They were able to fit me in without an appointment - didnt even fuss about it - and correctly diagnose the problem.On top of that they were very sympathetic and treated me like a valued customer, even thought they had never met me before. Puget Sound Automotive let me see they were on time there was a free diagnosis with a computer to tell me what was wrong with my truck and if I could fix it myself they told me how if it wasnt they gave me the cheapest price in Skagit County this is a car mechanic dealer that people should be dealing with they are on time and ready to go to work a good group of people

Cliff and Travis at Puget Sound Automotive did a great, quick, reasonably priced, serious maintenance oriented repair on our 13 year old car. It was having fuel problems and we are sad that we have neglected it. It has 208,000 miles and with the fine, efficient work done by PSA, we expect another 100,000 miles. Us old folks are goin on a road trip and the boys are making sure we arrive (and return) in fine fettle. Thank you Puget Sound Automotive!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Car actually worked just had a slight stutter when I took it in. He said it was a minor thing for 400. He fixed it then said there was some major problem with a valve after he did the minor job and charged. (thanks a lot, A-hole... Why not instantly alert to the major problem?!?! Not everyone has tons of money... At least you got your money right? You wont see any more of it though and thanks for sabotaging the car you prick) The car died that day and doesnt even work now and it used to actually work before he ever touched it.
