Works well for me! VISIBLE from I-10, North Seguin TX, a little East of San Antonio. Major power plant close by a great land marker. New, clean. Good space for safely maneuvering EASILY! 👍 Prompt, helpful, professional, friendly. In and out ONLY! Unfortunately, no parking!

Went to this facility yesterday waited for over 6 hrs to get loaded because of a power outage from the day before. Finally got in the gate was told to go to the door went there another truck sitting in the door called them back gave me another door was supposed to pickup 13 skids @ 43680 lbs ended up with 22 81640 lbs got to Oklahoma scale house 463.50 ticket overloaded now I’m fighting with the broker and Niagara . And of course nobody knows nothing nor will they answer any questions. Will never haul out of there again. I really their ceo sees this because he’s fixing to get a call

This is an exceptional company. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work here. My daughter worked here and she loved her job. They have great benefits that far exceed just medical insurance. At Christmas they go way beyond being generous. This is a company who really cares about all of their employees. When my daughter died unexpectedly the managers and HR people were in contact with me within hours asking how they could help. I am so grateful for all that they did. I highly recommend that if you get the chance to work here, dont pass it up!

Not Good hite the uber broker, evwry time cheatning /plying carriers/drivers and the NBL knews this happen several time returning deivers without load, so Supposed avoid those brokers doing this hasil. Otherthan that 4*.

Everything good, except they take too much time to load the trucks.

Fast loading took me after 3hr of my app easy backup nd maneuver paperwork and seal at self checkout office

This place is real behind and then other drivers get mad cause you come and check in and expect you move out of the way cause they have a door waiting ... real poor managing hope niagra sees this

They dont know how to answer the phone. Its 2021 now everyone should know how to pick up a phone call.

Area is okay but do not follow the GPS. If you are coming in from I-10 east, do not take exit 607 to FM 78. It leads to a no-thru truck zone. Take exit 609 then take your first right then make another right onto 8th St.

Not bad but you have to line up perfect just to back into dock. I mean like cant be a inch off either way.

Friendly people..nice and easy pick up...only arrive close to your appointment... theres no truck parking... street signs say no parking but its not a busy street ...park at your own risk..

The workers on forklifts going in and out of trailers are not robots.. lol in early and out within 1 hour. Never had a problem at any of the Niagra locations EXCEPT the attitudes of the ladies checking drivers in and out. That’s where the robots are needed. 😂 God bless and keep truckers so the world won’t stop!! Stay safe drivers

Came in to load and was told my shipment was not ready. Had to come back that evening. Other that that it seems to be a state of the art facility. However the one in Dallas seems to load a bit quicker.

Worst company i have ever visit,people asking for pickup number dont know proper english and they loaded me in 5 hour....

Very nice and friendly ..DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET THEY HAVE SIGNS OUT NO PARKING TOW AWAY ZONE SEQUIN PD AND TX DOT ARE TELLING TRUCKS TO LEAVE OR GET A TICKET AND TRUCK BEING TOWED HES IN BLACK SUV DRIVING UP AND DOWN PATROLLING YOU BEEN WARNED U CANT EVEN DO PAPERWORK ON THE STREET WHEN LEAVING SHIPPER AND GET HARRASSED BYE SEQUON PD AND TX DOT

They take forever to load trucks. Very unprofessional workers. We came in early, they claimed to have no doors available, but as we drove around the warehouse about half the doors were empty. They wanted us to park in the street- I guess so we wouldnt see the lie they tried to feed us. To add to that, we sat there waiting while trucks that arrived after us- and mind you- it was after our appointment time by this time- the other trucks were loaded. We tried to call and Their was no answer. We were 5 hours early and ended up leaving about 3 and a half hours after our appointment time. This is ridiculous. They are highly unprofessional. I would rate this is the first Niagara company that we had problems with the second was in Dallas. Good luck and God bless anyone who gets product from here. I refuse to even buy Niagara after these few experiences.

In and out quickly

Arrived early and given a dock, loaded 2hrs, check out was quick.

They have street parking, Your drive up to the gate and push the intercom button once someone answers you give them your 8 digit pick up number. They will give you a door number. Make sure both yellow arrows come on or they wont know youre backed in. Once you get the green light go left towards the guard shack with your doors open, they will give you your bills. P.S directions to this plant has no trucks through signs ignore them.Usually it takes 2 hours to load unless your late.

Loading is done by robots so your trailer must be in excellent condition no trash, holes in the floor, leaks etc. load times can be from1-3.5 hours tops. The major down side is that you have to back in the dock nearly exactly prefect (both yellow arrows by the green/red status light must be lit up when you bump the dock) or the robots wont start to load. Other than that its not bad.

