They try there best to find a price range that is affordable to you and offer you deals that is close to that range instead of just instantly turning you away because ( You might have bad credit, your price range is low, no trade in). Service advisor Ray Everhart was great, Service department on the other hand, second time that they don’t know how to reset the oil change button on the car’s computer system. Based on this experience even though you give me free oil changes for life, very doubtful I’ll be back and one of the reasons I change my mind about buying a new car from Sybil. Not her fault but the service department past the service advisor really has a lot to be desired

5 stars for sales, 1 for service. I have been sitting here for 2 hours, had a 7 AM appointment and it is now 9:05- for an oil change and my car hasnt even been pulled to the shop. I spoke to the service manager and about 30 minutes he sent a service advisor to let me know that my car would be pulled in and it still hasnt. Will get my keys and take my business elsewhere. Update: asked for my keys and at that same moment my car was pulled in, Ruben the service advisor did seem to be sincere in his apology.

My advice would be to make sure you complete any transaction you have with them before you walk out the door. I purchased a vehicle from them and it was very chaotic and unorganized. After many rounds of back and forth we finally came to an agreement and I sat there for an hour waiting on the paperwork to get signed. Finally they told me to come back the next day to complete the transaction but to put a $100 dollar hold on the vehicle in which they would refund after I sign the documents. Well I went back the next day and signed the paperwork but have yet to get the $100 back. I cant tell you how many times I have called and been told it was on the way, any minute now. Still nothing and it has been weeks. These guys are very, very shady. Be warned.

I purchased a vehicle and very thing was good. I took my daughter to the dealership and she purchased a vehicle. I put a $1000 deposit down to hold the vehicle. The $1000 was never applied to the sale and I am trying to get my $1000 refunded. No one seems to be interested in talking with me about this. I have been told several times I would be called back and no one has called me back. I have left multiple voice mails and no one has returned my calls. I have been trying to get my money back for several weeks now.

Adam W was our sales person. He was outstanding! He showed us around and accommodated our needs. We were looking for a Silverado for my husband, he sold us from the get go. He explained every gadget in that vehicle, Took us for a test ride, and was sincere and compassionate with us. He understood our needs and did his very best to try and fulfill them. The drive to Seguin was a bit of a hassle with construction on the highway, but it was definitely worth our while. I want to express my gratitude for him wearing his mask the whole time he was with us! He is definitely a Shining Star!

Such terrible customer service, my vehicle has been in the shop for almost 2months+, one time we called they stated they were working on the vehicle, second time, the part we needed was “back ordered”, third time they stated that nobody ever ordered the part. every time I call to get assistance they “stated” that the they took care of it when in fact they’re did nothing. everyone here is either “sick” every other day or not in the office. customer service here is so terrible, never bringing my vehicle here again to the service department.

The customer service here is by far the worst. They had our suv for over a month. We brought it in and it needed a transmission after a month o fa them having it they told us hey we replaced the transmission but we broke off all the bolts to your catalytic converters so you will need new ones at the customer expense. They told me that the catalytic converters were rusted out and not repairable. So I come in to see what they are taking about and come to find out they just didn’t want to put in the work to drill out the studs and put new bolts they wanted to charge me for all new parts!

Seguin Chevrolet is awesome! Priscilla and Lavon are great sales reps. It was a long processes but because of them fighting for me I was able to drive off the lot with a new car!!! Definitely recommending them to my friends and family. If your in the market for a new vehicle stop by and ask for Priscilla or Lavon, they will make the dream happen. Adam Waitrek was great. He let us drive a couple cars then spent hours working on the paperwork for the one we wanted when at the last minute we changed our minds. He rolled with it and found exactly what we wanted and we love it! The finance department got us exactly where we wanted to be with our payment. I will say I just had a great call experience with the receptionist Amanda. Let me leave 5 stars and utilize my time to say she was ever so helpful, and answered all my questions. Not only was she patient she went out of her way to find the answers I needed that had been pending in regards to a recent purchase. She even took my information and called me back with exactly what I wanted. This is what Excellent Customer Service looks and sounds like. Buyer Beware! I purchased a used 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Seguin. I drove off the lot with a faulty tire sensor that I was told would be fixed before I left the dealership. I noticed the power steering going out during my first week of driving and informed my salesman. I didnt hear from service until a week later when I called the sales manager, I then heard from service that day. However I was continually pushed back due to lack of an available loaner vehicle. After two weeks of this I was informed I dont qualify for a loaner. I also discovered that the speedometer was almost 10mph off thanks to the officer who pulled me over and gave me a ticket for speeding even though I had the cruise control set. Fast forward one week and I no longer have a running vehicle due to the oil pump failing causing the engine to cease up. When I informed the dealership that the vehicle needs a new engine I was told, after two days of waiting, that they are offering no assistance. Perhaps they never intended to fix it and simply wanted to keep me waiting until I was outside the Consumer Rights Act 2015s suggested 30 day window? Without a doubt I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
