I stopped in the Seguin store today to get my grandson a pair of baseball pants. We were in a bit of a hurry, Matt was very patient, very attentive and searched the entire rack of pants to help us find a pair that would work. Upon going to check out I was short $1 and change and without hesitation he put in the remaining money to help us get on our way. The experience was awesome and I can say how much I appreciate what hie and Kayla did. BIG thanks to them, they’re the best 👍

We went to Hibbet Sports for the first time this past Friday. Even though we didnt purchase anything, the gentlemen that was helping us with trying on shoes was super nice and very attentive. They have a good selection of shoes and clothes and great sales. We will definitely be back.

Rarely have what I need. It is worth the drive to go to Academy and bypass this all together. Not sure how it stays open? Staff is friendly though.

Easy shopping for hard-to-find sports brands. I called 3 different department stores in outside cities to see if I could find Nike Jordan Airs. Nothing. Then local Hibbett surprised me: they had a great selection, good sales prices, helpful staff, and quick service. Im always glad to give money to local brick-n-mortar stores, and I highly recommend this one.

Forced to sign up for rewards in order to return an item I was mischarged on.Purchased a 3-pack of hand wraps that was labeled for $14 99. And was charged $16.99 for them I didnt catch it till I walked just outside the door. I went right back in and explained, that the item was labeled $14.99 but you charged me $16.99. I was told there was nothing he could do since I already paid for the product. So I asked him if I could just get a refund. He told me well I cant say no but you have to sign up for our rewards program. I asked him again to confirm are you saying I have to sign up with the rewards program in order for me to do a return he said yes. So I gave him my information, got my refund, and then repurchased the item for the price that it was labeled at. The return policy does not require you to sign up with Hibbetts reward program. The cashier hassled me for a commission.I was still going to make the purchase I just wanted to pay the price that it was labeled with.The cashiers name is Dionicio ID# 148304
