Could not get my phone to charge after dropping it in water. Brought my phone in, she opened it and checked everything internal and said it checked out. After removing quite a bit of debris from the charging port the phone started charging and turned back on after one trip through the store. She could have very easily asked for a service fee but would not accept anything. Very attentive to the details and trustworthy.

I specifically asked is they could fix the screen on my S10, they said they could. After three days and no info I asked what the status was. Austin stated it would be done in Friday (2 days later). Without going to far into the details, a week later I finally got my phone back with the screen fixed but it no longer worked. I took it to another place to see if it could be fixed and it is beyond economical repair. I Asked Austin to reimburse me for the cost of a new phone with no response. I am going to have to go to a lawyer on the principal of the matter

Gave him my phone to fix cracked screen. The owner of the shop unlocked the phone (said I did not have any passcode or fingerprint scan enabled) and swapped out my finger print scanner / home button with one that did not work. There was no need to even touch the home button to replace cracked screen.Guy also owns a used car lot in San Antonio, if that is any measurement of character?After giving my a phone with working parts swapped out and god knows what other personal information accessed maybe even sold on to who knows who. After admitting to the police officer that he removed my home button unnecessarily he still would not refund my $120. I will have to take him to small claims court to replace my cell phone now.H-E-B is a great grocery store. I wish they would do some ethical background checks regarding their in store vendors prior to subleasing space in the store.The owner offered to have his friend “who is a better service tech than he is in San Antonio try and fix my phone for me”. That is if I let him have my phone for another 24 hours. But he still could not get my finger print scanner to work ever again due to losing that part...Sorry sir I am not trusting you a second time.

We came in to have the screen replaced on our grandsons phone. We were told a couple hours at most. Come to find out the person working the store sent out the phone to another store (with out our knowledge or consent) to be repaired. At this point we were stuck, we were at their mercy. 5 hours later I am sitting in the store after hours waiting for the phone to be returned.No responsibility was taken by the store employee. I was basically told you have two choices, sit down and wait or go shopping.Customer service sucks! Treated us and our property with no respect.Would never recommend!Only gave one star because I couldn’t post review without one.

Called austin because my galaxy s8 plus wouldnt charge anymore I thought I would have to spend a lot of money to fix it I went into the store austin couldve charged me $300 for this repair and I was ready to pay it but he showed me another option where my phone could be charged wirelessly and sold me the wireless charger for $10 really honest service and was super fast he was taking care of everyone in a professional matter all the customers in the store loved him when I was there really good guy thanks austin will he bringing more business your way

They told me they would fix my iPhone charger port and for 2 to 5 months they wouldnt give me my phone back and would lie to me about it coming the next day and lied again saying they were sorry and they would have it the next day and made another fake excuse that they got busy or the owner couldnt do it that day and this went on for months then they told me they parted my phone and wouldnt pay me for my phone. NEVER GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CUSTOMER. THEY SHOULD BE SHOUT DOWN FOR TAKING MY PHONE AND SELLING IT.

If it wasnt for their employee, J, I would have given this place the lowest rating possible. After we left the store with 2 used phones which were partially financed, the phones began giving us troubles, which J insisted he would happily help us solve, if needed. However, the owner of the store at first agreed to replace our phones with upgraded phones, but quickly changed his tune and wanted more money on top, which put a bad taste in our mouths. We have store credit now to get replacements of equal value, but i would not be quick to do business with this place again, aside from their employee, J. He should start his own business with honest customer service practices! This place wouldnt have good ratings without his great knowledge & skill at both repairing phones/devices and integral customer service.
