Nick helped me out a ton when no-one else wanted to touch my new rims. Got tires at a good price and mounted within the same day and he didnt leave a scratch on my wheels. Job was quoted to take 6 hours, done in 1 and half. Amazing service and great people!

The pep boys team made my first time trip to the shop an amazing experience. Ariana at the counter was so kind and happy to help me and explain things to me which made me feel like my car was in the right hands. Sergio was so helpful with explaining what needed to be done to my car he gave such good detail and helped me understand what was going on. I will definitely make this my go to spot.

I called 1 hour 15 minutes before closing and explained my problem. I was told to come right in . 1.5 hours later I was finished everything taken care of perfectly. I have never felt so satisfied with car repair .

5 stars for Gabriel and Ron at this location! Gabriel was extremely helpful and informative on the phone! I got an incredible rate on my tires, and Gabriel was able to get my car right on the schedule! Ron, the mechanic was very efficient and thorough. I was in and out, with no issues! I came here again, because of the amazing service/price I had last time. Once again, it was a good decision and I highly recommend this service center! Ask for Gabriel, he is fantastic!

Giving these guys five stars even after some difficulty with locating tires for my vehicle. Shop is extremely understaffed but the workers who are there today were outstanding in finding a solution that made me happy. Was supposed to get 4 new tires by appointment but had to reschedule due to shipping difficulties and tire availability. Upon showing up for my rescheduled appointment I was made aware that the tires were still not in stock and that they were looking for other options. I remained patient because I can see that these guys are understaffed and they were helping me the best they could. The end result is that they managed to get me 4 tires of better quality at another location for the same price I was getting the other tires. I had to travel half an hour more to raynham but totally worth it. The two guys who worked the morning on 10/30/21 are amazing and they deserve raises. Also wanna give a shout out to Tracy at pep boys in Raynham for being so kind and helping us find a solution.

All credit to Nick at the front desk for a great visit: great service, price, quality product and timeliness. I came in said, I have a 260,000 mile car I want to get some more months and miles out of so I dont want to spend any more on tires that necessary. Nick heard me and put me in a good set of Solaris tires. I got four tires, mounted, balance, installed, plus an oil change and alignment without breaking $400, with a discount I got for applying for the Pep Boys credit card. Nick said he could give me an additional break on alignment cost if I applied for th Pep Boys credit card, whether I was accepted or denied. I was accepted and saved $$$ (the credit card came with a ridiculously high APR that starts on the day of purchase - not the billing date - unheard of!). Ill pay it off the day I get the bill to minimize interest charges and maintain the savings Nick gave me for applying. Contrast that would make experience with another tire store a couple blocks down on the same side. I wouldnt even said the same thing about wanting to get a few more months in miles out of my 260,000 mile car and the guys started by suggesting a $600 price tag for just the tires. He wouldnt go lower. His answer was still say, these Toyota Camrys will go forever to justify that price. Ive had two Camrys go to 300,000 but that was a ridiculous approach rather than selling me less expensive tires. This tire chain advertises itself as the absolute cheapest price anywhere. Another guy who I assume was a manager stepped in when he saw I wasnt moving and argued with me. When I said I had seen a tire on that website for $63 the previous day he priced that out with mounting balancing installation and all of that which he said was not included in the price of the tire even though all over their website it infers it is. This was not even a tire they had in stock. Is parting shot as I left was to come outside and yelled at me, Good luck getting a set of tires for $400! I did for just about $400, at Pep Boys, including an oil change and alignment. I went across the street to Panera Bread to eat and a couple of hours later Nick had my car ready. Kudos to Pep Boys and especially to Nick.

Had an emergency tire replacement done due to sidewall damage and needing to go to work the very next day. Tracy took us in and was professional and doing her best on a busy weekend. Ive usually gone to Town Fair Tire, but Pep Boys has won my business with their weekend hours and excellent service. So thankful for Tracys help today!

