Absolutely splendid. Got a Rocky Mountain Spring Water and Pop & Bottle matcha green tea almond latte. Recommend. Will return. With a smile. And money. To buy more. Of those things and maybe an EPIC chicken bar. And maybe a pack of gum. Maybe.

Best prices on natural and organic food in Sedona. Wholefoods sale prices are higher than what NGs prices are regularly. Great place to fill up on RO (reverse osmosis) water too! All the staff are super nice.

If youre going to go to Whole Foods, you may want to come here instead. Great quality, great location, great attitude from the people working here, even when you can tell theyre not having the best day. Theyre always rotating sales, which keeps things fresh and makes for pleasant surprises and I always feel at home coming here. One of the most popular locations of the franchise.

I was looking for 2 specific items and they had both, so I left a happy camper.

How can a store that providesNutrition and supplements to keep you healthy, books to look up herbs and supplements to physical issues, then in the next breath after you’re spending all this money to keep yourself healthy they tell you you have to wear a mask that there’s no proven scientific anything that putting a diaper on your face does anyone any good and if you use your common sense and know that If you re-breathe your carbon monoxide back in makes no sense . Especially in a nutrition health food store! Come On People use some intelligence here. WAKE UP.

The store was clean. They look COVID SAFE since they require masks, sanitize their carts and ask to maintain 6 feet social distance. The employees were all wearing masks properly and the lady who helped me was very nice and friendly. She offered to help me bag my items by giving me a box - environmental friendly! Super happy! Will return.

I had some issues on an overcharge. After talking to management at the store level as well as the corporate office with no luck, I decided to try one more time to resolve things. I miss New Frontiers! Natural Grocers is somewhat better than Whole Foods. At least fairly normal people shop there instead of the uppity Yuppie Karens that shop at Whole Foods. Especially the employees, neither store do any of the employees great you or ask how your day is, or hows your day going. Rather disappointing that yet another corporate machine mentality has become a fixture in Sedona.

This is a magnificent organic store. I absolutely love it. This is the only store Ive seen where all produce is organic.

I wish we had one near me in Tennessee!

I shopped here for about 5 or so years and was a happy customer. I also waited for years to get my own service dog for my disability. He is a wonderful dog and is getting used to my lifestyle and habits. The first time I came here to shop with my dog, I was stopped at the front door by a younger woman. There are no dogs allowed in the store. I told her he is a service dog. She replied Well we also dont allow anyone in the store without a mask. So since you HAVE a medical condition Im SURE you would be needing one. It was so condescending that I felt targeted, insulted and unwelcome. My disability cannot be seen with just your eyes, as for so many other people. I was surprised at how she responded to me. I forgot my mask and I only need one thing today I replied. When I went in, I saw many people without a mask and no sign saying that they are required. With a sour look from her, she proceeded to actually follow me in and watch me with my dog! So I left! I will NEVER come back!

Id much rather shop here than at Bezos evil empire. But it seems like every time I go in theres a long line at checkout and only one open register. Nothing worse than waiting 10 minutes while a bunch of employees mill around the store or socialize with customers. Love NG but I wish it were better run

I was so disappointed and surprised when shopping here 10/10/20 alot of people not wearing masks and employees were wearing them incorrectly not covering their nose and mouth. No room to space people at check out. The store seemed old and worn out inside and prices were definitely on the high end. A couple of employees were yelling at each other across the store to communicate I definitely will not ever shop here again. The young man checking me out went on and on visiting with the person in front of me but didnt say a word when I was checking out.

I have slowly grown to like this grocery store. These days the primary reason is that in Arizona at least they carry Dennis Arps excellent Mountain Honey from Flagstaff.

Seemed expensive, selections in produce not so good. Couldnt get help in the vitamin area. It took a long time to find what I was looking for. Gregarious checker seemed to know everyone and talked to all of them, except me and gave unasked for advice to other checkers. I am a visitor. I will go to a different store when I shop again. Everything I bought was good.

I always pop in for small things, and I am always amazed at the organic options available. The produce looks great! They do a great job of rotating sales, and the selection of herbs, homeopathic remedies, and general healing items makes it a one stop shop for most of my needs.

When I think of Natural Grocers, I think of fun, positive energy and vibrant health. It has been my store for the past seven years. I was fortunate to work a temporary position with them during this challenging time. Amazing crew...outstanding organization. Much love and appreciation to Natural Grocers for contributing to the health of the environment and all of its inhabitants in countless ways.

They have friendly staff and better prices than their competition. All their produce is organic so you dont have to sift through it. They also have biodegradable produce bags!!! Five star for treehugging!!!

Excellent service, asked for help from a young man and he said follow me. Took me right to the product in question and answered my questions about it. Cashier greeted me and thanked me. This was all after an earlier horrible experience in whole foods with a very nasty employee

High quality health food store witha nice selection of products and produce at very reasonable prices. They have a fantastic selection of supplements. Also for those who are interested, Natural Grocers provides free sessions with a Nutritional Health Coach--a wonderful free service. I had two sessions with the nutritional coach Nicolette. She is an excellent health coach and has the knowledge level of a naturopath.

