I called and asked if they price match Home depot for a tiller. Jody Wheeler was a huge help. He stated they did and I headed to the store. Not only did he help me promptly, the tiller was all put together saving me about an hour of time. Highly recommended.

I go to this store often.always have what I need.A lady in customer service named Meagan was very knowledgeable about a pest problem I was having and helped me out a bunch thank you!

If you need help, you have to look for it. Thats been my experience. They are all ways busy.

This tractor supply has moth larva on their guinea pig food. The last bag of food I purchased had cobwebs in the bag and moth larva. I didn’t realize until after I already fed my piggies this. I am fighting a moth problem in my house now.

This store is seriously disgusting. Absolutely filthy. Inventory is always run down. Employees are clueless. Worst customer service. I can’t believe that store hasn’t been shut down yet. I’ve tried many times to give them my business, but every time I leave angry and empty handed. I’m done.

I love tractor supply, I really only go there for wild bird food but I will sometimes make other great finds. A nice little folding knife, lake themed house decor and all very reasonable. But I love stopping in when the chicks are there! I give it 4 stars because I can never find just plain old Millet for the painted buntings that hang around.

I use to be a huge fan of Tractor Supply but about a year ago, maybe a little more, the one in Sebring really started to go downhill. The employees, who used to be very accommodating and attentive to customers walking in, were less and less so. This last week, I went to get a propane tank filled. I took the tank to the gate where they always tell you to take it and set it down. I then went inside to the register where I found no one. Towards the front corner of the store, I could hear what I thought was a customer chatting away about the weather and schools reopening. I waited and waited. Finally a female employee came towards the counter and just looked at me for a moment before finally saying, Can I help you?. I told her I needed propane and she said in a loud voice.Whos working the register? The lady who had been chatting to someone since I walk in the door said, Ill be there in a minute.When she finally came to the register she said, How can I help you? I told her I just needed some propane. She said, Just sit your tank out by the gate and someone will fill it. I told her I had already put the tank there but there was no one around. She got on the speaker system and said she needed someone to fill a propane tank. Then she turned to me and said just wait outside by the gate and someone will be right there. So I went out in the 92 degree August heat and waited....and waited. Then I walked back into the store and waited for her to see me. She said, Did nobody come?. I said, No, no one. She got on the speaker system again and asked for someone to fill a propane tank. Then told me someone would be there shortly. So I went back out to the gate and waited. No one came. As I was about to go back inside, she came out the front door and headed toward me. Without a word she went to my propane tank, picked it up and looked at it as if she were looking for a date or number or something. Then, without a word she placed it back on the ground, got her keys, unlocked the gate and walked over to the propane pump station, leaving my tank and me out by the gate. After she unlocked the pump station she looked over at me and without a word, gestured for me to bring the tank over. I picked up the tank and brought it over and held it waiting for her to tell me where she wanted me to put it down. She motioned for me to place it on the scale. As I placed it on the scale it occurred to me that there was a Coker fuel station right across the street so I told her never mind, picked up my propane tank and left.There are just too many other places that appreciate my business for me to put up with that kind of attitude and lack of customer service. She put an end to a very long relationship between Tractor Supply and me.

Great store. Always have exactly what I need for my animals! I wish theyd get new stronger carts for heavy loads. Two 50 lbs. Feed bags are hard to carry and the cart they have just barely work.

John was a very kind cashier. Only thing I would add to Tractor Supply, is someone to help carry out large items to your car. I had to carry a 28 lb bag of dog food to my car. It would have been helpful if someone was around to offer assistance.

This store always has friendly staff. I prefer Tractor supply and this store in particular over other stores that carry what im looking for.

This is our local go to place for dog food and treats. Friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and competitive prices. Plus, once a month the mobile PetVet Clinic is available for dog grooming and vaccines at good prices too. One stop shop!

First time in a Tractor Supply Store; name is misleading!! Lots of fun items if you are an equestrian! Staff treated me with respect, offered my dog a treat...nice touch!Very clean, well managed store; we will be back!!!

Rude staff! Purchased a pole saw, saw the box was taped closed. Ask the kid at the counter if its been used or anything, was told probably not, just the box was opened. Got home, its definitely been used, was missing the battery and overall in bad shape. Called and the kid at counter with an attitude said I told you I didnt know, so what you want your money back? Ill never shop here again!

I love going to Tractor Supply, they always have what Im looking for, but then I always have to look around at the interesting stuff they have. The staff is very helpful. They have just about everything that you could think of for the farm for your pets for anyting

Wonderful service! Whitney the Asst. Manager was a huge help with our purchasing of a generator. Took her time looking up info and did it all with a smile and patience!

Took mom there to look at dog houses. First Id like to say employees were polite and helpful. As to the dog houses those stored outside were their only stock and they were weathered, sun bleached, and the one we were interested in was broken which was disappointing because the same model on Amazon was far more expensive. Both of us used their restrooms and both were filthy even the womens.

I usually come here for my dog food. And other related things for my dog, but it has so much more. I can see myself going into the store more often for the summer time.

Was in your store in Sebring Florida wanting to purchase a welder. The guy went to the back to see if they had the one we wanted. We waited over 10 minutes and he never returned. We seen him loading feed and my husband went to approach him and he NEVER even acknowledged usWe left. We will not shop here again. There lost of a sale and customer..called the store a girl answered claiming to be the manager on duty. She was clueless how to handle a customer complaint

This store is filthy. Looked like the same stains on bathroom floor as we were here at this location last year when visited. Our home town store is clean in merchandise area and restrooms.
