Great experience with customer service and our mechanic. I always appreciate transparency and recommendations without pushiness for up-selling. It was no pressure, honesty-- and the waiting room couldnt be more accommodating! Coffee, water, wifi, comfy chairs, even toys for kids.

I would definitely recommend Midas in Sedalia, MO. The owners are very friendly and professional. Their technicians do a great job in a timely manner and are very professional as well.

I never leave reviews but this place deserves one. I have a hard time trusting mechanics and finding a place to take my vehicle. But they fixed what turned out to be a minor problem for next to nothing and were professional about it. 10/10 will return.

I dropped my car off to have the wipers looked at since they quit working while driving during a downpour rain last week. I left it with them and within 30 minutes they were calling me to let me know the issue and prices. They were very professional and quick to respond and had me fixed up in a couple hours. My only complaint is their prices seemed very high. I was in a pinch, so I had them do the work, but they wont be my first call in the future.

They got me in there with a confirmation of the suspected diagnosis and had me fixed up and out of there in hardly any time at all! I love that they keep you informed via text! Thanks folks, ya saved my bacon! Ill be using your services again 😀

Nice clean place with a open waiting area with a tv, coffee, and bottled water. All the technicians are professional and the owners strive really hard to learn your name so when you come in for a service you know that you are in good hands

According to their ad, when you get an oil change they top off all lubricants, wiper fluid, do a small inspection..that sort of deal.They give you the receipt along with the inspection sheet, and if anything is out of sorts, they have a brief consult with you.Well, 2 things are certain:1. My windshield wiper fluid was NOT filled as it went empty the next day,So they didnt top it off...2. Brake warning light switched on that night, and the inspection sheet said they were fine.Granted, they were super busy when I pulled in the drive, but dont say youre going to do something and not do it.

Cannot say enough great things about this business! Up from Texas helping my daughter renovate her new home. Noticed low pressure on one of my tires at 4pm Saturday afternoon and was leaving back to Texas early Monday morning. The service manager Kent said no worries and to bring the car in. Within minutes of my arrival, Kent had a service rep Davonta take my car in the bay and had it up on jacks and noticed the issue immediately. Davonta repaired the tire in question and was extremely professional while doing the repair! Thank you to some great folks to getting me back on the road in no time.

We spent over $1000 to fix a oil leak and overheating problem. After two moths the car started leaking oil again and also overheating. We took the car back to Midas and they had the car for almost 2 weeks.. I was waiting and waiting to hear back from them but they never called back. When I called they had many excuses snd couldn’t give me any real answers. They told me that they would test drive the car to see if they could get it to overheat. Again I waited many days but never got a call back, so I called again and they said they couldn’t get it to overheat but they did say there was a small oil leak again. Of course this leak wasn’t related to my last repair of $1000!!! This was something new that they wanted to charge me another $250 after 2 months and less the 500 miles on the car since the repairs of $1000. This was totally unprofessional of a business! I do not recommend Midas.

Dropped off my truck before they opened for 4 tires and an alignment. When I picked it up at 4pm they didnt get the alignment done.Said they didnt have time to get to that. Not a very good experience

My husband and I were driving through Sedalia on a Saturday around 4 in the afternoon when we realized a belt in my explorer was shredded. We pulled over and started called places we looked up on google. First place said they couldn’t, but Midas said they could help us. Drove it over there from the north side of town and they got us right in. It didn’t take very long and they were very nice in the process. Very thankful they didn’t discourage us not to come there because of the time.

Great price to get 4 new tires put on my car and a complimentary alignment diagnostic with no pressure to do a realignment. Had an appointment for 10:30 and they had me out by 11:45. Was given an option for transportation if I couldnt wait in their lobby. Saw that they use Valvoline oil for their oil changes which they have great prices on so I will more than likely be back next week for an oil change!

Were in the county with the fastest growing rate of covid infection in the state and this business doesnt even have a sign up asking customers to wear a mask. People are allowed to sit in the lobby without being asked to put a mask on despite a public health statute requiring businesses to require masks. The staff doesnt even all put one on to check customers out at registerers that are impossible to social distance at and have no shield. Ill never spend another dime here, which is a shame because the service was good and the prices were on the low side.

No good made appointment no one knew i was coming and then the web page said the sedalia mo location had tire type i was aftet then they actually didnt so i couldnt get my tires done. Cause i had 500 to do one set and they tried to sell the most expencive ones they have for there mistakes. So i got goodyear tires at walmart for $450 never been happier with walmarts service in sedalia they did a good job. Wich i cant say for midass.

Had them put new brakes on and had oil changed. They were amazing. I had heard they had some really good mechanics and thought I try them out. Highly recommend.

Went in for an oil change and coolant flush, which went smoothly. I ran an errand right after and my truck wouldn’t start again in the Wal-Mart parking lot. The service manager drove out to me, tried charging and jumping my truck, and after it wouldn’t charge he helped me install a brand new one at no charge. Above and beyond, highly recommend.

Great staff, had my tires rotated a few weeks ago i have a lifted diesel truck and they were able to swap the tires around easily with their state of the art equipment. They have very freindly and knowledgeable employees highly recommend them for any of your service needs gas or diesel they will do the job right!

I wish I could rate it as zero stars, I paid 90$ for the mechanic to tell me he didnt know what was wrong with my truck.

The best shop in town. The waiting area is clean and they offer coffee, bottled water along with snacks. You will always receive top notch service!

Went to get an alignment TWICE, said ball joints were bad both times w/ NEW ball joints on the vehicle. Went to another shop fixed the problem and aligned it .

Came in yesterday and spent $130 on a radiator flush. By the way took 4.5 hours just to do the flush. Came back in this morning cause I drove the car about 5 miles was outside for about 15 minutes or so and the temp was back up to 215. Got to the store and he said the thermostat was bad which I just replaced for $10 and was told it was going to be $110 to replace again. This is my first and last time coming here.
