What a disorganized pharmacy, waited in a line for 30 min to be told come back in 20 min. Came back in a hour and still hasnt got to fill my scrips and has thr nerve to say let me get through this line before I work on themNot professional one bit and my wife and I will be taking our scripts elsewhere
Had a covid test at the minute clinic outside administered by Nurse Nicole S. Upon arrival the parking lot was under major construction with poor signage and I was made to circle the parking lot and leave/come back to park in a different area, making me 6 mins late for my scheduled appointment. I waited in the designated parking spot with no instruction or number to call and didnt see anyone so I called the store. While on hold a nurse emerged from the small structure outside. This was Nurse Nicole S. She asked my name and began yelling at me for being 10 minutes late (there were no other patients waiting) however she yelled about me now being in another patients appointment spot. I explained why I was a few minutes late and had been sitting in the spot and she yelled rudely and threatened about how she would take me this time but if I come to her location late again she will refuse to take me. I again explained what was going on and she turned her back and walked away telling me to follow her... so I did and she then yelled about I needed to go in the other door for patients. I was literally so frazzled by her flipping out on me I didnt realize that the other entrance was for patients and she didnt tell me, other than to follow her - once inside she didnt even watch me administer the test to myself, however I have done them before so I did it the way I know how. I am absolutely disgusted that a nurse would treat people this way, especially those who are sick. CVS you need to get your act together and hire people who care and treat others with respect!
Not sure if reviews work? Poor customer service from the Pharmacy. I’ve lived in the town my whole life and used this pharmacy. You see all these commercials that these company care during COVID especially CVS really putting up a front don’t let it fool you the company polices are trash and don’t care for the customer.Health hub what a joke.
I waited an hour outside in my hot car for an appointment at the minute clinic. They gave me no information about when I would actually see someone. I had to go in and interrupt some poor person’s appointment . They expected me to wait another 45 minutes outside in my hot car. I have been to several minute clinic and have never had to wait longer than 15 mins. Completely unacceptable and needs to be managed better. Go somewhere else.
Don’t speak to elaine at the pharmacy unless you want to be yelled at, spoken over and patronized to the point where you forgot what your question even wasi used to come here very often as it was closest to my house but i’ll never set foot in this location again due to your delightful pharmacy staff. i’ll be going to the attleboro location from now on
Incompetence would be putting it lightly for this location of CVS. If you cant properly train your staff to do different transactions on the register then maybe do a better job training them or dont hire them at all. Management was a poor excuse of help aswell.
I would give less stars if this would let me...and its not all of the pharmacy staff that is that bad but the rest that are forget it. They are the most uncompassonate people ever! They make mistakes on a regular basis and look at you like you filled the wrong prescription. I will be switching everything out from there asap they are the worst. If you hate your job or people that much quit and do something you want to do
I wish I could give this store an even lower score! The pharmacy staff at this store are the rudest slowest people I’ve ever encountered! Drop off prescription a day in advance and go to pick it up 18 hours later and it’s still not ready! They expect me to sit around for another hour while they fill it. Hire some people that actually want to work there! I’ll be avoiding this store until you do!
Heather is the most miserable cashier ever. Everyone that had contact with her had the same view. If you hate what you are doing that much find another job. Dealing with the public not for her awful experience isforhesstrwheelthhous

Nice cvs, they always have what I need. .the pharmacy techs are very helpful and the minute clinic is a nice addition to the cvs..
Everyone from the Pharmacist and manager to the Pharmacy Techs and sales staff always treat me friendly and respectfully.
They messed up an austic persons seizure meds not filling script properly and put someones life at risk they have messed up before also
