Horrible customer service and people skills. Maybe they treat you better if you buy a mower from them and then need a repair. After their repair, my mower was still not working right and when I brought it back it just sat there so I just came and got it. And even though I had never had an issue starting it, they put a new battery in and now it wont start unless I jump start it.This place was recommended by a neighbor but I sure cant recommend it to anyone else.

I was in there yesterday to get bolt for my lawnmower to work and suppose to order it and my brother and my husband Howard Brooks fix it yesterday so i was trying to call to cancel the ordered the part and the say there nothing there when i was up there yesterday.

Very bad attitude by the person behind the counter in sebring fl. Took mower in for repair he didnt like me checking on my mower, told him to call me for any parts order he didnt just order the parts. So I p/u and took to someone else new to area hope other business in sebring are not this bad.

Tried a few of their competitors over the years and came to the conclusion that these guys were the best. Honest and the work carried out properly.
