Retail at its best. Although lacking appropriate competent staff for specific items or use. There are the rare few veteran employees that saver every question and without hesitation know what your talking about even when you dont. Walmart in Seguin is by far the most mediocre place to spend money on fantastic deals for food, disposables, consumables and all around apparel. They keep stocked. I like that.

Dirty. The checkers are extremely uneducated and cant do simple math. I prefer HEB any day to this store for groceries. If I have a hole in one of my socks, a fool just might go in to get her one. Just saying.

Very good food. My husband and I tried the crispy spicy beef. Careful with the spice though, he asked for a #2 spice, and oh boy... they werent kidding around!

Pretty nice for a Walmart. They still have manned checkouts, for now at least. Some self-checkout too, but they havent converted to the all-self yet, thankfully. Not too busy most of the time and reasonably well-stocked.

Mediocre only one thing on the list did they even have... checkout was an even bigger disaster...machines went down, tried to reboot girl screwed things up on that... reboot again...took longer checking out than walking the whole store.

They actually opened three registers -- wow, imagine that! Only they had no tills in them to make change from! The checker at the register I was at went to the cash office to ask for a till. When a till was brought out and given to another checker than the one who went and requested the till, I called the CSM out on it because my sale was open and the other register had not checked anyone! The checker apologized profusely throughout this process, which resulted in her being the last to get a till. I was treated rudely by the front end staff, with the exception of the checker at the register who continued to apologize. When I questioned further about it the CSM said there was a problem that needed to be addressed and she could have left me in the longer line. Funny thing is, opening a new line resulted in me being in the store longer. She did me no favors. She was just rude about the whole process.

Local Walmart in a small town. Everyone is always polite and helpful. Frozen food options are very limited, however I can get my favorite socks and some DVD movies there, as well as amazing deals on seasonal fruits. And automitive service. .!!

Please give Tammy the automotive department manager a raise. We came in today, Monday for service and witnessed the best customer service we have seen here yet. The department was very busy, she was running the register alone along with making keys and unlocking cabinets to retrieve merchandise for customers. It seemed like everyone wanted to give her a hard time and complain about something. Through it all she maintained her composure and kept a smile on her face. She was polite with everyone and made every effort to take care of everyones needs. No one deserves to be treated the way she was treated.

Today I put $113.26 worth of change into the coin-star machine at my local Wal-Mart. The ladies waited until I got to the register to tell me the coin-star machine was not working and they couldnt cash my voucher at that time. The shift manager was told by the coin-star tech she needed to call HER register tech. She told me they didnt have a register tech, and then told me there was nothing she could do about it. Ive been trying to get ahold of the manager, but he wont answer anyone. This money is for groceries, for my children!

Did a quick stop at the store while passing through on a road trip. The store was clean, theyre able to get what we needed to, and a little more than what we didnt need as well. Registers did not have enough cashiers that tends to be the norm with this store. Had a great trip would recommend to anyone for a visit.

Was very unhappy with my visit to to Walmart yesterday was shopping and past the co out thor was a long line of elderly folks standing in line with baskets full trying to use the self check out that is ok for small basket and younger folks but not for the older generation and handicap. It is a shame that you cant keep one register open for that purpose and you need to give some of your employees a lesson on politeness

The auto center is very disorganized. We called to ask if they had a specific tire they said they did. We asked if we could drive over and get it put on today (said we would be there in 15min) they said that would be fine. We get here and person inside acted like she had no idea what was going on and said we needed to talk to the mechanic. Tried to talk to a mechanic but no one will stop to help us. They’ll yell at you when your trying to walk around to find someone but then just walks off instead of trying to help.

I had purchased a top of the line and the thing would only take a surface charge They wouldnt make the 3 year warranty even with a receipt right . The battery was only 11 months old. Have been a shade mechanic my whole life and this was a bad battery, just honor your commitment. My battery was a 65n 850 cca . I drive a F 150 with 5.4. Alternator output 13.7 .

Probably one of the worst Walmart in Texas. If you want the a selection of items you have to drive to Schertz, San Antonio or New Braunfels. Our local Walmart has the basic stuff, clothes has lack of style and seafood department and produce department are a joke. Forget about the toys and just go somewhere else.

My son has been asking me for weeks on a remot controlled swimmable robot shark that walmart usually is the only place that has them, So I took some time off of work to get this special toy for him. But once again as I go to the local walmart to get this item, Once again the walmart in seguin TX is out of stock on the item as ALWAYS THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT WE NEED AT THE TIME WE NEED THEM, this walmart is always short stocked and always has half empty shelves ALL the time. I told my 5 year old son that once again walmart doesnt have it and he cried his eyes out nearly. I am ashamed to even attempt to shop at this place. So disappointed.