DONT GO HERE. Liars and scumbags that try to upsell you. Daughter went in to have tires rotated, lots of tread left. After making her wait 90 minutes, lo and behold they announced they wont do it. Claimed the front tires were bald (liars - still 60+% tread left. They must think we are dumb). Wanted to talk her into 2 new tires and an alignment, lol.I think they saw a young lady come in, thought this will be a pushover, and tried to lie their way into a major upsell. Very low behavior. Wont be back, ever.

Will never go to pep boys again. My son bought tires there and then he had a piece of metal in one, so we took the tire back to see if it could get fixed but all he did was look and then said it cant get fixed and he needed to buy 4 tires again. So I took the tire some where else and it got fixed and my son didnt need to buy tires again. The tires only had less than 8 thousand miles on them. Pep boys are a bunch of crooks.

On Monday I got my tire fixed with a new sensor at another repair shop took the car home and looked the tire had a big bubble that was not there before could not get back to the shop to let them know about it came to pep boys in seekonk ma Nic showed me the tire and the bead of the tire was broken if I had hit a big enough bump the tire would have blown and that makes me extremely mad because My wife has congestive heart failure can u image if somethig bad happend. Cant say I’ve had the best of luck in the past with Pepboys but this was a different location for me and it worked out much better. Becky knows how to take care of a customer unlike some of the other locations! I had a battery issue and she had them check the charging system to make sure that was the real issue. Nice to have someone that actually does what they say.

Just dont. I had recently moved to the area last year when I brought my car here in a pinch for a new battery plus installation. I hate to admit it, but they absolutely took advantage of me. Told me I needed all new rear brakes - were talking pads, rotors, and calipers. I caved and had the work done. In hindsight, I obviously now know I should have taken the car somewhere else. It is what it is, but with that being said, the kicker is I returned to them some weeks after the initial battery installation because I was having issues with the battery and the car starting. They told me everything was fine and there were no issues. I ended up bringing the car to a dealership and they said the battery terminal connections were loose. One year later, the battery is dead, terminals corroded, and my cable connections worn - everything needs to be replaced. So yeah - just go anywhere else.

I use to love Pepboys and would not hesitate to recommend anyone if they are having car trouble. I am originally from NJ and this was my first experience with a Pepboys in Massachusetts. My perspective has changed. The service was not great, the worker appeared to not really want to help but because I was in a vulnerable position I just accepted his lack of attentiveness. Not even sure they really looked at my car, supposedly they ran a diagnostic test and told me they could not fix my problem. I had to pay for them to tell me I had to go somewhere else. Where was the transparency, allowing me to make the decision of if I would be will to spend money at a place who potentially could not help; only to have to take it someone else and pay again. Needless to say I took my vehicle to the dealership and it turns out the problem was much simple which they would have known if they actually inspected the vehicle. Either way no one plans for their car to break down. The process is even more stressful when you are in a new area and have no one to help. I thought Pepboys was a place that I could trust but I feel I was taking advantage of.

I mean... Im giving it 2 stars so far just based on price - seemed like a good price compared to dealership offers. Had an appointment at 3 for new tires, about an hour and a half estimate. Im still waiting at 6:10 and the shop is closed for the day. I understand delays but there should be some communication if its going to be an overnight hold on the car... It is my only car and I cant afford to taxi home and back while waiting. I just dont understand the point of setting up an appointment if there is no expectation or accountability for getting the job done in a timely manner.**UPDATE** Changed to 1 star because our tire pressure gauge light showed a problem the next day. We brought it to our dealership and they checked it out - one of the pressure sensors was broken and just shoved back into the tire. So after we are finished getting THAT fixed, well be making a phone call.

I’ll say this Justin and his direct staff are all great and do there best. They do what the can with the direction of a company who doesn’t care about the people at the desk. There human. They don’t get the best techs which is what hurts them there is good techs there and some bad apples that they just do the basics and are good enough for that. I will say I’ve have some experience in there shoes and if I ever was stuck they’d help me. I hope they hire some good guys to help save that shop. Stop being so bad against them because of the one experience I’m also guilty of getting mad for small things. But they have a life to.There good people, bad company remember that.

