Can’t get through on phone, I’ve tried several times. You can never get through and voicemail box is always full. First sign of terrible customer service. BUT aside from the poor personalities on just about every single girl who works here (sans girl who wears the leopard mask that is generally nice but today also threw her hand up at me when I tried explaining why I wear a bunch of PPE to the drive-thru window — for a very GOOD REASON).Today, I tried to address what happened to me on Saturday — this horrible girl there (former redhead with gold nose ring, who now has dark hair) saw me with at the window w/ my masks and shield on Saturday and VERY deliberately looked me in my eyes and kept pulling her mask down further and further until it was fully under her nose AND mouth. I never put my window down or accepted my food, I just drove away. Today, I gave them another shot. She did the exact same thing today, when I tried to address what she had done previously, she pulled it down again. I was very calm, I was not rude in the least, I was simply trying to EXPLAIN that I have had covid 3 times and spent 16 months SEVERELY ILL (not thinking I would make it to today) — “that is why I have this gear on” I said to both girls. And at that moment, she rolled her eyes while the leopard mask girl threw her hand up dismissively and walked away. Really nice, isn’t that?I realize that this review isn’t going to tank this honey dew location but I would urge people who care about compassion, decency and respect for their fellow human beings, to go support another franchised location. It is very obvious that whoever owns this place does not instill any courtesy / respect towards customers, into those that he/she hires onto the team. This experience has come AFTER WEEKS of going there nearly daily and saying “hello” and “thank you” to everyone at DT speaker and getting ZERO reciprocal pleasantries back. Never a “good morning” and certainly never a “you’re welcome.” It’s always a transactional experience and the first few times I thought — well, she must just be having a bad day! Because I will always give people that benefit. Then, day after day I’d return and get the same treatment from every person who works here. Still, I returned. After today, showing blatant disregard for the story I was trying to very nicely share with them, I will never return. Not to mention, her doing this again — looking at me and pulling her mask down. An extremely intentional move. You’d have to be there to understand the level of disrespect portrayed. Totally 100% classless. If I was being rude or disrespectful towards them, I could see walking away and treating me in this manner, but for someone to attempt to EXPLAIN to you how intensely they have SUFFERED through a year and a half of ongoing long-covid and to be dismissed this way, the owner of this place should be wildly ashamed. I suspect they won’t be based on how this establishment is run (for lack of a better term), but nonetheless, they should be ashamed. All I can hope is that this reaches someone out there and that you’re someone or hopefully many people with integrity and principle. I will now inconvenience my life and go to another location, to avoid lining the pockets of anyone who allows this type of behavior to continue and thinks it’s acceptable.
I love the coffee. The service is fast and friendly. I just wish it would reopen for indoor seating. Its tough sitting in the parking lot to have coffee with friends. No restroom access.
Go here every day for our morning coffee, cinnamon and rasberryPastry sticks. Nice people although the help changes frequently.
I dont like not being able to sit inside
Great place. Happy staff.
Very pleasant people and coffee and food very good
Favorite Location... Staff is Friendly And Drinks Always Taste Amazing...
Get order right most of the time; however, Ive also been given a stale bagel when ordering a sandwich. Learned that I definitely need to check my order before driving away.
Love this Honey Dew super clean and great service Alita is the best the most friendly honeydew worker Ive ever come across
Best honey dew around... why you ask?? Bc I work there 😚
This is probably the worst Honey Dew in seekonk and pawtucket, they disregard store hours and close in the middle of the afternoon. Will have employees in the building during business hours that will lock the doors and not take orders. Its ridiculous
Love the coffee!!! Grear service, as always.
50/50 I went twice to this location..coffee perfect 1st time wrong 2nd time
Its quick and easy. And the people are nice
Great coffee drinks!
Great coffe place, Im not lieing.
Awesome Customer Service
Convenient location when I am in the area visiting (from out of state). The service has always been good. No complaints. Very sick of Dunkins as that and Starbucks are my only options at home.
I cant not go back to this honey dew... these girls have no clue. nice girls but they are dumb. they never listen to my order and forget to put items in the bag.... i have been patient for the past year of coming here almost every morning
Honey Dew coffee is on the less expensive side of coffee shops. There is a place to sit and eat but compared to Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks its just tiny and no fancy frilly gimmicks. The coffee isnt fancy named its what you want quick and easy. The prices are very decent and the coffee quality is good. I recommend any of their drinks. I recommend the bagels and cream cheese, their muffins, and their cinnamon sticks and the chocolate covered raspberry sticks. Also recommend their frosted coffee rolls. Over all Honey Dew is delicious and worth a stoo if you have never been.
The girls that work there are so rude. Take the drive down the street and go to the other one. Better service, better coffee, and you wont have to go back and have your coffee remade.
Me and Mark walked in there last month and nobody knew who he was. I thought it was Funny. We get back in my car and I turned to Mark and laughed. He asked me what was so funny? I said to him see: your not that Famous. LoLI thought someone would pick up on him being there. I just paid for the coffee and he tossed a twenty in the tip cup.
Fast, friendly service. Great iced coffee.
Stop there on my way to work. Nice variety. Good hot chocolate. I like to purchase gift cards for unsuspecting people.
Great customer service and girls there are really cute too!! They always get my coffee right.
Not happy with today service at the Central Avenue location. Person working the drive thru messed up my simple order of a iced coffee and a banana. Wont go there again
Friendly employees. Always get the same coffee. Always taste the same. GREAT!!!

This is the 3rd time now Ive come to this location on a Sunday night...they close at 9 andbyet at 720 they are closed? A worker inside and people in the parking lot. What is going on???!!!
Always a pleasure to visit Honey Dew Donuts at Bakers Corners. All the people there are friendly and make feel very welcome.
Better coffee than the double D. Just dont count on getting the popular food item at the end of the day.
Good
Love it, like mom making you coffee, Lee loves it
Great friendly service. Best location ive ever been!
A nice place. But the prices are higher there than East Providence.
Best coffee. Love the ladies that work here!
I’m writing this here because your website only allows a comment of 150 characters... I stopped at this Honey Dew this morning. When I pulled in there were 3 cars in the parking lot and one truck in front of me in the drive thru so it wasn’t too busy. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side, a medium iced coffee and a bottle of water. When I pulled up to the window I was impressed that my order was already waiting for me on the counter. I saw 3 women working, and no one opened the window so I could pay for my order. I waited patiently because I figured someone would come to the window when they were done with what they were doing since all I needed to do was pay, but no one did. I sat there waiting for 5 minutes. I felt extremely ignored and my order was just sitting there ready to go. A woman even came over to ask the girl making coffee a question, looked at me and walked away. The only reason someone finally acknowledged me was because I eventually waved at someone and asked if I could pay. When she finally opened the window she said “Sorry, we’re in the middle of a rush.” (Which I didn’t understand because at this point there were less cars in the parking lot, and if someone has a large order you should be ringing out the persons order that is already done before you complete theirs) I said “I understand but my order is just sitting there and all I need to do is pay.” I worked at Dunkin’ Donuts for 6 years. I understand what it is like, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I never write complaints but I have to say I will not be returning to this Honey Dew. I would rather drive down the street to Dunkin Donuts and know that they will not only acknowledge me, but that they will take care of me quickly, because that is the point of a drive thru.
