This is by far the best bath and body works store and Im a frequent customer here. The ladies, especially the manager, are so super friendly and helpful. I love coming to the Seguin location because they are SO much more friendly than any Ive been to in San Antonio. They are engaged and ask questions to help find you exactly what you need or are looking for.

The experience was horrible the worker kept on hitting on me and trying to get me to buy this cocunut body wash eThen she said I probally looked better in bed.which wass wierd.

They were not very helpful in helping me find qhat i was looking for and they were out of almost everything on my semi big list. All they did was point to where to look and if i didnt find it then they were out. That they get an order everyday so just keep checking back. I asked what time they opened the next day and they disnt even know that. Not a good experience.

Always the friendliest and most helpful staff. I was in and out quickly and they helped with any question i had.

The girls here spent the whole time gossiping, and I even heard one of them use inappropriate language on multiple occasions. Will not go back.

They didnt have what I was looking for, but that wasnt their fault. I was looking for a seasonal scent.

Good supplies great prices, but one staff member was not very friendly. Very weird acting. Gave me a bad feeling. She followed me the whole time I was shopping

We came to this location because we were in the area, normally we visit the Victoria or New Braunfels location. The sales associates were both gossiping about the customer that paid before us. We felt that was a little rude but hey, maybe they’ve had a long day. Someone in my group was advising me about what coupons to use and the cashier made a face as if we were annoying her for the quick changes. I told her my email was wrong on the screen she responded with “oops sorry” and told me to have a good day”. So two stars for the apology and salutations.This was the first and hopefully last negative customer experience I will encounter at a bath & body works. We hope that both girls have a better afternoon & their attitudes have changed for future customers.
