices. They sale prices along with the weekly coupons can really add up to great savings. We don’t have this store in Canada. The closest compatible store is Princess Auto. The store was well stocked and well laid out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store is located in a readily accessible location close to many other stores and malls.

Easy place to shop for tools of any kind. Had special prices on different items. Have to watch for flier. Like the solar powered lights for outside, on with movement after dark.Very pleasant staff who are always ready to help you find anything you are looking to purchase. Prices always very good.

Dont expect to get your money back without a reciept. Horrendous customer service. One person told me no problem we can return it. The other big guy comes over and asks for my phone number he said its not in the system. Gave him my old cell number not In system... gave my brothers number not in system so he just did nothing and stared at me till I left. Apparently the worker either entered the wrong phone number for me on purpose for that reason or accidentally. I bought a no bark collar for a dog 2 days prior. When purchased the cashier told me no problem returning with or without a reciept. Good luck with the latter.

Practically stole the table saw for 110.00 on sale, works great.

Someone is always ready to help you. They even were so kind as to help load the heavy items in my vehicle. Great group of people 👍

Need an unusual tool? Looking for a tool you will likely use only once so you dont want to spend much money? This is the place for you. You wont find name brands like you will at Home Depot but you will probably find a good substitute at a reasonable price. Or you might find that rare or unusual item you always wanted but never found. Worth a look.

A great alternative to the Big Box stores when you just want to purchase a basic tool at a bargain price, get out of there, and get on with your project.Be forewarned that they only have about 3 rows of parking versus 2 acres. If you shop here youll miss out on the automated checkouts. Instead, youll be forced to deal with friendly, efficient cashiers and a couple of helpful employees who work in the aisles.

There is a shipment due in tonight, but I dont know if any generators are included.Can I pay for one now and pick it up when it comes in?No.Can you order one for me, let me pay for it, and pick it up when it comes in?NoCan I order one on-line and have it shipped to the store?No, you can have it shipped to your home but you will have to pay for freight.Even though its advertised and coupon available, I guess I cant get one from Harbor Freight.

When I first went to the store I thought it was great. All kinds of tools for cheap.. we bought a bunch of tools and went to work. Needless to say we had to make another trip to the store to return the junk they sold us supposed to be tools.

The great 20% coupon is not allowed on name brand tools. Without the coupon, I would not have went there. I call it bait and switch.
