I’ve been to this gas station many times over the last few years. I drive from NYC to SE Mass a lot and this place always has the cheapest gas along the route.My last two visits were the best ever due to the cleanliness of the bathroom both times. Most recently we came thru on Thursday evening after a rough drive through CT and RI in the rain. Before I even got to the restroom I could tell they were clean because the whole hallway back, near the old subway counter, smelled like cleaning products. This was the second time in a month I have been pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the store and restrooms. It has not always been this clean and the girls who were working on Thursday, July 1st around 6 PM deserve many kudos. Thank you ladies!

Older man very rude and unprofessional! Very quick to anger and refuses to hear the customer! When asked for the name of his manager he refused the info and proceeded to disrespect the customer.

Although I have no Problems with this place. I like crossroads.Yesterday I lost my wallet. And I was only at 3 places. Here. Bjs. And and delken . So I’ve been calling a couple times a day looking to see if it was turned in. There is so much stuff I need in it. The girl that works her was asked by the guy that answered the phone. I heard her in the background say “NO, for the tenth Time”Well lil girl. I hope u never lose ur wallet.

My go to store for lottery and gas. The associates are always smiling and polite. Gas prices are on par (maybe a bit cheaper) when compared to other places in the area. It can get busy and you might have to wait for a pump sometimes.Parking lot can fill up, but there is additional parking along the right side of the lot. Also have a Subway and Express D&D (no sandwiches) if that is your thing.

They sell E85 so they’re good in my book.

Nice gas station with lots of pumps, easy to get in and out of. Also the car was is priced reasonable and worked well.

The car wash at this place didnt work even though I tried twice. The manager, who had to be called in, told me that he would credit my account the next day. Its been a week or so and nothing. I called and the employee, who seemed to have trouble speaking properly, didnt know when the manager would be around nor did he have his phone number. I dont know what he does if there is an emergency, the girl who I spoke with during the incident had his cell number. So, now Im out $28 and there is really nothing I can do about it. Screw this place. The employee sounded like a scumbag and the owner is a thief.

For such a small place, they sell everything. They even have a liquor license and sell beer and wine until 11pm (even on Sundays). There is also a Subway inside, as well as a Dunkin Donuts.

The old man with white hair that works here has horrible customer service skills. He is constantly an a$$ to me and treats me like scum. Sometimes he wont sell me scratch tickets and hell come up with an excuse as to why he cant..sometimes he wont cash my scratch tickets because the machines broken and just now i asked him to sell me the cheapest rolling papers and he woulnt give me any unless i told him which ones i wanted...so i said whatever ones are the cheapest ones and he said i have customers behind you i cant play games which ones do you want...i said theres no prices on them im not sure which ones and he said next and took the next customer after he already rang up my stuff beforehand....completely disrespected me. So i asked him when a manager would be working and he claimed that he WAS the manager...very very combative every time we interact. Im going to start using the mobile next door instead of crossroads because i do not want to interact with this old man. Never seen somebody treat a customer so horribly. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. I advise that everyone avoids crossroads at night when he is there..do yourself a favor and avoid the disrespect.
