I hit this place early in the morning to start my day. They have a coffee shop for your first cup. I wish they had a better bakery but they do have a good salad bar when it is set up. The store is clean. I mostly buy the 365 products. Discounted items if you are an Amazon prime member. The butcher shop looks good but I live far away so I never buy anything. The ladies always ask me to donate to the local food bank at checkout.Van lifers in the parking lot.

Visiting from Michigan. Hoped to get food from hot bar but hours were limited. Ended up in deli. Roasted whole chicken very bland. Squash salad was good. WF at Flagstaff was much better with hot bar. They had lots of Indian vegetarian choices and longer hours. Not to mention the WF in Ann Arbor and Lansing that are way better staffed and has so much more to offer.

Great place to stop for lunch when visiting if youre looking for cheap and fast. We go up often for day trips hiking and before trekking back down to phx we stop in for fresh made sandwiches and hot prepared foods. Theres an outdoor eating area specifically for WF but its in the courtyard for the other restaurants and businesses so its still nice sitting outside. Or grabbing a sandwich and bottles of water before going on your adventure!

Jeff Bezos can fly to space, but we can’t pay essential workers a livable wage to staff a grocery store in Sedona. I waited in a line that stretched clear through frozen food to the back of the store for over 45 minutes because they only had enough staff to open two registers. While in line I was told by locals that this is the norm. No one who would take this entry level job could afford to live anywhere nearby. The solution in my mind is clear, pay the employees fairly, Jeff.P.S. let’s get some rubber bands for the eggs.

I am a woman who is of legal drinking age, but looks young. I was refused service here because of my looks. I was trying to buy one tallboy when I was told my ID photo does not look like me. The express lane cashier and manager were very rude and unprofessional about it as they did not try to confirm information on my card. Then tried to kick me out of the store, but jokes on them though, another cashier sold to me just fine. 😋

Great Whole Foods! We took our time walking through here because there is plenty to browse. I love the variety they offer with food and other fun retail options.The one negative, one morning my husband walked to the coffee shop and although it stated online that it was open, when he arrived it was closed. I’m thinking maybe it was because of being short staffed

Bill is a true sandwich artisan! He takes pride in what he does and is a true joy to speak with as he prepared our sandwiches! So impressed with his sincerity and ability to make the ordinary extraordinary. He went above and beyond in providing additional recommendations to their already tasty sandwich menu and we were so pleased. I believe people make companys successful and Bill is a testament to that. Thank you Bill and Whole foods for having him. We will be back!

Great bakery, good cakes and pies, yummy pizza, decent grocery store sushi, looking forward to when they bring back the restaurant and bar. Great place to fill up on RO, distilled-like or Alkaline water at the Water Machine in the produce area.

Great selection, my only complaint would be our check out guy. The rest of the staff we talked to were very helpful. The man working in the meat department was especially great. 👌

They staff was helpful and nice. Most of the store was clean except for the bathrooms.

Their deli is an EXCELLENT option if you want to purchase high-quality quick meals. Stopped here for both breakfast and lunch and the breakfast burritos and lunch sandwiches are outstanding. They use higher quality ingredients than what you would get picking up breakfast at a fast-food restaurant. For example, the bacon in both my breakfast burrito and lunch sandwich was high quality and greatly enhanced the taste of each of these meals.

Wide selection of great healthy fresh fruits, vegetables, food and drink, clean and great atmosphere with excellent staff attitude and friendly service.

Everything looked good. I was looking for some grilled salmon and they had it so I was a happy camper.

Whole foods is as whole foods does. If youve been in one youve been in this one. From my experience with people arent as rude as they are in Cherry Creek Colorado. But still customer attitude issues. Severe lack of courtesy

I came here to drop off an Amazon return and found some really unique vegan and vegitarian meals. All the help were kind and awesome!!