Great customer service and thourogh! I went in for an oil change. It had taken a little longer than expected, due to them being understaffed. They did a true lube/oil/ and filter. Not just a drain,new filter, and fill. Justin and Kyle were such true professionals during the process, I did not mind waiting. Checked all my fluids and front end. Thank you guys!!

I was very happy with my experience here. I walked in from next door because I was locked out of my car with no keys and phone. The manager Justin was kind enough to help me out . Brought my wifes car here for an old change and needed to add about three quarters of a quart of oil later that day to get it to the fill line on dipstick. Too bad because I have three vehicles I would bring there for oil changes regularly and now I probably will not go back.btw no oil leaks on the garage floor where it is parked.

I was well pleased with how Cody gave my wife and I the “white glove” treatment in fixing our car’s flat tire when our car broke down on the I-195 over the Christmas holiday. Cody sprang into action and got right on our car without any delays on a busy Saturday. We needed a new tire, which he had in stock at the right price. He got someone else in the store to get the tire replaced while we had a minimal wait, and in fact, time to grab a bite to eat across the street at Panera Bread. Kudos to him for his awesome customer service.

I went there to get motorcycle oil. As I walked in the three employees were chatting up by the register. Normally not an issue. When I couldn’t find the oil as the shelves were empty. When I asked about any in the back the employee told me there was none without going to look or trying to help me otherwise. I walked out and won’t be going to this store again

New management at this store! I needed a new battery and Keith at the service desk was the best! They didn’t end up having what I needed in stock and the directions were not specific. Keith was carrying batteries all around and even went to another store to get what I needed. His attitude was on point and he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.

Scam artists. Steer clear. They used to be honest and exceptional, but not anymore. Messed up my brakes once, and on the fix job they held me hostage for new rotors that rusted in a week. $1200 job that didn’t fix anything. Their quote was “Yeah, you need to replace your brakes every year; I do.”Took a Honda Civic in to check the muffler- wanted $1800 and said it was rusted out in 2 places. Took it somewhere else where they replaced the broken catalytic converter mount for $120. Works great now.

Stay clear from this place by all means if you value your car. How many times can you mess up fixing a leak in a tire? The first two times apparently were due to a nail in the tire. Fine, fix it please and I’ll pay four plugging up the tire. But a third time is apparently a tire value. I paid for that too of course. But now the same tire IS LEAKING AGAIN! How many times can you mess up? I REFUSE to take my vehicle back there to a bunch of mediocre “mechanics” and to whomever is reading this, spare yourself and your car. You’ll save aggravation and your car will thank you.

Bought one tire online for $57 total with installation, then scheduled a time to get it installed and once I went to the store I was told that they didnt have the tire in stock, they told me they had another one that was $12 more expensive, I accepted it and decided to wait in store, I was scheduled for 2:30pm and left the store at 5pm with a $88 bill, 31 bucks more expensive than the website showed, also, 2 hours and 30 minutes to install ONE tire only... good service but poor management

I love that you can go into the store and there is someone who can help you. When my muffler needed replacing and I was quoted a price of $2066.11, I had to find a cheaper way. Especially since not the whole pipe needed replacing. I walked into Pep Boys went to the back desk and asked a price for my muffler, the salesman went out looked under my car to see what was needed, looked it up on the computer and ordered it. I had it in a week and it was only $156.00, I just needed to have it welded on the car. For $300.00 my car is back to quiet while riding.I will get all the car parts I need here for sure.They

I don’t even want to give one star!! This place is so out of sorts, they have no idea what they are doing! I’ve had 3 different appointments and dealt with Gabe, Tiffany, and al! My 3rd appointment was at noon and they didn’t even take my car in until after 1:30. Now they need to drive an hour and a half away to get another part. Quoted me a price and now it’s more $ .. I’d recommend not coming here ever.. I will never come back here again! Btw still sitting here. Have taken up 3 different days from work and still nothing has been done! While sitting here waiting for my car to even be brought in, others have come back with complaints or an issue with their work. It’s not just me. It seems to be a general consensus! Hope this helps...

