They put my whole family at risk... In July 2016 I bought a used van for my wife and kids. First Choice Auto was recommended to me as fair and honest. I took the vehicle to them to have the frame and safety features checked prior to purchase and they said the van had been incredibly well cared for and I was buying a like new vehicle (they even went to the extra step to ensure there were no frame issues). A few weeks ago my wife was in a minor fender bender. When another repair shop began to work the minor damage they found a lot of pre-existing damage that would have been noticeable during First Choices look (including a compromised frame), damage that made the car a driving death machine. Their expert input gave a dangerous false sense of security and left my family driving a deadly car for over a year. Im just glad it was only a fender bender before we learned the truth!

Worst mechanic I have ever been too. I always leave with more problems than I came in with.

Went there to have the thermostat changed...told it may take 40 mins...an hour, tops...2 hours later, my car backs out of the garage and leaking antifreeze everywhere...the only people I would refer to this place are people i wish the worst on....
