The Outside Service Mgr, Jerald, is totally incompetent! I went to the Outside Service Dept this morning at 9AM, for my previously scheduled appt to rotate my tires. I personally scheduled this appt the previous day, in person, with the Inside Service Mgr and she printed out for me the schedule document, with no other person scheduled on the document. I handed him my appt schedule document and asked for it back when he finished cking me in. He came back in 10 mins with a totally new schedule sheet with both my schedule cancelled and another womens schedule added at 10AM. I asked him for my original document back and he said this new one was the one I handed him. He is not only incompetent but also lied to me regarding the new document!! He should be fired for lack awareness and lying to a Customer! The rest of the Walmart Team were all great and my tires were rotated.

Expect to be waiting a least a couple of hours but the price is good

Stop paying $45 for an oil change. I paid $20 at Walmart and my car was ready before I was done shopping.

If I could leave no star I would. Horrible customer service and no one knows what they are doing. I wouldn’t leave my car in their hands. We came to get tires and thankfully left with none. Manager is no help and is also clueless. Everyone just hangs out in the shop on their phones instead or working.

Overall... satisfactory. But...service is incredibly slow, most of the employees are unaware of what customer service is, and if not for Thomas and his sincere regret that it took over two hours to complete what should have been done in 30 minutes or so...this would be a 2-star review or worse. I ordered tires online for my truck, called the store three days after FedEx showed theyd been delivered, wasnt even offered an apology that they forgot to call me, and then was told I dont know when I asked if I could schedule an install time... Not impressed! The only highlight is that I did leave with new tires on the truck... My other car will be going to Discount Tire when the time comes.

It took a lot longer for an oil change then it should have but overall good experience. Staff was decent from the check in guy to the counter and mech. Price is fair when you consider cost of fluids being topped off and oil plus filter when doing it yourself. Gotten a 2 tires repaired here also which was real cheap and so far so good (knock on wood)

Absolutely awful service! My husband, myself and our 5 and 2 year old children were traveling from Houston to New Braunfels for a family Easter celebration. We were pulling a trailer and had a blow out, I proceeded to call the Walmart in Seguin to ensure they had the tires we needed prior to heading there and they ensured us they had 6 of them in various price ranges. On our arrival there they ensured us once again that they had the tires, we waited for 1 hour seeing 2 cars that arrived after us being serviced. I asked them how much longer the wait would be and they told me we were the next ones in line. We waited for an additional hour in a half seeing 4 other cars getting taken care of prior to us. My husband proceeded to ask them what the delay was and they told him I told them we were not waiting and to skip over us which is a bold face LIE (after 3 technicians came out to look at our trailer and none took action). An additional 30 minutes went on and my husband once again asked them the delay they told us they had no tires available for us. Please do not go here! Thank you Walmart Tire Center for ruining our Saturday with family.

People in the shop slow but good and thuro, the counter lady well not sure if she realizes what a job Intels.

I was told by a tech that it would be about 30 minutes to an hour to get my oil done, about an hour and a half later after no infominform on if its done or not I walk up and ask if its done she says no and that its not even been pulled in yet. And not only that but the lady at the counter said that its a 1 to 3 hour wait

Never called me to let me know my car was ready. I called 4 times no answer. Then got here and they added stuff to my tire bill i didnt ask for. Took them almost an hour to rewrite my invoice. Will never come back here for service. Really disappointed.

Getting the tire check done a great job.

Getting a one cause I cant give a zero. Staff awful, service awful. Id rather pay a little more to receive better treatment. Your better off.

Never answer the phone I just wanted to make sure my tires where there bc last time I went only 2 where there not all 4 but they never answer the phone

Friendly staff they know what there doing

Called them 2 min before they closed on a Saturday on a long haul to New Mexico and they pulled 2 tires we needed and waited for us after hours to help us out so we could get back on the road. Thanks guys, I will be calling management to thank them as well.

I like the place its ok just need them to build one closer to me haha

Super nice people service

You guys just did some work forme. You guys clearly do not know how to put the tire back on the rim. You jack rim all up I detail my car myself every weekend and just did yesterday my rim is F***** up . Put way to much pressure on the rim while spinning the tire back on! I will be contacting the manager of the store and corporate office on Monday!

Fast n cheap

Second time theyve told me over the phone they can do something, went then they cant because they got a 4 tire change to do in a hour and a half. Bunch of jokes cant do a patch job on a tire.

On time and good service

Dropped my car off for an oil change. Came back an hour later and it hasnt been started. Get what you pay for. Unionized mechanics.