I walked in there very frustrated coming from a competitor (town fair tire) who didnt have my scheduled appointment in their system and showed little to no interest in rectifying the situation. I walked in to pep boys and right away gabriel was very helpful. Got 4 new tires and felt appreciated by both him, Tiffanyand the rest of the team. Long story short I had to go back 5 times as there was a lot vibration with the original tires and one of my rims was warped. Tiffany went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the problem. Thank you Tiffany for your exceptional commitment to my satisfaction. I hope her and the team get an opportunity to read this .

Ok first we walk in the place and the sign said go to back for check out now I walk with a cane so i walk to the back of the store limping all the way as the four people stare at me as i get to asking my question they tell me I have to walk back to the front of the store to ask service so I do the nice and helpful gentleman that came out of the garage was truly amazing helped me printed out some things recommended other things he said to me looks like your having a tuff time and offered me some more help but couldnt so had to walk back to the back of the store to get what I wanted just to turn around to leave I know its no big deal to many but to me who is dying of non alcoholic liver failure that was much

The service department is amazing. I brought my car in at the last minute with a critical issue and they made sure it was drivable and safe before I got out of work that afternoon. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be working with them in the future.

I got a flat plugged here. They spent 45 minutes. Took tire off car, tire off rim, cleaned hole plugged from the inside and glued. Balanced tire, put air in all tires. Checked tread depth on tires. I watched all this from the waiting area, I am very impressed. All for $22. Next set of tires will be bought from this store.

Looking for replacement trailer tires I found about 50 options on the Pep Boys website & thought: Great! This is simple.Went in the following day for a related purchase & figured Id ask -- without much detail, really. Five or six guys milling around the service desk. One finally asks if he can help & so I ask if they can replace this old tire style & do they have any in stock. He fumbled around the keyboard for awhile & replied: No we dont stock those. So I ask: How long would it take to order some? We cant order them. Your website says you can. Deer in the headlights eyeballs stare back.I thought about going back with a copy of website listings, but, you know: either the store worker bees or the website is not the brightest bulb in its particular pack. Or maybe both. It didnt inspire confidence.So I went to a more local tire store about half a mile west on the same street, got a guy who knew tires & spent my money there -- in about 5 minutes. Got tires installed on rims that afternoon.Sometimes I wonder why Pep Boys never pops up in my mind as an auto supply store, and then I make the mistake of visiting it.

My oil light came on and I called them up on a Sunday afternoon last minute to ask if they had time to help. On the phone they said that they already had appointments, but would peek at the issue to see if there was a problem to solve another day. I arrived about 15 minutes after the phone call and they added a quart of oil and the oil light shut off. They said that it shouldnt go on with just a quart of oil missing and I should get it checked for something more serious. I asked them what I owed them and they didnt even charge me which was very nice so here I am giving them a 5 star review because I admit it is tough putting up with me and my car issues, so thank you!!

DONT DO IT! I went here to have my 2010 CRV looked at for an exhaust leak. They said I needed my complete exhaust system replaced, estimated cost $1780! Needless to say I was skeptical, so I called the Honda dealership in Seekonk (which I am not affiliated with in any way). They quoted me, parts and labor, $1300. So when I bring it there the tech tells me I only need part of the exhaust replaced, not the whole thing. Final cost parts and labor ... $520. Hey, if you want to get ripped off, spend an extra $1000 for no reason, go here. Places like this give repair shops a bad rep.

I need a quart of 0W-20W Full Synthetic oil. I was pretty sure they would have it and they did. Actually a few different brands.

Took care of me with getting new tires which included getting a rebate to save some money. I recommend them for their courtesy and quality.