What A Horrible Experience ... Stopped at the Whole Foods in Sedona today planning to do a bit of shopping and pick up a quick meal for the road. I have to say first and foremost that I have NEVER been in such a filthy Whole Foods store in all the years and locations I have shopped in their stores. The bathrooms were disgusting, the floors were filthy, the tables in the eating area looked like they hadnt been cleaned in days as they were also filthy -- and this in the midst of a Covid resurgence. To make matters worse the employees were the rudest I have ever encountered. In the past this chains staff was always incredibly helpful and polite. The topping on the cake however was when I purchased some food at the food bar, trying to locate a clean spot to eat, and when I bit into a piece of orange chicken it had something so hard in it that I broke a tooth. WARNING: IT YOU WANT TO STAY HEALTHY STAY OUT OF THIS STORE.

Horrible management. Treats locals with no respect. Bans locals from shopping there simply because he doesnt like them. Has called the cops on different locals for no reason what so ever. Most understaffed grocery store in town. There is no cafe, no juice bar, no salad bar, only sometimes pizza. A few locals and myself have tried contacting Amazon about this store and they dont care. They simply believe everything the uncaring and prejudice manager says. I dont know about the guys restroom but the ladies hasnt had full lightening for possibly a year now it is dark! The bathroom floors are gross, the sink has a stained color. And this is a relatively new store. Also, the few tables that are available for sitting are often sticky. They rarely wipe them down anymore! If you want a real Whole Foods experience and you are traveling, I recommend visiting the Flagstaff location.

Stalwart anchor market in Sedona expect nothing but the best. Yes it costs a little more but they got it all!

Handy place to get groceries in Sedona, large produce section, often busy in here. I dont find the prices higher than Safeway etc and you are getting better quality items to choose from.

3 stars and not higher for one reason. The lines to check out were crazy long!. Everyone in line was complaining. So long the shoppers could not get in the frozen food freezers. Not even enough people bagging. Hire more people.

Great that face masks were 50/50. Happy I didnt need to wear one. However I try to avoid Wholefoods over all since it is Amazon owned. But service and products were fine.

Bought pulled chicken but had lots of bones and skin. Need to do a lot better. Gross!! Skin and small bones due not mix well with children. Could have choked!! Thank GOD I was there to supervise!! Reluctant to refund later!!!

Great produce. Friendly workers. No rain gutters on building so I got soaked leaving during a storm that started while I was there.

Horrible experience every time I go to the Sedona Whole foods on 89-A. I get a bunch of frozen food and frozen deserts and I go up to the checkout and there is one lane open with a huge line of over 50 people throughout the back of the store wrapping around the entire store. There are other employees lingering around doing nothing but they wont open the express lane. Horrible piece of pooooop store.

I like what they’ve done with the hot food bar. Turned it into a cold food bar and sell individual White Claws and hiking snack bars in those metal containers where Mac n’ cheese once sat. Their bakery section was going strong and all items were individually wrapped and freshly baked. Cashier wiped down the credit card key pad with alcohol before we used it, which was a nice touch.

The best meat in the area other than buying from a rancher.Great staff: Friendly and helpful.Where can you go that the checkout person is always smiling behind that mask?The store layout is efficient and not cluttered with unhealthy foods.

Better quality than other grocery stores in our area.

Ve been to many whole Foods over the years but this one has something very special in my opinion. The selection of groceries is good, the prepared foods section is okay, but the 1902 bar and grill is the reason I always love going there. They have a great selection of beer and great food. Cant wait to visit again.

Its your typical whole foods. Plenty of good products to choose from.

Smaller whole foods but always well stocked with friendly employees. Great option for extended stays in Sedona.

I loved this store in which almost every product was either vegan or vegetarian based including the wine which is organic.Well laid out and stocked with friendly and approachable staff.Theres a cafe along with a brilliant self serve salad selection and a pizzeria and sandwich shop. We are well with a coffee for under $10 each.

We love this store and were thrilled when they posted a security guard to enforce mask policy.Today new story no security and probably half the customers with no mask.They dont seem to care about their employees or customers. I dont understand the need to yield to Duceys latest folly. Why????

I love shopping here. Sure, its on the pricey side, but if youre a smart shopper youll find good deals and sale items, plus their 365 brand is great and affordable. The pre-made meals are delicious and healthy if you need something fast. At the very least, its fun to walk around and people-watch. It always smells delightful, too.

This has got to be the worst Whole Foods Market Ive ever been to across the US! Attitude! Wow! Incredibly unfriendly and almost hostile! Layout is not good, team members are all over the aisles making it hard to shop, nasty looks from team members as well as customers. Seems like you have to be part of the secret club!Got the two items I needed most and got out of there! Definitely Not Recommended!