I always love Natural Grocers. This is a fun store if you want something healthy and/or organic.

Great place to shop. It seems to me they take good care of their employees. Ever since I learned Kroger/Frys cut hazard pay for their employees during a pandemic I decided to make a special trip to Natural Grocers. It feels much better spending a little more to know Im supporting a company that cares!

Natural Grocers, will not let you without a mask even if you have a medical condition. I will not be going back due to their discrimination against persons with medical conditions. Shame on you Natural Grocers!

I love this store. I appreciate their animal ethics and their banned list of (harmful) ingredients.

I like the store & products. But the checkout lines were long & two customers had to cancel their orders. Another one had to go out to her car to get her wallet. Meanwhile, lines were held up & nothing was said. My cashier was rude & not very friendly w/me. Wasnt a great experience.

OK, smaller alternative to Whole Foods. Not the widest selection of fresh organic produce but sufficient.

Smallish but good variety of items. They have a large health and supplement section. Consider that their compitition is whole foods across the they are doing ok.

Some employees...one cashier not particularly friendly or helpful when we were shopping their last fall. He sat his fanny on the chair, answered yes or no, and didnt try to help us at all or call someone who might know. Nice store overall and most other staff friendly and helpful. I come from Ithaca, NY coop store where service, a frindly helpful staff is our primary goal. I am a cashier, older than this fellow...maybe needs an attitude check. Wayne?

Good place to shop for some fresh grocery and some prepared food in the refrigerated section when in Sedona near the summit area. It was a short walking distance from the Diamond Resorts property that I was staying. Prices was quite good compared to eating at touristy places most of time. Pick up fresh good size avocado for like a dollar each:-)

All produce is organic. Small quantities may be purchased. Many other items in the store are organic, vegetarian or gluten free. No deli, but there is a chilled island that has some ready-made food cups, snacks or sandwiches. Vast array of supplements. Also natural cosmetic and hair products. I love to buy eggs and nuts here because the prices are so good.

By far my favorite grocery store, and its just because all the employees are so helpful and kind. Its always a pleasant shopping experience here

Unaceptable service. Low pay for employes produces sarcastic employes, that force me and others to buy from major companies. I asked for a manager for help and found out they are all managers. All indians no chiefs make for bad biz. When the small companies whine that customers dont suport local. This is why. Disapointed with your methods.

Great variety and prices. They also let you bring your own bags but you have to bag your purchases yourself.

Staff were friendly and helpful. .. one guy went behind the cooler to help me get some items that were beyond reach from the front side. They have a huge selection of various supplements, and a wide variety of foods that meet any kind of dietary restriction. And their eggs prices are fantastic deals.

Today was summer solstice and everyone was dressed up as a fairy or woodland animal and it was so fun to shop here. They had face painting for kids and make your own wand and snacks. It was cool.

Natural Grocers is the best place to shop in Sedona for organic foods. Great selection. Lots of gluten-free items. All produce is organic! It is always beautifully displayed, which is impossible unless its FRESH -- and their produce is always fresh! Huge selection of supplements and household products. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Love Natural Grocers. Unfortunately they had a cashier named Chris that was less than friendly. Made check-out more memorable than the store. Wont go back.

I love that they have a list of banned ingredients and will not carry products that contain them. I appreciate their ethical stance on dairy. No confined animals. I would like to see more prepared food to go. Also great selection of vegan items.

I Still cannot believe that Natural Grocers in Sedona does not even try to enforce the mask policy that is mandated!!! Shoppers can be seen without a mask, or wearing them around their chins! Most of these shoppers are not locals. As a Local, I have Stopped Shopping at Natural Grocers, and taken my business to across the street where most wear masks!

Natural Grocers always has THE BEST selection of foods I buy: non-GMO, pastured organic eggs, humanely raised products, and loads of ONLY organic produce. Besides supplements, bulk herbs and spices, and non-toxic personal care products.. there is no need for me to go anywhere else. They have everything. I appreciate their history, their mission and their commitment to local organic farmers!

A friendly quality store, with a nice specialty selection for health conscious people and a large selection of supplements.

Staff is friendly and down to earth. Wait times are minimal and I like that they provide boxes for your groceries instead of wasting plastic bags for no good reason. All of their produce is organic so no need to look for labels. Now and then they have good sales.

Great staff and selections!

Only organic produce, generally a bit less expensive than Whole Foods. Smallish grocery section, large supplement section. Friendly staff. At times seems to have a problem keeping the shelves stocked, but they are getting better at keeping shelves filled.

Thankfully not crowded when I went and all employees were wearing masks!!! Thank you!

This is our go-to grocer. In Colorado and Arizona.

The redeeming factors of this store are in the herbal/homeopathic sections and their book section. It is really cool that they have an entire corner dedicated to health books. The downer is in the produce. They have a very small selection for vegetables and frozen foods. This is more of a place you would go if you needed a snack, a book, and an essential oil on a road trip... not a large grocery run for the next week or so. The cashiers are also either way too chatty or high on weed. Such is to be expected in a hippie town. My advice is to come to Sedona for the rocks and trails, not the stores.

A lot of organic fresh food for a good price :)
