Their COVID 19 testing is simply broke. I followed instructions emailed to me perfectly. No test ever administered. I called the pharmacy and sat on the line waiting for 30 minutes listeing to a robot. Then it just hung up on me. Called the store, they offered no assistance. Dont waste anytime using this walgreens for anything. Thank you.

I have used this pharmacy since 2011 and have been more than satisfied with the staff and the way I have been treated. The pharmacists have gone out of their to be helpful. Don’t know why there is a negative review as I would recommend this facility to everyone!

Seguin Walgreens. incompetent. Takes lunch hour, completely closes the store ( for a major concern, ridiculous). Long lines..inexcusable…maybe not enough employees? Not managed well AT ALL!Will never go back. Having all my family and extended family switch to local pharmacy…Parker’s

I have been using walgreens for years. My daughter had an ear infection and was prescribed augmentan. I asked the girl behind the counter in the pharmacy if it was flavored as I knew it was very gritty and they typically dont like it. I was flat out lied to about the flavoring. I cant get my daughter to take the medicine without a fight. Ill be finding another pharmacy from now on.

Been dealing with this pharmacy for years. Always on time with RX and very polite ladies.

Pharmacist Melanie went above and beyond to help with meds that needed filling and insurance was saying no. She waz very polite and actually probably the only Pharmacist that Ive ever had listen and not be condescending. So Melanie you are awesome person and Pharmacist. Great job

Yesterday I noticed a sign out front stating mandatory masks while inside, I was thrilled to see them enforcing precautions. Sadly the first thing I see is a mother and her children none wearing masks at the check out. A few minutes later I see another woman, no mask, wandering the store, and no one is saying anything. Today I had to go back and same thing, a woman and her daughter both old enough to read at the check out, no masks. Whats even more unnerving is the young lady manning the checkout was THE ASSISTANT MANAGER! Management, it is your duty to enforce policies and be the example for your employees. Disappointed

I have mixed feelings about this place. Most of the time in the the store side people helpful and kind, but once in a while you get a rude person at the pharmacy that just ruins your day. Most of the time my prescriptions are ready in a very timely manner. On other occasions the fax machine is broken and my doctor has to call it in. Total mess when that happens 😤

Very convenient and staff is usually friendly. I gave it three stars because they are always asking for my number for some rewards program that does nothing. Hasnt done anything in close to four years, lol. But if you dont give them that number, they dont like that very much so I feel obligated to enter it into the key pad and do as I am told, lol. They will actually pressure you into entering your number, not worth putting up resistance, it is futile. Other than it being such a hassle to just give the cashier money for an item, it is a typical Walgreens, has what I need and never too crowded.

Pharmacists are always rude and unhelpful. I have a chronic condition that requires pain medication so I’m treated like an addict every time I come in. They also withhold my prescriptions longer than the required 28 days so I often have to go without. Will be moving my business elsewhere once I can despite it being less convenient.

The staff and pharmacist are always helpful and polite. The prices are great and I get cash back with my Walgreens card.

Each time I need to obtain medications for my father, each Pharmacist whom are employed there were pleased to assist with the orders. Friendly staff are always willing to assist with any questions someone might have.

Very rude pharmacist! Picked up my medicine and the gentleman through my stuff in the slide out window tray and walked away! Didnt say a word. Moving my familys business elsewhere. Bye Walgreens!

They have most everything youd expect from a pharmacy, but CVS tends to have cheaper generic brands.