First got harrassed by parking lot security, then they didnt have what I needed on top of that, prices where high, the entire store was a desaster and dirty, staff was rude

Wal mart is slacking. I went to both corners of the store and fully through the grocery section in 20 minutes. It took 35 minutes in line to get checked out. Meanwhile I count 6 different employees counting cany bars, refilling plastic bags and seemingly taking notes about something other than customer service. Finally one of them opens a station. Why is it when this happens, they have the slowest, most inexperienced person alone at a checkout, ... with a line of 8 carts.Its a fail Seguin Wal mart Sunday morning 10:30am. Store filling up.

Man they dont have anything! Was looking for water hose hard ware and Nada ! Nothing. So we went to Home Depot !

This seemed like a nice Walmart. It wasnt dirty or anything, so thats good. The layout is definitely different than some if the others I have been to.

A little scarce of floor employees should you need assistance in any department.. no shortage of Point of Sale employees though. 3 employees stationed at the entrance/exit... lost prevention employees might need a little retraining.. not very incognito with their reconnaissance.. I observed the awkward tailing of a customer I assumed they deemed of interest and concern. I felt a little embarrassed for them. Especially when I later noticed them purchasing all of their items at self‐checkout. The only electronics employee was dressed completely in casual clothing with no indication of being a Walmart staff member. She knew they sold stylus for smartphones and tablets, but was not successful at locating which section they were hung in.. ultimately I found them on my own. Some products were in individual security lock display boxes and also tethered so tightly by spider wires to the metal shelf that the product could not be picked up and turned around to read the back. This made me uninterested in purchasing anything I couldnt see all the specs of. Grocery side was fine with stocking and variety but also scarce of available floor employees.

I can always find everything I need here! Lines are not long at checkout and the employees are awesome!!

Great place to get things

Not too hectic. Found what we needed even on Christmas eve easily with help of readily available associates. Very friendly. Only gave 4 stars because only 1 register open. Didnt cause congestion with plentiful self checkout but lacked the tradition. I dunno. Nostalgia I guess. Plenty of cheerful help at self checkout too so I guess 4.5.

I think 3 stars is generous. Wont even answer the phone.

Your choices on good desktop computers is very low, And your selection of keyboards could be bigger. I would say overall this location is pretty good as long as your not looking for good pcs only good piece of good tech was a surf onn keyboard. It is clean in their stuff is satisfactorily fresh and lines at self checkout are pretty fast depends on the people employees are much faster. Yes I did remove 1 star cause not many good keyboards, desktops and a laptop I believe should not be sold under 4 cores not because of employees or store conditions

Had a few people offer help only to a certain extent, then I would have to find another employer to help me with the rest of the process. When it came time to check out, that took more amount of time then should of. Not the worst, but could improve.

Ive been a devoted WalMart shopper for years..Love Everything About it but I dont like when they decide to change the whole store around because it takes forever to find everything again Im a creature of habit and I like knowing were everything is..prices are good.. people are friendly and helpful although that are short handed Alot..and I believe if you have to checkout your own groceries you should get a discount cause thats one less person they have to pay

Went to the tire center because our right rear had a bubble in it. They got us in and out of there within an hour. We were back on the road on vacation.

A little poor the guy took for ever to try and locate a battery book they have and asked me three times what make and model my truck was after I said it three times. So dont waist your time at the automotive side if your trying to get a battery cause they lost their book waiting time and then deciding to use the Walmart app to figure out the battery size for the vehicle after repeating its for a 06 dodge ram 1500 will not be coming back I will go to the Walmart in New Braunfels instead.

Worst curb side pick up experience. Received a confirmation email our order was ready for pick up. We showed up at the appropriate time and they could not find the order in the system. Nothing had been picked come back the next day. We came back the next day... order could not be found in the system. We were told the order could not be picked and we could not have a refund. Call Walmart.com if we want a refund. Terrible customer service. Terrible service all around.

Found what we could use. Needed Compressor Oil, but bought Mineral Oil as a replacement.

I wish they would stay open 24 hrs again. There is nothing openedvwhen I get off work.

We stopped here on our drive down to North Padre Island. The store is well maintained and the staff was very friendly for it being an early morning on a Saturday. Definitely worth checking out if you need something you forgot for your trip.

Even though free campsites.net directed me to an empty dirt lot behind and across the street from the Walmart, I decided to pull around and see the paved lot in front of the Walmart. Good move. Several other RVs were there along with a cheap for the area Walmart gas station. This Walmart doesnt play loud music over loud speakers all night long to annoy and discourage overnight travelers like some other Walmarts do. Spent $30 inside the Walmart and another $50 at the gas station in the morning.

This location is very cramped and messy. Selection in most departments are minimal. Took me back 25 to 30 years. Not much has changed here.

Some employees are very helpful and some are just outright rude.

Normally it is great, however, this time not so great. I needed a heater and tarps. I checked online at this location and there was multiple selections. I went to the store and they were out.

I am absolutely in love with the pick up service! Order online drive through and done. I am a disabled veteran and the parent of an aitistic 5 year old. It has been a time and sanitu saver.