I feel like the selection wasnt as good as the last time I was here a few years ago. They had some of the items I was looking for but not everything, so I left feeling a bit disappointed.

Super nice people work there who take you to the exact location of the item you asked about. The deli counter has lots of delicious foods including empanadas. Yummy!!

My wife and I have stopped shopping here since theyve gone full on psychotic about their mask policy as well as their demand to check your temperature... An invasive policy for either one without ANY legitimate evidence for the need for it... Calling ng the cops on customers who exercise theyre right not to be pressed by paranoia is not a good customer service policy... Nicely done!

Awesome selection of novelty foods which I havent seen in regular stores. Located inside was a seafood and meat counter, dessert and charcuterie counter. Also they have an area for order-made pizza, sandwiches and coffee shop.

Whole Foods is a great place to shop. They stock just about everything, regarding food. They have a large selection of organic items also.

Love that they have so many vegan options, I even found vegan croissants!!

Terribly intolerant atmosphere and rude about it every step of the way. Very restrictive protocols yet somehow inconsistent and unclear, making those who even submit to temp checks feel ostracized for not wearing a mask. Aggressive and outdated approach for the new reality in Sedona and inconsistent with the removal of the mandate statewide, proving how centrally corporate Whole Foods is.

Everyone was wearing a mask. I like that. We shop here for produce primarily, but they have a great selection of everything that you might need. I found that Safeways produce didnt measure up and was just about the same price as Whole Foods. Employees are helpful and pleasant. We are here thru Msrch and will continue to shop here.

We usually love whole foods, but this whole foods was terrible! Meat department very dirty and not fresh looking at all, the man behind the meat counter was not very friendly, checkout area very dirty, and front end associate not very friendly. I would probably not return to this whole foods and would not recommend this location.

Its a Whole Foods slightly larger than some.Open until 9pm on Sunday. Clerks seemed happy about that at 8:30 when we stopped by.

Made some amazing guacamole with organic ingredients from this store! Good beverage choices, a few artisan breads and cheeses that are staples and favorites. Hot food options and deli case prepared food for those of you that dont cook.

Worst meat department I have ever experienced. Not once but all the time. Tried again today about noon on Oct 8, 2020. Wanted tenderloin filets for dinner, they had two in the case about 3 ounces each and one about 6 ounces. Ask the gentleman if he could please cut me more. The answer was no which is what I always get at this store. Will find somewhere else. This is probably the fifth time I have asked at this store to cut meats and the answer is always no. Every time I ask they are always out.

The manager Marien is prejudice and extremely nasty to deal with. The only reason we were unfortunate enough to have to suffer her was because she wouldn’t stop harassing my partner about wearing a mask even though he was wearing it the entire time we were in the store. He has dreadlocks and tattoos and I have color in my hair and after we both told her to leave us alone while we were trying to order sandwiches she continued to harass us. All the while there were people behind us who weren’t even properly wearing their masks and that was when she started threatening to refuse us service. And speaking of COVID regulations she was less than 2 feet away from us and would not back off no matter how many times we asked. We are local to Sedona and are both small business owners here, we often go to Whole Foods for meals not just for us but also our staff and many of our friends in the area. We went and got food elsewhere and will not be patrons of Sedona Whole Foods ever again and we will sure as hell be having our friends refrain from going there anymore as well.

Wierd layout for a while foods (my fav grocery store) and the deli/pizza/food area is very small and not a great variety. The store opens at 7 but coffee and juice bar not until 8 :(

I am a local and this store has completely dropped the ball enforcing the City of Sedona mask mandates. They used to be really good at the beginning of this mess. They dont enforce masks anymore and they dont care either. People without masks roam the store sorting thru fruits and vegetables. When you bring this up at checkout, they simply tell you we cant say anything. Management doesnt appear to support our City ordinances.If you love to shop at a place where food is handled by shoppers without a mask, shop Wholefoods at Sedona, healthy food with a little bit of whatever virus people carry. Otherwise, shop elsewhere. This place doesnt care and I wont be shopping here for a while.
