Wish I could give zero stars. Employees are on the phone every time I go in. Takes a few minutes to get their attention. On several occasions Ive been told hold on this tic tok is almost done. Its every day occurrence to hear im not doing that and who appears to be the supervisor the time say thats what the closers are for next day the task is not done. AND THE OWNERS DONT SEEM TO CARE.

The new girls lack basic customer service skills and are rude and dismissive.

Christian the mngr is wonderful, he is a keeper!!! polite and friendly.Cathy is so caring and kind and both Christian and Cathy are hard workers.I consider them my friends and i plan on surprising them when their birthdays come. Thank God for people like Christain and Cathy.
