Call these guys if you need any help with your home, office, or shop water needs. I had them come out to my new home in NB and test the water, then make recommendations on what could be needed. Matt was a rockstar. Super fun, super easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable. He made recommendations, explained what I needed very clearly, and made sure I understood my choices. Gave us time to think and research without pressure. There might be some decent competitors in the market, but when it comes down to it - this home was a large investment for my family. Products - Culligan is the only service I have used, so I do not have any other service for comparison. The products perform well, and are of a good quality as problems are appreciably rare.Service - Culligan Water of Seguin has always responded in a very timely manner when the occasional issue arises. Very little interest in servicing clients who already have an account. waited three weeks to be assigned a service date, no response, never called back. several calls to them, never an interest in helping.if zero stars was an option, id choose it. there are other water softener companies with care and concerns for those who pay their salaries.
