Nationwide did a great job shipping a very delicate art piece. They were friendly and informative, and tolerated my nervousness about shipping my art piece. When I received it back home, I was impressed by the packing they used - very skillfully done. My piece arrived in perfect condition. They were realistic about shipping time frames, and with a very reasonable price.

Just signed up for a mailbox for business. Owner Donna was fast, efficient, and friendly in getting me squared away. Saw a review with a complaint about limited Saturday hours. Would suggest the writer consider the extreme labor shortage in the US broadly and certainly in Sedona. Im a small business owner and know all too well how hard it is to find good staff. Everywhere you turn businesses are facing reduced hours and/or long lead times. A little bit of grace will go a long way today.

I just moved from Sedona to Hawaii and had over 1,000 pounds packed and shipped here and just received my belongings. I was so pleased to see the boxes Undamaged and all of my things arrive safe and sound. Very poor customer service and constantly changing policy. Only two weeks ago, I came in and was able to pick up a package for free (normally there is a $10 charge) that had arrived only 30 minutes before. Today when my girlfriend went in to pick up our packages she was charged $30 and told that all packages must be held for 24 hours before being able to be picked up. This is a huge problem, as many people can not afford to stay in town for an additional day just to wait for them to hold your package unnecessarily.

These guys boxed up a wall hanging piece of art that I had purchased in Sedona. The price was reasonable. I didnt see the packing until I got it home and unpacked it but it was over the top good job! I was really impressed with the care that they used. I will use them again given the chance and I will highly recommend.

I bought a couple of antique/vintage items at an estate sale while visiting Sedona. Although I had issues with Fedex, it finally got here. The packaging was incredible! I greatly appreciate the handling and care they took to package my items. The man who handled the transaction was very friendly and helpful.

Great owner and staff who truly care about the contents of your packages arriving undamaged. I also have a personal mailbox and receive all my package deliveries here. Have never had a problem - only a great experience.

Open 10 am to 12 pm on Saturdays. 2 hours. Why even open on Saturday? Totally useless.

Complete rip off! I had a very small package delivered by Fed Ex here while I was visiting Sedona. I picked it up 30 minutes after delivery and they charged me $10 just to hold it. For 30 minutes!!! I can understand charging a fee for anything longer than a day, but not when someone picks up their package immediately. They are just taking advantage of people in tight spots. Avoid this place!

Four fragile items purchased in Sedona, AZ arrived safely in PA, including several pottery items. Fast shipping, superb packaging, and very friendly staff willing to help, answer questions, etc. I highly recommend this shipping service, particularly for those traveling to Sedona with some shopping in mind, but concerned about how to get it home safely.
