As always people make the difference. Was helping my young sister in law buy a car. Found one that appeared pretty solid for her wants and needs. Less than 24hrs after had an electrical relay issue. These folks went that extra mile to make sure the right thing was done. So nice. We knew buying an older vehicle that had gone thru auction could most likely have some issues. They trouble shot and it was a relatively simple fix for the issue. The honesty and decent customer service will ensure I recomend these hard working folks to my clients, friends, and family alike.

This has been my worst experience ever. Buying these four wheelers for my kids was suppose to be fun and exiting for the kids. Unfortunately, every time they get on them, they shut off or won’t start at all. After coming to an agreement on a price for them, their are expensive added fees that are not discussed. They take your money then won’t ever answer their phone. The hours are suppose to be Fri-Sun 12-5 and upon arriving to see if he could look at them to see why they don’t always start, they were closed. I would not refer this place to anyone and if you’ve already been there but haven’t purchased....RUN and go find a business that answers there phone, returns, calls, and is open during business hours.

I wouldnt send my worst enemy to niko stay away from this dude and that shop.

I have been out of the bike works for a while. I broke my femur on my Aprilia RSVR several years back. Since then I have been reluctant to get back on. I recently stopped by on a road trip to look while the wife was shopping. I was really impressed with the knowledge of Everyone I spoke to. I left and for the next few days, I just could not get that ride off my mind. I went back last week and ended up on a new a 2 wheeler. I cannot tell you how much it meant for me to walk in the door and Niko remembered my name. He remembers my family and all that we talked about. All in all it was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. 5 hours agoHORRIBLE customer service! I never leave bad reviews but this was definitely warranted, I would give him no stars if possible. From the start Niko the owner weaseled his way into keeping our deposit. There is sign inside his dump of an office stating so. For anyone wanting to do business with him, please note that the deposits are non refundable even seconds after you give him cash (he will not verbally tell you) oh AND he charges a $100 phony document fee that other dealers will not charge you. We ordered a specific colored 4 wheeler a week out and he gave us his word it would be ready. We go to pick it up and he said he doesnt have the one we ordered!! He then proceeds to try and sell us one that his employees are rushing to put together... Niko is very unprofessional, when verbally confronted he actually pushed my family member and told us to get off his property. The situation did not need to be escalated to that degree. Please do not buy from Niko. We took our business elsewhere.Edit: I AM the customer.. I WAS THERE TO INITIALLY PURCHASE THE 4 WHEELER, shows how well you know and care about your customers sir. I did not receive any updates or text notifications or was told the color wasnt guaranteed (he had this WRITTEN in our signed document AFTER we signed, which is AGAINST THE LAW).. Niko actually texted multiple times BUT CALLED ME DIFFERENT NAMES and had nothing to do with MY order (meaning he meant to text other customers but got us mixed up continuously) The owners response has BLATANT LIES, not ONCE were we told of the fees or nonrefundable deposit before signing, my family member was not aggressive at all which will be proven on any kind of footage. Im done wasting my time and energy. Moral of this review, DO NOT BUY FROM NIKO AT 007 MOTORS! Your better off going to Hunter Road in San Marcos.
