Just had my gas insert installed and it looks great! Unfortunately it’s July and won’t need it for a while, but glad I had it done now. Once the cold weather comes we’ll be good to go. I worked with Inez during quarantine and she was amazing. She was always quick to reply with any questions and helped me work through some specific problems with my original fireplace before installation. All of the installers were great. They were personable, neat and very informative on how to operate the new insert. We visited a few different fireplace shops and Fireplace Showcase was the most competitive and helpful for what we were looking for. These guys were great to work with! We decided to make a swing set purchase and we are so glad to have gone with this company. I needed help servicing an older gas wood stove fireplace. Couldnt get the thing lit. Given its age, Kyle at Fireplace Showcase scheduled a cleaning, in hopes that would suffice. At my rwequest, he was fully prepared to replace the guts of the unit to upgrade it.Thankfully, the cleaning worked. Matt, the technician, was prompt, professional, and thorough. Very nice place. I was looking for a pellet stove and they had several. Overall they had lots of inventory, and a very nice staff to help you out. Parking is good right off the highway. I havent visited to many fireplace stores but they seemed reasonable. I also liked that they will come out to your house to evaluate your install/fireplace. For a fee of course but you get that back if you buy one.

Steve was great. He was on time, introduced himself and got to work. He diagnosed our problem as a gas leak, not a stove problem and told me to call my plumber. We purchased the Dreamscape playset by Eastern Jungle Gym here at Fierplace Showcase this past April, 2020. Inastalled in early July, 2020. Originally, we bought the playset (we added a 2nd slide) for out 3 grandchildren aged 3 1/2 and 16 months, but their parents and my wife and I have been on the swings and my wife went down one of the slides. The playset is very sturdy with 4X4 posts. The rest of the wood is very thick (no skimpping with this product. Slides are about 6 deep so the sides are high and the slide material is very strong. Great rock wall, a rope ladder and a regular ladder all for getting into the spacious fort. The steering wheel and telescope are not going to get broke anytime soon showing the quality of these also. Everything is bolted/screwed on making it possible to move the playset to someone elses backyard later on.We were very pleased with the installation by experienced installers. We have a flattish yard, so it took them about 2 hours to setup.We recommend Fireplace Showcase and our new friends there, especially Inez B. who did all the paperwork and communicating with us. We are ALL very pleased with the playset.

They were great when we bought our wood stove insert but theyve been even better servicing it! They have always done the annual cleaning but this year after only a couples of months of use, we started losing heat and it eventually got to the point where the fire wouldnt stay lit and smoke started backing up into the house. Steve & Kyle came out right away and discovered the flue and chimney cap caked with creosote, a potentially dangerous situation. It was all due to the wood I was burning not being properly seasoned and dry even though I was told it was when I bought it. I highly recommend them, great service!

Love our Quadra-Fire Explorer III, with it’s built in heat blower unit.It produces beautifully even heat, holds a fire overnight - up to 12 hours later it’s still warm and you can still rekindle a fire from the embers - and it is a joy to use.This is our first winter with the stove, and it has made heating our entire house much easier. We have it in our basement, and the heat permeates it and the 2 floors above as well. We had a problem with our Quadrafire pellet stove, that was partly exasperated by a different service provider. The tech from Fireplace Showcase (Steve) came out, quickly diagnosed the problems, replaced the faulty parts (which he had in the back of his truck!) and within 30 minutes, the stove was fully functioning. I will now use Fireplace Showcase exclusively for maintenance of my stove. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional, the best in the area, hands down.

They installed a gas fireplace insert into our home. It was the best move we ever made to improve our old and cold, drafty old house.Everyone should have a gas fireplace insert, especially if you heat with oil. The cost per BTU of heating is quite advantageous for natural gas over oil.Lastly, when the power goes out during a cold winter storm, your oil furnace is out of business. Yet, the fireplace insert keeps working

The Fireplace Showcase was a great place for me to find. We had purchased a modular home in 2000. The fireplace had issues. It was not supported by the modular company, and the fireplace manufacturer would not deal with me directly. Searching franticly I found Inez from Fireplace Showcase. We had made contact about 3 years ago. This Fall I replied to a email she had sent requesting info on the same topic we were discussing then. WOW... she was able to get my parts after doing some research. WAY to GO Fireplace Showcase.

Might as well be a car dealer! Great service selling you a product but pathetic whenever you have a problem or need a question answered! The first time i was in the store looking around.... (store located in Seekonk Ma.) I was very impressed with the stores display, the best i ever seen in the area.People working there was great not crowding you but were there for any questions that we had ( Inez) was my contact ...very polite and knowledgeable of the produced they carry.So i finally picked our first pellet stove as investment for the new house that we have...we wanted something that was reliable and sharp looking....We found just that one that did the things we were looking for....like modulate temp by itself a program for a weekly operation and reduce fan speed. We found Ravelli Classic 100 ( Black) that did all of those things and so much more...Scheduling an install date was really easy... Inez took care of all the details that they neededInstallation day they were on time and very polite, clean and organizedNow here is the fun part....everything went great up to the start up! Technician couldnt get the RDS set on the stove. So with out that set the stove doesnt let you do anything to it, it will run on low fan speed and contentiously run....So i spoke with there customer service rep. and explained i was a licence plumber and i was going to trouble shoot the unit to get it up and running..So long store short it ended up being the mother board on the unit was faultyNow the stove is running perfect!! and we love it. Looking to add another one in the basement now....Thank youJoe

I purchased a Mendota gas fireplace from another dealer 2 years ago who went out of business soon after the installation was complete and before the bugs were worked out. I contacted The Fireplace Showcase (TFS) and requested their help in making my fireplace work. Drew, the service manager, was extremely helpful and the FPS technicians had my fireplace up and running within a week at NO charge. They have since done a two year service which was done cleanly, quickly, and efficiently. Recently I had a power surge/outage while the stove was working this caused a shutdown and lockout for safety reasons. I could not get it restarted with the owners manual I had. I called TFS on a Friday afternoon and received a reply from Kyle at 6:30 PM. Regrettably I had my phone off as I was at dinner. However, Kyle left a message informing me that he was emailing me and asked for further info on the problem. I sent Kyle an email that evening and heard back from him Saturday about 11:30. Kyle spent over two hours on the phone with me trying to resolve the problem, emailing me procedures and pictures and having me text pictures back to FPS. He finally realized that the owners manual I had been given by the defunct retailer was the incorrect one and therefore I had given him the wrong Model # of the fireplace at the beginning. Once this was corrected he was able to give me instructions on resetting the auto off and relighting the fireplace within 15 min. Kyle had spent nearly two hours AFTER he was finished for the day on the phone with me helping me solve my fireplace problem. Needless to say, while I do not have any experience purchasing a product from FPS their service after sale is fabulous. Seriously, buy product from these folks!!!

I called them a week ago and asked if they have electric inserts for fireplaces. They said yes, come check them out in our show room. So today I drove 30 minutes to the show room. I walked in and there was 1 other customer in the showroom and a total of 3 employees, One came over to me fairly quickly and asked what I was looking for. I explained and she wrote down a website for me to go home and look at. No other help offered... I was hoping to put deposits down on 4 fireplaces today. Beautiful showroom but super disappointing customer service. Ill find another company to do business with.