Two pallets of overweight took them 5 hours, which I have never seen before

I see how futuristic they want to be. But that does not help with time.. they took 5 hours to load.. on the way out the lady on the window was not even polite...

Come in to load with a 2017 trailer and was told that the floor was weak bunch of idiots probably had no product to load and blame carrier for there mistake. Have loaded here multiple times with this same trailer and never had they rejected it. Guess working on holidays makes them miserable.

If you are a truck coming i10 westbound do not come through Seguin to get here, construction everywhere that kept you from turning in town and I came to a road closure barely was able to get turned around. Make it easy on yourself and do the turnaround down i10 the only way in is from the eastbound service road off i10.

Loading fast but not help for weight adjustment they load and U have to take if come back they take 8 to 12 hrs to settle weight u r on God mercy

Slow. Cancels loads often. Staff helpful half the time but often just rude. Plentt of parking on street outside plant for large trucks.

Who ever comes with the idea of this stupidity of robots loading trailer have nothing better to do it took more than haft hour to back into a door just because the freaking sensors keep pointing to left or right, this people make you look like an idiot trying to back into a door. 🤬

Good people good pay but no stability or any kind of organization .I understand the place only been there a little over a year .But I think they will continue you to lose good workers if nothing changes.

My husband has only worked for them for two months. In those two months they have failed to pay him for two and a half pay periods. We have fallen behind on bills because of a mistake they made. We call every single day and keep getting the run around. We want answers, he worked those long hard shifts where is his money?!?!?!

This place is a truckers nightmare. You better have food, and water, and a chamber pot if youre coming to load here. 8-9 hours to get loaded every time. Never coming back here again.

Well call in to ask if they load me few hours early and female reciver told me to come in and call from gate ...then she tells me no to wait in the street ...uncurtious to do that to a driver just should say no on phoe 2nd time they play the same to me

Not bad to load at. They load with robots!!! Ive been there several times and I was out of there in about an hour and a half.

Too slow for loading up. Dont really cut you some slack for getting there early to pick up load than take a long time to load your truck

In & out under 2 hours, usually, truck able to park on street or inside after checking in, trailer MUST be clean & pass inspection

Getting in and out sucks

What bothered me was that they just load you with zero regard to your truck and weight, so you have to get loaded, go weigh your load, then come back for rework. Absolute waste of time and manpower. Not to mention that it eats up my hours for driving. What could have been a 2 hour job to over 4 hours.

Got in 2hrs early started loading right away. Slow loading but not near as bad as other places Ive been too. Was loaded within 2 hr window.

Most if the time you can be in and out in as little as 30 mins, but be prepared for the long haul as I have sat here on several occasions during hurricane Harvey for as long as 4 hours. Robots load trucks here

Seems like no one knows where the button to release the trailer was here 2 hrs to load when most of the drivers that I was here before had already left..most of that time waiting for green light seemd like it takes longer and longer here to load...smh

Bring a sack lunch and dinner. If I could give less than 1 star or -stars Id give a -5. 5.5 hours to load.

Receiving working during morning shift are always rude for no reason specially all the guys that work there. Always takes hours to either load or unload just horrible overall.

Directions: I-10EB exit 609, just after highway 46 (you can see Niagara on right near interstate). T/R immediately after Seguin Chevrolet onto N. GUADALUPE ST. Go less than half a mile, T/R onto RIO NOGALES DR. and drive past Rio Nogales Power Project LP. T/L at end of street onto EIGHTH ST. At this time Niagara Bottling is the only thing on the right side. T/R at first driveway & pull up to intercom/camera in any of the open 3 lanes. Push bottom to contact guard shack for entry. Have your 8 digit pick up # ready.From I-10WB, exit and go under bridge, then T/R onto frontage road. You will turn left just before Seguin Chevrolet onto N. GUADALUPE ST., right onto RIO NOGALES DR., left onto 8TH ST., T/R @ first driveway for truck entrance. I was 45 minutes early and rolled out 2 hours after appointment time. They load with robots so floor must be clean, and trailer in good shape underneath because they can go through a weak floor.

Check in at the gate over intercom. Go to your dock. About an hour wait to load. Leave your doors open and go to the guard at exit for inspection and bol paperwork

Wont be loading here again. The last 3 times Ive loaded here I spent at least 6-7 hrs. there. Bring a lunch & dinner.

Had appointment for 3pm, been waiting 2.5 hours and still no one will tell me which dock to go to. No Bueno
